"Blog Y2 600 - Walking Firm in Wisdom"

Image
Then you will walk safely in your way, and your foot will not stumble. Proverbs 3:23.  When will this promise be fulfilled? “ Then ”- when we have wisdom and understanding. And who is our true wisdom and knowledge? Jesus Christ Himself. We may not know what lies ahead on our journey, but our God sees every step before we take it. His eyes are always on us. This promise is especially true for His children, those who walk in His wisdom. Scripture reminds us, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6). But those who know God and embrace His wisdom walk in security. His wisdom leads us on the right path and gives us a living hope. Nothing can shake the one who walks in His wisdom. Their feet will stand firm, and even in times of testing, they will not stumble. May the Holy Spirit fill our hearts with divine wisdom, so we may walk the path of life peacefully, securely, and always in step with God’s will. Psalm 121:3 says: "He will not allow your foot to be mov...

"Blog Y2 599 - Carried by His Strength"

Image
Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22. Everyone living in this world carries burdens and faces troubles. God never promised us a life without problems. This journey isn’t a path lined with roses alone; it comes with thorns. But what God has promised is that He will sustain us. He will help us, strengthen us, and carry us through every trial. He will never permit the righteous to be moved. This verse clearly assures us that God will not allow the righteous to be shaken or left to bear their burdens alone. Our responsibility is simple: cast all our burdens upon the Lord. No matter how big or small they may seem, nothing is too difficult or insignificant for Him. Too often, we enter into God’s presence and pour out our problems in prayer, yet we pick them back up and try to handle them ourselves. That’s not what our Father desires. He wants us to leave them entirely in His care, trusting that He is more than ca...

"Blog Y2 598 - Sheltered by His Faithfulness"

Image
But the Lord has been my defense, And my God the rock of my refuge. Psalm 94:22. When we meditate on this verse, “But the Lord…” it reminds us of the moments when the enemy and the whole world seem to rise against us. We feel abandoned, as though no one stands with us in our troubles, and we are left all alone. “But the Lord” , yes, our Lord, has been our strong tower, defense, and protection. He is our unshakable rock, behind whom we can safely hide. He shields us from every evil plan and every attack of the enemy. His promises are ever faithful. The only thing He expects from us is simple yet powerful: “TRUST” . Let us place our complete trust in Him and continually confess: Our Lord God, our Father, is our Rock, Refuge, and Defense. Psalm 91:3 reminds us of His assurance: “He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy, and He will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse.” Reflection: Am I resting in the truth that I am never truly alone, and am I trusting t...

"Blog Y2 597 - Seeking the Unshakable Kingdom"

Image
But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. Luke‬ ‭12‬:‭31. The Kingdom of God Unshakable and Eternal. God’s Kingdom is the only Kingdom, in Heaven and on earth, that brings true peace, love, and everlasting joy. It is the only Kingdom that can never be shaken. It is the only unshakable, eternal, and stable Kingdom. Yet, people all over the world are chasing after the things of this world, thinking that success, fame, or wealth will give them happiness. They believe these things form the “kingdom” they must build or attain. But satan has blinded many from seeing the true Kingdom, the Kingdom of God. Only when we seek God’s Kingdom first, everything else that we need, peace, provision, purpose, and blessing, will be added to us. This is the ultimate and foremost truth. And only those who truly seek the Kingdom of God can understand and experience this divine reality. May God grant us heavenly wisdom and spiritual discernment to seek His Kingdom first and to ...

"Blog Y2 596 - Blessings Follow Godly Fear"

Image
Who is the man that fears the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way He chooses. He himself shall dwell in prosperity, and his descendants shall inherit the earth. Psalms 25:12-13. The man who fears the Lord is truly the blessed one in this world. In this chaotic and unstable world, where human hearts are often filled with distress and fear of the future, the fear of God brings peace and security. When we fear the Lord, every worldly fear loses its grip on us. Our God has not given us a heart to be fearful of the world; He created us to fear Him alone. From this verse, we can see three beautiful blessings that come from fearing the Lord: First: He will teach us the way that He chooses, the safest and most perfect path, ordained by His wisdom. Second: He will bless our souls with Spiritual richness, and our lives will dwell in prosperity, full of His provision and peace. Third: His blessings will extend to our descendants, and they shall inherit the land, enjoying the goodness of His co...

"Blog Y2 595 - Valued Beyond Measure"

Image
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:7. So often, we feel forgotten or unnoticed in this world. But God reminds us that even the very hairs of our head are all numbered. Every day, some of our hair may fall, and we simply discard it without a second thought. Yet, even those fallen hairs are counted by our Lord. He knew the number before one fell, and He knows it after. Our God is intimately involved in every tiny detail of our lives. Look at the sparrows, they fly freely, without worry or care. Though they have no soul, God watches over them with love and attention. How much more, then, does He care for us, we who are created in His image, and whose souls belong to Him? We are far more valuable than anything else in this world. His love for us is deeper and greater than we can ever comprehend. We are precious in His sight. Therefore, we can lay aside all our worries and trust Him completely. That is H...

"Blog Y2 594 - Walking in Kingdom Authority"

Image
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19. We are the children of the Most High, the King of kings and Lord of lords. Yet, so often, we fail to realize and recognize our true identity in Christ. Our Heavenly Father has placed His power and authority into our hands! When our Lord Jesus walked on this earth, He operated in that divine authority, especially over the power of Satan. Now, that same authority has been handed over to us. We are called not just to believe in this truth but to walk in it, to practice it, and to demonstrate it.  The God who lives in us is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4). He has entrusted us with His kingdom authority, and with that, we are empowered to trample all the powers of darkness. Our God has promised that nothing shall by any means harm us. May God Almighty help us to fully walk in the authority and power He has ...

"Blog Y2 593 - Trusting God's Name Alone"

Image
May He grant you according to your heart’s desire,  and fulfill all your purpose. Psalms 20:4. Whenever we meditate on this verse, our hearts are drawn to verse 7 of the same chapter. Yes, God fulfills the petitions of His anointed ones because they always boast in the name of the Lord our God: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.” Psalms 20:7. While the people of the world place their trust in wealth, power, and their own fame, the anointed and godly ones lift up only the name of the Lord. They continually say, “Let Your will be done, O Lord,” and their desires are always aligned with God’s will. When God’s will and their will go together, there is complete assurance that God will fulfill their desires and accomplish all their purposes.  If we dedicate our lives fully to the Lord, if we lift up and honor only His name, then we have no need to worry about anything. Our faithful God will take care of all that we need, a...

"Blog Y2 592 - Yielding to the Divine Touch"

Image
But now, O Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand. Isaiah 64:8. We are all redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus, but even now, we remain in God’s hands, continually being molded and shaped according to His perfect will. It is a beautiful and humble prayer to fully surrender ourselves into the hands of our Potter. When we are redeemed, we become His children. As our loving Father, He takes special care to shape us and mold us to reflect His image. Though we are human, frail, and imperfect, we are held in the hands of our perfect and holy God. Throughout our earthly journey, until we see Him face to face in eternal life, He continues His careful, patient work in us, forming us, refining us, and transforming us into His likeness. Let this be the posture of our hearts: a daily surrender, saying, “Father, I am the clay, You are my Potter. Shape me according to Your will.” He alone is our Creator. He remains our Father, gently a...

"Blog Y2 591 - His Peace, Our Victory"

Image
He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, For there were many against me. Psalms 55:18. In this world, as children of God, we often walk through valleys of trials and storms of trouble. Our Lord, in His loving truth, has told us that tribulations will come. Yet, He has overcome the world. Because we belong to Him, the world may oppose us, reject us, and even rise like mighty waves against us. But the Sovereign Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth, stands beside us with His mighty hand. He sees every battle we face. He knows every unseen war within and around us. And in His perfect time, He redeems our souls in peace, silencing the voices that rise against us. Our battles belong to Him; the victory is His gift to us. His protection is not limited to our bodies but surrounds our very souls, for we are His, and He will never surrender us into the enemy’s hands. Even when many are against us, His presence becomes our refuge. His peace covers us like a gentle sh...

"Blog Y2 590 - Intimate Walk with God"

Image
Your prayer has been heard, and your alms are remembered in the sight of God. Acts 10:31. What a beautiful promise God is giving us today! We all desire for our prayers to be answered. Many times, we enter God’s presence with a list of requests, much like a grocery list, trusting that He will respond. And yes, without a doubt, God is faithful to hear us. But before we present our requests, let us pause and examine our hearts: What is God expecting from us? When we think about Cornelius, the Scripture describes him as: “A devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always.” Acts 10:2. Cornelius worshipped God together with his whole household. Unlike some who only call on God in times of trouble, Cornelius lived in constant communion with the Lord.  Our loving God, who answers prayers, desires more than just a list of needs; He longs for an intimate relationship with us. He is looking for surrendered hearts, co...

"Blog Y2 589 - Anchored in His Faithfulness"

Image
He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. Psalm 121:3-4. Our help and strength come only from our God, who created heaven and earth. That is why we must always be mindful of whom or what we place our trust in. The people of this world are not stable; they grow old, they become weak, and they lose their strength. How can they truly help us in our times of weakness? But the God we trust in is our Rock! He never sleeps nor slumbers. He gave strength and protection to the Israelites in the wilderness; they did not grow weary, and even their sandals did not wear out. He preserved Moses with clear and bright eyesight, even in his old age. Our God gave him the strength to climb mountains and the wisdom to guide the people. Our Lord God watches over us every single moment of our lives, whether we realize it or not. His angels continually surround and guard us, even when we cannot see them. Such a mig...

"Blog Y2 587 - Shining with His Light"

Image
The sun shall no longer be your light by day, Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, And your God your glory. Isaiah 60:19. When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and are cleansed by His precious blood, He takes complete control of our lives. From that moment on, it is no longer about us, but about God. His light begins to shine in and through us. The darkness that once ruled our lives is entirely driven away by His everlasting light. Just as the moon reflects the light of the sun to shine in the night, we are called to reflect the light of our Heavenly Father and shine in the darkness of this world. His light exposes every hidden trap of the evil one and reveals the things hidden in our own hearts. His light guides, corrects, and transforms us. God is the everlasting light of our lives, now and forever. His presence never fades, and His light never grows dim. Even when the world is covered in deep darkness, we...

"Blog Y2 586 - Rescued, Redeemed, Forever Free"

Image
Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Psalm 68:19. This powerful verse reveals three beautiful truths that encourage us to praise and trust our God. First: Call to bless the Lord  It begins with a call to bless the Lord, reminding us to offer continual praise to God, who is the source of every blessing in our lives. He alone is worthy of all honor and glory. Second: God, who is deeply personal and present  We see a God who is deeply personal and present. He daily loads us with benefits . He doesn’t just help us occasionally, but 24/7.  He carries our burdens and walks with us through every moment. He is actively involved in every detail of our lives. He never leaves us nor forsakes us. He not only sees our problems but also holds the solution for every one of them, whether physical or spiritual. Third: God of our salvation  The verse declares that He is the God of our salvation. This means that He rescues and delivers us not...

"Blog Y2 585 - Guided by Loving Shepherd"

Image
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. Psalm 23:1,2. What a beautiful promise and assurance God has given to us, His beloved children. Who is our friend and Shepherd? It is the Lord,  the very God who created the heavens and the earth. He alone sees the depths of our hearts, our true feelings, and our every need. He knows exactly which path is best for us and the place that is perfect for our souls to rest. Jesus said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd." When we commit our ways to Him and rest in His presence, we will be fully satisfied. We will lack nothing. He leads us to peaceful, pleasant places, and there He pours out His abundant, unfailing love. He fills our hearts with joy and overflows us with His Holy Spirit. What a privilege it is to have the Lord God as our Shepherd! There is truly no greater blessing. Isaiah 40:11 says: "He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather...

"Blog Y2 584 - Strength in His Presence"

Image
But you, be strong and do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded! 2 Chronicles 15:7. This is a personal word from our Lord God to each of us: Be strong! In ourselves, we are weak. We have no strength to boast about. But the Lord God Almighty is with us. His mighty hand is upon us. And because of His presence, we are no longer weak, we are mighty warriors in Him. Sometimes, we may feel like we are doing so many things, but nothing seems to bear fruit. It may look like our efforts are going unnoticed or unrewarded. But our God is not One who forgets the work of His people. He is watching every single act, every small step of faithfulness, even when no one else sees or acknowledges it. The world may fail to recognize our deeds or understand our worth. But in God’s eyes, we are precious and unique. Our efforts are not in vain. He will bless us abundantly and reward us in His perfect time. So take heart. Do not let your hands grow weak. Continue the work He has entruste...

"Blog Y2 583 - Holding Fast to His Word"

Image
Remember the word to Your servant, upon which You have caused me to hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your word has given me life. Psalm 119:49,50. We are living in a world filled with corruption and deception. Many of us face situations that seem hopeless. The words of man are unstable and ever-changing, but the Word of our God is full of Spirit, power, and truth. He does not change His mind. If He has spoken, that word is final. In Christ, every promise is Yes and Amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). The psalmist’s prayer in these verses is powerful and deeply heartfelt. Though he believes in God’s faithfulness and unchanging promises, he still brings God’s word before Him, reminding both himself and the Lord as an act of trust, hope, and prayer. Yes, the Word from our loving Father is our anchor of hope. In times of struggle and affliction, His promises are our comfort and source of life. He will surely fulfill every word He has spoken, in His perfect time. Our waiting time...

"Blog Y2 582 - Guided by His Wisdom"

Image
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5–6. Life is filled with challenges and uncertainties. So often, we try to face them using our own wisdom and strategies, relying on our limited understanding. But the truth is, we don’t even know what the next moment holds. However, our Lord God knows everything, our strengths, our weaknesses, our present, and our future. He has engraved us in the palm of His hand (Isaiah 49:16), and He knows exactly what we need. God alone is the true source who can fully satisfy our hearts. That is why we are called to trust in the Lord with all our hearts, not just a part of it. We must surrender our own understanding and depend completely on Him to fulfill His perfect will for our lives. In every decision we make, we should commit everything into God’s hands. When we truly believe that He will work all things together for our good (Romans 8:28)...
