"Blog Y2 581 - Worshiping in Spirit Daily"

Image
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. John 4:24. Yes, our Lord Jesus Christ came in the flesh, and though He now reigns in His glorified body and seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven, He is with us through the Holy Spirit. God is Spirit! We can experience Him intimately when we draw near Him. He created us with body, soul, and spirit. Our body enables us to live in this world and glorify Him through our actions. Our soul belongs to God, and by the help of the Holy Spirit, He preserves us until we inherit His eternal Kingdom. Our spirit was given so we may have a deep and direct connection with our Heavenly Father. God is always with us in Spirit, and He desires that we worship Him in Spirit and in truth. To help us, He sent His Holy Spirit to dwell within us. The Holy Spirit empowers us to worship sincerely, from the depths of our hearts, in alignment with God’s truth. God longs for a close relationship with each one of us. When we worsh...

"Blog Y2 580 - Walking in Covenant Blessings"

And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. Deuteronomy 28:11. Praise be to God for all His abundant blessings! So much of what we receive from Him is far beyond what we deserve. When we take a moment to look back at Deuteronomy 28:1-2, we see this powerful truth: God’s blessings are poured out on those who diligently listen to His voice and obey His commandments. We are now under the New Covenant through Jesus Christ, and His commandments are no longer burdensome. Why? Because the Holy Spirit lives within us, guiding us, strengthening us, and helping us walk in obedience. As we remain faithful, God’s promises will surely come to pass. He will bless our children, increase our provision, and bring fruitfulness to every area of our lives. He is a covenant-keeping God. He delights in blessing His children. He takes joy in our jo...

"Blog Y2 579 - Anchored in Divine Peace"

The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe.” Proverbs 29:25. Fear and unrest are never from God. When we begin to fear people, seeking their approval or dreading their opinions, we quickly lose our peace. Our hearts grow anxious, and our minds fall into turmoil. It is the enemy’s subtle snare, designed to bind us and hinder our walk with the Lord. But God offers a different way, a higher way. When we abide in God’s perfect love, fear has no power over us. His love is not punishing or tormenting, it is liberating. It casts out every fear, heals every wound, and anchors us in divine peace. Yet there is a kind of fear that brings life, the fear of the Lord. This reverent awe and holy respect lead us to wisdom and a secure, godly life. Unlike the fear of man, the fear of the Lord brings clarity, safety, and joy. It draws us closer to His heart and empowers us to walk away from sin and toward righteousness. When we choose to trust in the Lord and walk in Hi...

He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11. This verse is often quoted in wedding ceremonies, but its meaning goes far beyond a single occasion. It applies to every aspect of our lives. Our Lord has placed deep desires and thoughts within every human heart. He has already planned everything concerning us, even before we were formed in our mother’s womb. He had a beautiful and perfect plan prepared for each of us. Because His plans are perfect, we must continually surrender our lives into His hands and seek His will above our own. Our thoughts and desires are often shaped by what we see with our physical eyes and influenced by our limited understanding of the circumstances around us. But God sees beyond. He knows every detail of our lives, past, present, and future. He sees the hidden corners that we cannot. When we fully entrust our personal...

"Blog Y2 577 - Secrets Beyond My Sight"

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3. What a wonderful invitation from our God, the One who holds all power and authority, the King of kings and Lord of lords! As His beloved children, we have been given the privilege and authority to call upon our Heavenly Father at any time. There are so many hidden things and mysteries that we do not understand. We don’t even know what the next moment holds. But when we stay in constant connection with our Heavenly Father, He promises to reveal what we need to know. He will show us great and mighty things, things beyond our understanding, the secrets and guarded mysteries that He alone knows and chooses to unveil. He is still working. He is not yet finished! Our only part is to call upon Him. Heaven is always ready to respond. God is always ready to answer. Let us hold on to this precious promise with faith, humility, and reverence, knowing that our God delights in revealing Hi...

You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great. Psalm 18:35. The most perfect and precious gift from God is salvation, which leads us toward eternal life. It is the shield that guards our lives. When the enemy sees us clothed in salvation, sealed by the Holy Spirit, he recognizes that we belong to the God of Heaven and Earth. This divine seal is a mark of our identity in Christ. It declares to the world and to the spiritual realm that we are God’s own possession. In His presence, His right hand upholds us through every trial and storm. As it is written in Song of Solomon 2:6, “His left hand is under my head, and His right hand embraces me.” What a beautiful assurance! His right hand sustains us, comforts us, and lifts us up. No one in this world can truly make us great, but God can. His gentleness, His love, and His tender care are what exalt us. Even when we cannot comprehend it, His loving-kindness continues to s...

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17. What a powerful and comforting promise the Lord has given to His beloved children! Our God is not a distant observer, silently watching us struggle through life’s storms. He is the God of Covenant, faithful, ever-present, and unchanging. He does not sleep nor slumber. His eyes are constantly upon us, watching over us with a love deeper than we can comprehend. He has engraved us on the palms of His hands, and our lives, our every need, fear, and cry, are always before Him. He is not indifferent to our battles. He does not keep silent when the enemy speaks against His children. God responds when even one person rises to accuse or judge us unjustly. As it says in (Psalm 2:4), He who sits in the heavens laughs at the plans of the enemy, because they cannot stan...

"Blog Y2 574 - Chosen by His Grace"

Image
The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.” Psalm 103:8. The character of our loving Father God is truly amazing. He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the Owner of all things. Among all His creations, we are just a tiny part, yet He has a special concern for us. He could have chosen any part of His creation to receive His love and praise Him. But instead, He poured out His deep and special love upon us. He loved us even before we loved Him. He chose us before the foundation of the world. All these truths proclaim and reflect the greatness of His love and grace. Though we have strayed many times and denied Him, still He loves us. He is slow to anger, and His mercies endure forever. Let us not take His grace for granted. We are the clay; He is the Potter. We must surrender ourselves completely into His hands. In every moment, we are called to reflect His image in us. Exodus 34:6 says: “And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, ‘The Lord, th...

"Blog Y2 573 - Grace Through Humble Hearts"

Image
Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. 1 Peter 5:6. Humbling ourselves before God is one of the greatest challenges we face. Even though we have nothing of our own to boast about, our hearts often become proud. Yet God, in His mercy, understands our weaknesses. God looks at our hearts, not our achievements, appearances, or possessions, but at our humility. He longs to bless those who bow before Him with a sincere and contrite spirit. He is waiting patiently for us to submit ourselves under His mighty hand, so that He may lift us up in His perfect timing. May our thoughts, words, and actions be clothed in gentleness and humility. Let us walk in this world not with worldly pride, but with a life that brings glory to our Father in heaven. As we submit to Him daily, may we reflect His beauty, grace, and character to those around us. We are in His hands, safe, loved, and led. Let us humble ourselves before Him and trust in His timing. J...

"Blog Y2 572 - God’s Unfailing Compassion"

Image
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. One of the most amazing attributes of our Lord God is His compassion and unfailing love for us. His love and care are beyond comparison, no one in this world can match His concern for us. Even those closest to us may try to comfort us by observing or guessing what we are going through, but only our Heavenly Father fully understands the depth of our pain and the wounds in our hearts. He is the One who created us. From our mother’s womb until this very moment, His loving-kindness has never left us. Even when we were lost in sin and wounded His heart, He remained concerned for us, protecting, preserving, and ultimately saving us. He gave us the gift of priceless salvation through Jesus Christ. We may not always realize how deeply our loving Father cares about even the smallest details of our lives. And even when we are unaware of His nearness, when tears fall from our eyes because of our broken hearts, He is right th...

"Blog Y2 571 - Purpose in God’s Plan"

Image
For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother. Matthew 12:50. Lord Jesus once said that doing the will of the Father was His food, that was His only purpose for coming into this world (John 4:34). From His birth to the cross, He lived solely to fulfill the will of God our Father. Now, it is our turn. No one can enter the Kingdom of God without doing the Father’s will. The Scripture warns us that many will say, “Lord! Lord!” but unless we do the will of the Father, we will not inherit His Kingdom (Matthew 7:21). When we fulfill the very reason God has placed us where we are, His divine purpose for us, we are counted as Christ’s own family. What an amazing privilege it is to be called His brothers and sisters! Let us stay in His presence and remain inside His will, for that is the safest and most secure place to be. Our own will might seem beautiful at first, but in the end, it can lead to sorrow and destruction. Only God’s will leads to life and pe...

Deal with Your servant according to Your mercy, and teach me Your statutes. Psalm 119:124. What a beautiful and humble prayer from the psalmist, one that we, too, should echo daily. God’s mercy is not like the fleeting or conditional mercy shown by people in the world. Human mercy may fail, falter, or fade, but the mercy of our God is steadfast and eternal. His mercy never lets us down. Without His mercy, we would not be able to stand, let alone walk faithfully in this broken world. It is by His mercy that we are forgiven, sustained, and continually invited into a deeper relationship with Him. But the psalmist doesn’t stop at mercy; he asks to be taught God’s statutes.  It’s not enough to simply receive God’s mercy; we must also hunger for His truth. Every day, our hearts and minds need to be shaped and directed by His Word. When we walk in the path He teaches, we are kept from stumbling. So today, let us ask God to deal with us according to His loving mercy, to hold us close, and ...

"Blog Y2 569 - Created for His Glory"

Image
For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.  Psalm 36:9. We belong to the God who created the heavens and the earth. He is not only the Creator He is also the Owner of all things. Do you know why He created everything in this world? He created it all for you and me. Before the foundation of the world, He had already prepared everything we would need. He has a beautiful plan for our lives. He knows our past, present, and future. We were in His thoughts even before the creation of the earth. How blessed we are! He is our source, yes, the fountain of all the blessings of life. The light that comes from Him will make us shine brighter day by day. All we need to do is sit in His presence to receive His light. Let the beauty of Jesus be seen in us. May His light shine upon us and cause us to shine for His glory! John 8:12 says: “Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of ...

"Blog Y2 568 - Carried by the Father’s Love"

Image
As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear Him. Psalm 103:13. God’s love is beyond comparison, far deeper, purer, and more enduring than any human love. Yet, to help us understand even a glimpse of how He feels toward us, God chose two of the most intimate and selfless forms of love to illustrate His own: a mother’s love and a father’s love. A father’s love may not always be as openly expressed as a mother’s, but it is powerful, steadfast, and deeply intentional. Earthly fathers often hold back their anger and choose to discipline with love and patience. Though their correction may feel painful at the time, it is not rooted in punishment, but in a desire to shape their children’s character and prepare them for a righteous and meaningful life. In the same way, our Heavenly Father disciplines those He loves, not to condemn, but to transform. Just as earthly fathers give their children chances to learn, grow, and change, so does our Heavenly Father extend grace and...

"Blog Y2 567 - Walking in Generational Blessings"

Image
But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting  on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children. Psalm 103:17. Our loving Father’s mercy, love, and grace endure forever. He pours out His mercy and grace especially on those who love and fear Him, including their children and grandchildren. Let us walk in this love, cling to His mercy, and trust in His promise to bless our children’s children with His righteousness. We clearly understand that we cannot live or walk through this world without His mercy and grace. It is only through His compassion that we are sustained. May our gracious God help us to grow in love and reverent fear of Him day by day. We welcome the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with deeper love for our Heavenly Father. Not only does He cover us with His mercy, but He also establishes His righteousness and goodness in our lives and extends it to our future generations. What does the Lord require of us? A heart that fears Him, not with ...

"Blog Y2 566 - God Hears Our Cry"

Image
I cried out to God with my voice - To God with my voice; And He gave ear to me. Psalm 77:1. When we lift our voice to God in prayer, our whole being, heart, soul, and even every organ, joins together in holy intercession. Our lips and tongues are not only vital for daily life, but they also play a powerful role in praising God and calling upon His name. Even our Lord Jesus Christ, in the Garden of Gethsemane, cried out in deep agony. And what did God do? He sent His angels to strengthen Him. In the same way, when we cry out to God with our voice, whether in pain, desperation, or praise, He listens. And not only does He listen, He answers. Too often, we run to our friends to share our burdens. They may listen, comfort, and sympathize with us, and though they may want to help, many times they cannot. But our Heavenly Father is never limited. He is the One to whom we can pour out our hearts, shout for help, and lift our voices without fear. He not only hears, He moves in response. He brin...

"Blog Y2 565 - Rest Only in His Presence"

Image
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. We are living in a chaotic world. Especially in this season, many of us are facing overwhelming challenges that leave us stressed, weary, and burdened. We carry the weight of life in our hearts as we move through each day. The people of the world often seek rest and peace through temporary means, momentary pleasures, distractions, or escapes. Yet, these offer only fleeting relief. True rest and lasting peace are found only in the presence of our Almighty God. His presence is our source of strength and our resting place. It brings peace and joy that the world cannot give or take away. Though the world calls us to chase after temporary enjoyments to escape restlessness, God, in His love, has given us the willpower to choose the better way, His way. When we respond to His call, we receive a deep and lasting relief from the burdens we carry. Let our hearts be quick to answer His gentle invitation. H...

"Blog Y2 564 - God’s Plan Is Perfect"

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21. Even before we were born, He had already drawn a beautiful plan for our lives. He has set everything in place for us. Sometimes, we place limits on God’s love and power. We may see Him as mighty and holy, but think He is distant. But no, our God longs for our love. He wants to dwell closely with us. He invites us to ask for whatever we need because He desires to bless us and fulfill our joy. What is impossible for us is possible for Him. Even the dreams that seem unbelievable, even those beyond our imagination, He is able to bring to pass, working all things together for our good. His mighty power is working in us. Earthly parents often respond to our needs based on our outward expressions, but our Lord God knows our hearts' desires. When we ask, He ...

Though you lie down among the sheepfolds, You will be like the wings of a dove covered with silver, And her feathers with yellow gold. Psalm 68:13.           This is a promise of restoration, divine favor, and the beauty that comes from dwelling in God’s presence for women. Though we may find ourselves in lowly or desperate situations, our Heavenly Father sees us differently. We are His beloved children, the sons and daughters of the Most High King! He gave His life to restore every broken and seemingly worthless condition.           Salvation is the ultimate expression of this transformation. Jesus Christ, who deeply valued women throughout His ministry, offers eternal hope and restoration to all. The same Lord who appeared first to Mary Magdalene after His resurrection shows how precious women are to Him. In Isaiah 61:3 , God is described as the One who gives "beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and a garment of pr...
