"Blog Y2 454 - Reverence and Worship to the Creator"

Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. Psalm 33:8-9.

       Our God, the Creator of heaven, earth, and all that is within them, is truly amazing! He created mankind, both men and women, in His image. He holds all things together and reigns supreme over all creation. He made us to worship Him with reverence and love. Even the angels, though mighty, are created lower than us in His divine order, and all of creation joins in praising and worshiping Him. 

       We need not fear anything but should worship our loving God with holy fear and adoration. No other so-called “gods” can compare to our mighty and living God! He alone gave His life on the cross for our sins, rose again in victory, and is coming soon to take His children to be with Him forever.

       Let every living being praise and honor Him! May we give all glory and worship to Him alone, for He is worthy of all our reverence, love, and awe. Isaiah 45:18 says: “For thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens, Who is God, Who formed the earth and made it, Who has established it, Who did not create it in vain, Who formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord, and there is no other.”

Reflection: Am I worshiping God with the reverence, love, and holy fear that He deserves as the Creator and Savior of all?

பூமியெல்லாம் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுவதாக; உலகத்திலுள்ள குடிகளெல்லாம் அவருக்கு அஞ்சியிருப்பதாக. அவர் சொல்ல ஆகும், அவர் கட்டளையிட நிற்கும். சங்கீதம் 33:8-9.

       வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் அவற்றில் இருக்கிற எல்லாவற்றையும் படைத்த நம் தேவன் நிச்சயமாக அதிசயமானவர்! அவர் மனிதகுலமாகிய, ஆண்களையும் பெண்களையும் தம்முடைய சாயலில் படைத்தார். அவர் எல்லாவற்றையும் ஒன்றாக வைத்து, எல்லா படைப்புகளின் மீதும் ராஜ்யபாரம் பண்ணுகிறார். நாம் அவரை பயபக்தியோடும் அன்போடும் ஆராதனை செய்யும்படி செய்தார். தேவதூதர்கள்கூட வல்லமையானவர்களாக இருந்தாலும், அவரது தெய்வீக ஒழுங்கில் நம்மை விட தாழ்ந்தவர்களாக படைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர், மேலும் படைப்புகள் அனைத்தும் அவரை ஏகோபித்து துதித்து  ஆராதனை செய்கின்றன. 

       நாம் எதற்கும் பயப்படாமல், நமக்கு அன்பான தேவனை பரிசுத்தத்தோடும் போற்றுதலோடும் ஆராதிக்க வேண்டும். "கடவுள்கள்" என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிற வேறு எந்தத் தெய்வமும், வல்லமையும் ஜீவனுமுள்ள நம்முடைய தேவனுக்கு ஈடாகாது! அவரே நம்முடைய பாவங்களுக்காக சிலுவையில் தம்முடைய ஜீவனைக் கொடுத்து, மரணத்தை வென்று மீண்டும் உயிர்த்தெழுந்தார், அவர் வெகுவிரைவில் திரும்பி வந்து, தன் பிள்ளைகளை எப்பொழுதும் தம்முடன் இருக்க அழைத்துச் செல்வார். 

       ஜீவனுள்ள யாவும் அவரைத் துதித்து மகிமைப்படுத்தட்டும்! நாம் எல்லா மகிமையையும் துதியும் அவருக்கு மட்டுமே கொடுப்போமாக, ஏனென்றால் அவர் ஒருவரே எல்லா மகிமை, அன்பு மற்றும் பயபக்திக்கும் தகுதியானவர். ஏசாயா 45:18 சொல்லுகிறது: “வானங்களைச் சிருஷ்டித்து பூமியையும் வெறுமையாயிருக்கச் சிருஷ்டியாமல் அதைக் குடியிருப்புக்காகச்செய்து படைத்து, அதை உருவேற்படுத்தின தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: நானே கர்த்தர், வேறொருவர் இல்லை.” 

சிந்திக்க: அனைத்தையும் படைத்தவரும், ரட்சகருமாகிய  தேவனை மரியாதையோடும், அன்போடும், பரிசுத்தத்தோடும் தொழுதுகொள்கிறேனா?
