"Blog Y2 452 - Strengthened by Waiting on God"

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31.

In life, we often find ourselves anxiously waiting for various things. Yet, when those desires are fulfilled, the joy they bring is fleeting and temporary. However, when we choose to wait at the feet of God—lifting our spirit and soul towards Him—our lives take on a greater purpose. Like an eagle soaring towards the sun, we are lifted above earthly struggles, reflecting the righteousness and glory of God, shining brightly and eternally. Those who wait on the Lord are strengthened by Him. Even as they run tirelessly in His service, they do not grow weary. Even as they walk through life’s challenges, they do not faint or falter. The strength God imparts renews us, making us youthful and strong like a young eagle, ready to rise above every trial. Each morning, let us begin by waiting in His presence, seeking this marvelous renewal of strength and grace. May we trust Him to guide us, and as we face decisions, may He teach us to pause, wait patiently, and seek His wisdom without haste. Psalm 103:5 says: “Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

Reflection: Have I truly learned to wait patiently in God’s presence, seeking His strength, guidance, and wisdom for my life’s challenges and decisions?

கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்களோ புதுப்பெலனடைந்து, கழுகுகளைப்போலச் செட்டைகளை அடித்து எழும்புவார்கள்; அவர்கள் ஓடினாலும் இளைப்படையார்கள், நடந்தாலும் சோர்ந்துபோகார்கள். ஏசாயா 40:31.

வாழ்க்கையில், நாம் அடிக்கடி பல்வேறு விஷயங்களுக்காக ஆவலுடன் காத்திருக்கிறோம். ஆனால், அந்த ஆசைகள் நிறைவேறும்போது, அவை கொண்டுவரும் மகிழ்ச்சி அழிந்துபோகக்கூடியது, தற்காலிகமானது. இருப்பினும், தேவனுடைய பாதத்தில் நாம் அமர்ந்திருந்து, நமது ஆவியையும் ஆத்துமாவையும் அவருக்கு நேராக உயர்த்தும்போது, நமது வாழ்க்கையில்  ஒரு பெரிய நோக்கம் உருவாகிறது. ஆகாயத்தில் உயர  நோக்கிப் பறக்கும் கழுகைப் போல, நாம் பூமிக்குரிய போராட்டங்களுக்கு மேலே உயர்த்தப்பட்டு, தேவனுடைய நீதியையும் மகிமையையும் பிரதிபலித்து, பிரகாசமாகவும் நித்தியமாகவும் பிரகாசிக்கிறோம். கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்கள் அவரால் பெலப்படுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள். அவருடைய சேவையில் அவர்கள் அயராது ஓடினாலும், அவர்கள் சோர்வடைவதில்லை. வாழ்க்கையின் சவால்களை அவர்கள் கடந்து செல்லும்போதுகூட, அவர்கள் சோர்வடைவதில்லை அல்லது தடுமாறுவதில்லை. தேவன் கொடுக்கும் பெலன் நம்மைப் புதுப்பிக்கிறது, அப்போது நாம் இளமையாகவும் வலிமையுள்ளவர்களாகவும் ஒரு  இளம் கழுகைப் போல ஒவ்வொரு சோதனையையும் கடந்து எழும்ப தயாராகிறோம். ஒவ்வொரு நாள் காலையிலும், அவரது சமூகத்த்தில் காத்திருந்து, இந்த அதிசயமான சக்தி மற்றும் கிருபையின் புதுப்பிப்பை நாடுவோம். சங்கீதம் 103:5 சொல்லுகிறது: “நன்மையினால் உன் வாயைத் திருப்தியாக்குகிறார்; கழுகுக்குச் சமானமாய் உன் வயது திரும்ப வாலவயது போலாகிறது.”

சிந்திக்க: என் வாழ்க்கையின் சவால்கள் மற்றும் முடிவுகளுக்கு அவருடைய பெலன், வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் ஞானத்தைத் தேடி தேவனுடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் பொறுமையுடன் காத்திருக்க நான் உண்மையிலேயே கற்றுக்கொண்டேனா?
