"Blog Y2 618 - "Reflecting Christ’s Meekness"

Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5.

Meekness is one of the most evident and beautiful characteristics of Jesus, and it should be clearly seen in the lives of God’s children. It is a powerful sign that we truly belong to Him. Just as a child naturally reflects the nature of their earthly father, we are called to reflect the nature of our Heavenly Father, which is revealed to us through Jesus Christ.

This Christlike nature of meekness not only leads us to inherit the earth, but also prepares us for the eternal Kingdom. God Himself honored this character in the life of Moses, calling him the meekest man on earth.

May God help us to be humble and gentle, reflecting the character of our gracious, loving Father. Let our lives be a true witness to His nature and bring Him glory always. Psalm 37:11 says: “But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.”

Reflection: Am I reflecting the gentle and humble heart of my Savior, allowing His nature to shape my responses and actions, so others may see the love of the Father through me?

இயேசுவின் மிகவும் வெளிப்படையான மற்றும் அழகான குணாதிசயங்களில் மனத்தாழ்மையும் ஒன்றாகும், மேலும் இது தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளின் வாழ்க்கையில் தெளிவாகக் காணப்பட வேண்டும். நாம் உண்மையிலேயே அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்கள் என்பதற்கான ஒரு சக்திவாய்ந்த அடையாளம் இது. ஒரு குழந்தை இயற்கையாகவே தங்கள் பூமிக்குரிய தந்தையின் சுபாவத்தைப் பிரதிபலிப்பது போல, இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலம் நமக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட நம்முடைய பரலோக பிதாவின் சுபாவத்தை நாம் பிரதிபலிக்க அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம்.

கிறிஸ்துவை ஒத்த இந்த மனத்தாழ்மை குணம் நம்மை பூமியைச் சுதந்தரிக்க வழிநடத்துவது மட்டுமல்லாமல், நித்திய ராஜ்யத்திற்கும் நம்மை ஆயத்தப்படுத்துகிறது. மோசேயின் வாழ்க்கையில் இந்தக் குணத்தை தேவன் தாமே கனப்படுத்தி, அவரை பூமியில் மிகவும் மனத்தாழ்மையுள்ள மனிதர் என்று அழைத்தார்.

நம்முடைய கிருபையுள்ள, அன்பான பிதாவின் குணத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கும் வகையில், நாம் மனத்தாழ்மையுள்ளவர்களாகவும் சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்களாகவும் இருக்க தேவன் நமக்கு உதவுவாராக. நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கை அவருடைய சுபாவத்திற்கு ஒரு உண்மையான சாட்சியாக இருந்து, எப்போதும் அவருக்கு மகிமையைக் கொண்டுவருவதாக. சங்கீதம் 37:11 சொல்லுகிறது: “சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்கள் பூமியைச் சுதந்தரித்து, மிகுந்த சமாதானத்தினால் மனமகிழ்ச்சியாயிருப்பார்கள்.”

சிந்திக்க: எனது பதில்களையும் செயல்களையும் வடிவமைக்க அவரது பண்பை வெளிப்படுத்தி, மற்றவர்கள் என் மூலமாக பிதாவின் அன்பைக் காணும்படி, என் இரட்சகரின் மென்மையான மற்றும் தாழ்மையான இருதயத்தை நான் பிரதிபலிக்கிறேனா?
