"Blog Y2 518 - Flourishing in God's Guidance"

 

The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:11.

        The health of our soul is vital to our spiritual well-being, just as strong bones are essential for our physical strength. In this verse, God promises to bless us abundantly, both spiritually and physically. When He blesses us, our souls will be satisfied, and our lives will be filled with peace and joy. Even in seasons of drought and difficulty, our bones will be strengthened, and His guidance will never cease.

        Our lives will become like a well-watered garden, flourishing with life, and like an ever-flowing, reliable spring of blessings. Let us strive to live as Jesus did, allowing His light to shine through us, and we will experience the fullness of His guidance and blessings.

        But when will all this happen? As with many of God’s promises, there is a condition. When we choose to live like Jesus, walking in His ways and reflecting His light, our dawn will break forth in the darkness, and our gloom will be transformed into the brightness of noonday splendor. Psalm 1:3 says: “He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.”

Reflection: Am I allowing my life to be nourished by God's guidance so that I may flourish like a well-watered garden, reflecting His light and walking in His ways?

கர்த்தர் நித்தமும் உன்னை நடத்தி, மகா வறட்சியான காலங்களில் உன் ஆத்துமாவைத் திருப்தியாக்கி, உன் எலும்புகளை நிணமுள்ளதாக்குவார்; நீ நீர்ப்பாய்ச்சலான தோட்டத்தைப்போலவும், வற்றாத நீரூற்றைப்போலவும் இருப்பாய். ஏசாயா 58:11.

            நம்முடைய சரீர பலத்திற்கு வலுவான எலும்புகள் இன்றியமையாதது போலவே, நம்முடைய ஆத்துமாவின் ஆரோக்கியமும் நம்முடைய ஆவிக்குரிய சுகநலத்திற்கு இன்றியமையாதது. இந்த வசனத்தில், தேவன் நம்மை ஆவிக்குரிய ரீதியாகவும் சரீரப்பிரகாரமாகவும் ஏராளமாக ஆசீர்வதிப்பதாக வாக்களிக்கிறார். அவர் நம்மை ஆசீர்வதிக்கும்போது, நமது ஆத்துமா திருப்தியடைந்து, நமது வாழ்க்கை சமாதானத்தாலும் சந்தோஷத்தாலும் நிரப்பப்படும். வறட்சி காலங்களிலும், கடின சூழ்நிலையிலும் கூட, அவர் நம்முடைய எலும்புகளை வலுவூட்டுவார், மேலும் அவர் நம்மை வழிநடத்துவதை ஒருபோதும் நிறுத்தமாட்டார்.

            நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கை ஒரு நன்றாகப் பராமரிக்கப்படும் தோட்டமாக மாறி, உயிரோட்டமுள்ள, எப்போதும் ஓடும், நம்பகமான ஆசீர்வாதங்களின் நீரூற்றைப் போலவும் மாறும். இயேசுவைப் போல வாழ முயற்சிப்போம், அவருடைய ஒளி நம்மூலம் பிரகாசிக்க அனுமதித்து, அவருடைய வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் ஆசீர்வாதங்களின் முழுமையை நாம் அனுபவிப்போம்.

            ஆனால் இவை அனைத்தும் எப்போது நடக்கும்? தேவனின் பல வாக்குறுதிகளைப் போலவே, ஒரு நிபந்தனையும் உள்ளது. நாம் இயேசுவைப் போல் வாழத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, அவர் வழிகளில் நடந்து, அவரது ஒளியை பிரதிபலிக்கும்போது, இருளின் மத்தியில் நமது அருணோதய ஓளி உதயமாகி, நம் மந்தமான நிலை நண்பகல் மகிமையின் பிரகாசமாக மாற்றப்படும். சங்கீதம் 1:3 சொல்லுகிறது: “அவன் நீர்க்கால்களின் ஓரமாய் நடப்பட்டு, தன் காலத்தில் தன் கனியைத் தந்து, இலையுதிராதிருக்கிற மரத்தைப்போலிருப்பான்; அவன் செய்வதெல்லாம் வாய்க்கும்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் நன்கு நீர்ப்பாசனம் செய்யப்பட்ட தோட்டத்தைப் போல செழித்து வளரவும், அவருடைய ஒளியைப் பிரதிபலிக்கவும், அவருடைய வழிகளில் நடக்கவும்,  தேவனுடைய வழிநடத்துதலால் என் வாழ்க்கை ஊட்டமளிக்கப்பட  நான் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
