"Blog Y2 566 - God Hears Our Cry"

I cried out to God with my voice - To God with my voice; And He gave ear to me. Psalm 77:1.

When we lift our voice to God in prayer, our whole being, heart, soul, and even every organ, joins together in holy intercession. Our lips and tongues are not only vital for daily life, but they also play a powerful role in praising God and calling upon His name.

Even our Lord Jesus Christ, in the Garden of Gethsemane, cried out in deep agony. And what did God do? He sent His angels to strengthen Him. In the same way, when we cry out to God with our voice, whether in pain, desperation, or praise, He listens. And not only does He listen, He answers.

Too often, we run to our friends to share our burdens. They may listen, comfort, and sympathize with us, and though they may want to help, many times they cannot. But our Heavenly Father is never limited. He is the One to whom we can pour out our hearts, shout for help, and lift our voices without fear. He not only hears, He moves in response. He brings solutions, strength, peace, and direction. Psalm 121:1–2 says: “I lift up my voice and my eyes to the hills, from where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord!”

Reflection: Am I truly lifting my voice to God in prayer, believing that He hears and answers me, or am I still turning first to people who cannot fully carry or solve my burdens?

நான் தேவனை நோக்கி என் சத்தத்தை உயர்த்திக் கெஞ்சினேன், என் சத்தத்தை தேவனிடத்தில் உயர்த்தினேன், அவர் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்தார். சங்கீதம் 77:1.

நாம் ஜெபத்தில் தேவனிடம் சத்தமிட்டு ஜெபிக்கும்போது, நமது, இதயம், ஆத்துமா மற்றும் ஒவ்வொரு உறுப்பும் கூட பரிசுத்த ஜெபத்தில் ஒன்றிணைகிறது. நமது உதடுகளும் நாவுகளும் அன்றாட வாழ்க்கைக்கு மட்டும் இன்றியமையாதவையல்ல, அவை தேவனைத் துதிப்பதிலும் அவருடைய நாமத்தை உ யர்த்துவதிலும் ஒரு சக்திவாய்ந்த பங்கை வகிக்கின்றன.

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவும், கெத்செமனே தோட்டத்தில், மிகுந்த வேதனையுடன் அழுது ஜெபித்தார். தேவன் என்ன செய்தார்? அவரைப் பலப்படுத்த தம்முடைய தூதர்களை அனுப்பினார். அதேபோல், வேதனை, விரக்தி, புகழ்ச்சி என நம் குரலால் நாம் தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடும்போது, அவர் செவிகொடுக்கிறார். அவர் கேட்பது மட்டுமல்லாமல், பதிலுமளிக்கிறார்.

அடிக்கடி, நம் மனப் பாரங்களை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள நம் நண்பர்களிடம் ஓடுகிறோம். அவர்கள் நாம் சொல்வதைக் கேட்கலாம், ஆறுதல்படுத்தலாம், அனுதாபப்படலாம், அவர்கள் உதவ விரும்பினாலும், பல சமயங்களில் அவர்களால் முடியாது. ஆனால் நமது பரலோக பிதா ஒருபோதும் உதவமுடியாதவரல்ல. அவரிடமே நாம் நம் இருதயங்களை ஊற்றவும், உதவிக்காக சத்தமிடவும், பயமின்றி நம் குரல்களை உயர்த்தவும் முடியும். அவர் கேட்பது மட்டுமல்ல, நமக்கு  பதிலளிக்கவும் முடியும். அவர் நம்மைப் பலப்படுத்தி நமக்கு நல்ல முடிவுகளைக் கொடுத்து, சமாதானத்துடன்  வழிநடத்துதலையும் கொடுக்கிறார். சங்கீதம் 121:1-2 சொல்லுகிறது: “எனக்கு ஒத்தாசை வரும் பர்வதங்களுக்கு நேராக என் கண்களை ஏறெடுக்கிறேன். வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் உண்டாக்கின கர்த்தரிடத்திலிருந்து எனக்கு ஒத்தாசை வரும்.”

சிந்திக்க: கர்த்தார் என் ஜெபங்களுக்கு செவிகொடுத்து  பதிலளிக்கிறவர் என்று நம்பி, நான் தேவனிடத்தில் என் சத்தத்தை உயர்த்தி ஜெபிக்கிறதை விட்டு,  என் பாரங்களை  முழுமையாக சுமக்கவோ தீர்க்கவோ முடியாத நபர்களுக்கு முதலிடம் கொடுத்து அவர்களை நோக்கி ஓடுகிறேனா?
