"Blog Y2 526 - Rejoice in the LORD"

Image
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Philippians 4:4.           Rejoice! Just hearing this word fills our hearts with joy. But notice the emphasis, again, in this verse. Often, we associate joy with favorable circumstances when life is peaceful, calm, and everything seems to be going well. As God’s children, our joy is different. Even when we face storms, challenges, and uncertainties, we can still rejoice. Why? Because the God who created the heavens and the earth is the One who holds our lives in His hands.            Joy in the Lord is not dependent on our situation but on the unchanging truth of His salvation. When we remember His grace, His promises, and His faithfulness, our hearts are lifted beyond our troubles. True joy is rooted in knowing that we belong to Him, that our sins are forgiven, and that He is with us in every season of life. Even in trials, we can rejoice because our hope is se...

"Blog Y2 525 - Trust Him for Perfect Peace"

Image
You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3.           Perfect peace is what mankind is losing today. God assures us that He will keep us in perfect peace when our minds are steadfastly focused on Him. True peace is not merely the absence of trouble or a calm atmosphere; it is the unshakable peace that remains even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty.           Our God, the God of peace, has promised us this perfect peace. Trust is the foundation of this peace. When we trust in God, we surrender our fears, worries, and uncertainties into His capable hands. Trusting God means believing He is good, even when life is hard; He is near, even when we feel alone; and He is working, even when we cannot see it. He knows even the deepest, hidden parts of every heart. When He speaks, it is done.            What does He ask of us? Simply fix our...

"Blog Y2 524 - Pray for Pure in Heart"

Image
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Matthew 5:8.           When we distance ourselves from Jesus, the light (John 9:5), we limit His brilliance in our lives. In contrast, when we intentionally draw near to God, His presence undeniably illuminates our hearts and minds, revealing our true condition and purifying our souls. Embracing His light is essential for transformation, guiding us with clarity and renewal.           A heart can only be truly pure when the Holy Spirit takes full control. While we may strive for outward purity of our body, keeping our hearts clean is far more challenging. The greatest battles occur in our minds. Even in prayer, if we approach God with an unclean heart, He will not hear us. As it is written, “If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.” (Psalm 66:18).           Holiness is not something we can achieve through our own efforts; it ...

"Blog Y2 523 - Be a Peacemaker"

Image
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Matthew 5:9.           Peace! We often fail to recognize that peace begins in our personal lives before it can extend to society. Everywhere we look, we see chaos and unrest. True peace seems absent in this world, yet this is exactly what the world needs: Peacemakers.           God is looking to us to be those peacemakers. He already sent Jesus Christ, and through His sacrifice on Calvary, peace has been won. However, God calls us to be vessels of His peace, implementing it in the world around us.           First, we must have peace within ourselves, for without it, we cannot be true peacemakers. Our lives must be immersed in Jesus Christ and His anointing. If we harbor grudges and enmity in our personal lives, how can we bring peace to others? Instead, our love should overflow. When we are at peace with God, He will naturally use u...

"Blog Y2 522 - Steady and Sustaining God's grace"

Image
For so the Lord said to me, ‘I will take My rest, and I will look from My dwelling place like clear heat in sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest. Isaiah 18:4.           The verse from Isaiah reminds us that just as heat rises on a summer day and dew settles during harvest time, God is watching over us and working in our lives, even when we don’t perceive it. Heat does not appear suddenly, but gradually, we feel its warmth. Likewise, the dew forms quietly, yet we sense its refreshing touch. In the same way, we may not always see immediate signs of God’s hand at work, but in time, His mighty and marvelous works will become evident in our lives.            Through salvation, we experience the fullness of His presence. Before knowing Christ, we were lost, wandering without direction, striving in our own strength. But God, in His mercy, sent Jesus to be our Savior, to redeem and restore us. Just as the sun’s hea...

"Blog Y2 521 - Grace, Justice, and Redemption"

Image
Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; Yes, our God is merciful. Psalms 116:5.           Our Father God is so gracious, yet at the same time, He is righteous. His passion toward us is unimaginable and beyond what words can express. Every moment of our lives, Satan stands, accusing us in His presence. But our Heavenly Father stands by our side and fights on our behalf, even though He knows our weaknesses and flaws. What a compassionate God we have!           God’s righteousness demands justice, yet His mercy offers salvation. Before Christ, sin separated us from Him, and we were helpless to bridge the gap. But in His grace, He sent Jesus to bear our punishment. Through the cross, justice and mercy meet as punishment turns into redemption. When we accept Christ, we receive His mercy not just for salvation but for daily life. His grace doesn’t just rescue us; it transforms us, leading us into righteousness.      ...

"Blog Y2 520 - Boldly Approach His Throne"

Image
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16.           God’s throne of grace and His presence are the safest places, and the time we spend in His presence is the most precious moment of our lives. Whenever we face difficult situations that we cannot handle, we should not run to the phone or to other people, we should immediately run to His throne of grace.           Through Jesus Christ, we have access to the Father, for He is our great High Priest who intercedes on our behalf. Before Christ, sin separated us from God, leaving us distant and unworthy. But through His sacrifice, the veil was torn, and we were granted full access to His presence. Now, we do not have to approach God with fear of judgment, but with confidence in His mercy. This grace is not something we can earn; it is a gift given freely to those who believe in Him. When we acce...

"Blog Y2 519 - God’s Word Lights My Path"

Image
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Psalm 119:105.            Yes, God’s Word speaks to us, leading and guiding us. Just as a traveler relies on a lamp to guide each step through darkness, we must depend on Scripture to navigate the challenges and choices of life. As we have experienced and know, His Word is full of life, spirit, and power. Our feet will go where our heart and mind direct. If our hearts and minds are filled with His Word, then the Holy Spirit, who lives in us, continually brings His Word to our minds to guide our steps.           Before Christ, we walked in spiritual darkness, lost and separated from God. But through His Word, God reveals that Jesus is the Light of the world. When we believe in Him, He rescues us from darkness and brings us into His marvelous light. Salvation is not merely a moment of decision; it is a lifelong walk illuminated by His truth. As we grow in faith, the Bibl...

"Blog Y2 518 - Flourishing in God's Guidance"

Image
The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:11.           The health of our soul is vital to our spiritual well-being, just as strong bones are essential for our physical strength. In this verse, God promises to bless us abundantly, both spiritually and physically. When He blesses us, our souls will be satisfied, and our lives will be filled with peace and joy. Even in seasons of drought and difficulty, our bones will be strengthened, and His guidance will never cease.           Our lives will become like a well-watered garden, flourishing with life, and like an ever-flowing, reliable spring of blessings. Let us strive to live as Jesus did, allowing His light to shine through us, and we will experience the fullness of His guidance and blessings.      ...

"Blog Y2 517 - God's Word Brings Life"

Image
How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! Psalm 119:103.           Yes! Our God’s Word is truly sweeter than anything in this world. Only those who have tasted it can understand this beautiful truth. There are countless words in this world that aim to motivate or encourage us, but they lack spirit and life. In contrast, God’s Word is alive and powerful, filled with the Spirit and life. It doesn’t just uplift our spirit and soul; it brings life to our physical body as well.           When we read and meditate on His Word, we experience the fullness of the heavenly realm and the precious presence of God. His Word teaches, guides, and directs our steps in every aspect of life. As we boldly confess His promises with our mouths, we witness how mightily they move mountains and transform our lives. It renews us from the inside out, softening even the hardest of hearts. Only when we taste His Word for ourse...

"Blog Y2 516 - Wisdom Begins with Reverence"

Image
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Proverbs 9:10.           True wisdom comes only through the fear of the Lord. While the world offers many ways to gain wisdom, the only way to receive true, divine wisdom is by revering God. Wisdom is knowledge and the ability to escape the enemy’s traps. The enemy sets countless snares along our path, seeking to lead us astray. But when we fear God, the Holy Spirit guides us, helping us discern good from evil and showing us how to escape the enemy’s schemes.           Salvation itself is revealed through this divine wisdom. Jesus Christ, the wisdom of God in the flesh (1 Corinthians 1:24), demonstrated perfect obedience to the Father. On the cross, the wisdom of God was displayed in its fullness by making the death as the greatest victory. Through His crucifixion, Jesus paid the price for our sins, making a way for us to know t...

"Blog Y2 515 - Obedience Rooted in Love"

Image
If you love Me, keep My commandments. John 14:15.           In Matthew 22:37 and 39, Jesus says Two Commandments. 1. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. 2. You shall love your neighbor as yourself.           In verse 40, He says, “On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” In today’s verse, Jesus emphasizes this in John 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”           The true expression of our love for our Heavenly Father is found in faithfully obeying His commandments. His laws are not burdensome, yet by our own strength, we often find it challenging to keep them. Just as loving someone naturally leads us to listen to and care for their needs, our genuine love for God compels us to embrace every command He gives.           God never expects us to do what is beyond our ability. Fu...

"Blog Y2 514 - Love as Christ Loves"

Image
This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. John 15:12.           God has given us many commandments to follow, but this is the only one He calls “My commandment.” Not only did He give us this commandment, but He also lived it out and demonstrated His love. His love is unconditional and does not judge anyone. It rejoices in the victories of others and is free from pride and jealousy. We see all these characteristics of love in 1 Corinthians 13.           Although we have nothing to offer Him and are undeserving of His love, He loved us even before we were born. Although we have denied Him many times, He still loves us. He demonstrated His love by shedding His last drop of blood for us. The only thing He expects from us is that we yield ourselves to the Lord our God.           Now that we are His children, He commands us to love one another just as He has loved us. Romans ...

"Blog Y2 513 - God, My Eternal Portion"

Image
O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You maintain my lot. Psalm 16:5.           What a beautiful declaration, affirming that God is our all-in-all! Many mistakenly believe that this world is their permanent home. Satan has blinded their eyes, preventing them from seeing the truth. Yet, this worldly life is temporary, and we must look forward to inheriting the eternal kingdom. As children of God, our focus should not be on earthly things but on Him. Our portion, inheritance, cup, and everything we have are found in the Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth.           This promise is beautifully fulfilled in Jesus Christ, our Savior. In the same chapter, verse 10, “For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.” points directly to Christ's resurrection, the ultimate demonstration of victory over death. Through Jesus' triumph, we have received the greatest inherit...

"Blog Y2 512 - Ask Boldly in Faith"

Image
And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. John 14:13.           This verse speaks to those who believe in Him. If we truly believe in Jesus Christ, we will first have believed that the Father and Jesus are one. This understanding comes from the Holy Spirit, who leads us to Jesus Christ. When we love Him, we also believe in Him.            Jesus emphasizes this promise twice in John 14:13 and 14, repeating, "Whatever you ask in My name." This repetition shows the importance of His words. By declaring this promise two times, Jesus assures us that salvation, restoration, and divine intervention are available to those who trust Him. When we ask in His name, we are calling on the One who died for us and rose again in victory. His sacrifice on the cross opened the way for us to approach God boldly, and through faith in Jesus, we receive forgiveness, eternal life, and the power ...

"Blog Y2 511 - God's Word Transforms Lives"

Image
T he law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. Psalm 19:7.           There are countless books in this world that are interesting and can provide worldly knowledge, but they cannot protect our souls from evil. Though they may bring temporary happiness, most books capture our interest only once. The Word of God, however, is different. When we read and meditate on it, it protects, renews, and restores our souls.           The testimony of the Lord is more than just words; it is the very foundation of salvation. Jesus Christ, the living Word, embodies God's testimony in the flesh. To receive His testimony is to embrace the message of salvation and the truth that Jesus died for our sins, rose again, and invites us to walk with Him. When we accept this truth, our lives are transformed. His testimony leads us out of darkness into His marvelous light. As we walk with Je...

"Blog Y2 510 - Live in Jesus' Radiant Light"

Image
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.’ John 8:12.           Yes, our Lord Jesus Christ is the Light of the world. If we follow Him and spend more time with Him, we will never walk in darkness. Just as the moon receives its light from the sun, we too must receive our light from God, the righteous Sun. Let us draw closer to Him and cultivate an intimate relationship with Him, allowing His radiant light to fill our lives and reflect His glory through us.            "Light of life" is more than just guidance; it is salvation itself. Jesus, as the Light, entered a dark and broken world to rescue us from sin’s grip. Through His sacrifice on the cross, He defeated the darkness of sin and death, bringing eternal life to all who believe in Him. In John 1:4, we read, “In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” This lif...
