"Blog Y2 500 - Joyful in Christ’s Righteousness"

Image
The righteous shall be glad in the Lord and trust in Him. And all the upright in heart shall glory. Psalm 64:10.           The person made righteous by the precious blood of Jesus Christ is the most blessed and joyful in this world. Their sins are forgiven, and the weight of guilt is lifted from their heart. We do not become righteous through our own efforts but solely by His grace when our sins are washed away.           As a result, our hearts overflow with joy, bubbling with the presence and glory of our God. Not only are we filled with joy, but our trust is firmly placed in Him, and nothing can snatch us from His hands. When our hearts are right with God, we are able to praise and glorify Him with all that we are.           Salvation is not just a one-time event; it is a daily journey in His presence. Each day, as we draw near to Jesus, He sanctifies us and fills our hearts with praise through ...

"Blog Y2 499 - God's Word Stands Forever"

Image
Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. Matthew 24:35.           What a powerful assurance God has given us in this verse! Everything in this world, what we see, what we possess, and even our very lives, will one day fade away. Yet, His Word remains forever. The world offers deceptive hope, but God and His Word are the only unchanging and everlasting truth.           People may make countless promises, but no one knows what the next moment holds. Unlike human words, which can change instantly, God’s Word is eternal, steadfast, and unshakable. His Word is alive and filled with the Spirit; it speaks to our hearts with clarity when we take the time to dwell in it.           Psalm 1 reveals the blessings reserved for those who delight in God’s Word. Our trust must be anchored in His promises, for they are unchanging and true. No matter what trials or challenges we face...

"Blog Y2 498 - Only God Restores the Soul"

Image
For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul. Jeremiah 31:25.            God created us in His image, giving us a spirit, soul, and body. The body is given to us for our time on this earth, but when we leave, it returns to dust. The spirit returns to God, who gave it. However, the soul is of utmost importance, as it determines our eternal destiny.           All our emotions, sorrow, weariness, and joy come from the soul. If our soul is well, everything else will be well. This is why the psalmist speaks to his soul, urging it to praise and worship God. We cannot restore or heal our own souls. Only God can.           Today, He promises to refresh our weary souls, restore the joy we have lost, and satisfy and strengthen us. Let us surrender our entire being, "spirit, soul, and body," to Jesus Christ. Everything we are, belongs to Him. Trust and believe that onl...

"Blog Y2 497 - Abide in Jesus, Trust Him"

Image
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. John 15:7.    Our Almighty God has uniquely and wonderfully created us for an intimate relationship with Him. We are precious in His sight, and He longs for our love. Though we may feel undeserving, He still desires our hearts.      If we truly love Him, we will abide in Him and remain in His Word. The promise of today’s verse is not for everyone; only His children, those who abide in Him and are committed to His WORD, can confidently call upon His name. Such a person asks according to God’s will and, therefore, receives what they request.      Let us abide in Him, love Him wholeheartedly, and remain in His Word, trusting in His promises. Our Lord will grant all our supplications in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. As His children, God has given us the authority to use Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Let us boldly enter into His presence and as...

"Blog Y2 496 - God’s Mercy Never Fails"

Image
God be merciful to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us. Psalm67:1.          Our   God is so merciful and gracious to us. The psalmist often pleads for God to reveal His loving kindness, and in our times of trouble, we, too, cry out in the same way. Yet, we must remember that our God remains the same yesterday, today, and forever. He has promised, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Unlike humans, God does not change His word or His promises. This truth should fill our hearts with love and gratitude.           His mercy reminds us that we do not stand before Him by our own righteousness but by His grace. His blessings are not only material but spiritual, giving us wisdom, peace, and a heart that delights in Him.           As we seek His shining face, may we also reflect His light to those around us, becoming vessels of His love and grace. Let our lives be a test...

"Blog Y2 496 - Grateful Hearts, Endless Praise"

Image
The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me— A prayer to the God of my life. Psalm 42:8.           How beautiful is this verse, revealing the nature of our God! His eyes are always upon us, yet so often, we fail to recognize His presence. From morning until evening, He thinks of us, planning goodness for our lives.           The Bible declares that our loving God showers His grace and lovingkindness upon us, and in response, our mouths should continually proclaim His wonders. As we lay down to rest at night, our hearts should recount His mercies throughout the day, and our lips should overflow with praises.           Our prayers do not go unheard; they rise to the One who is the very source of our life. Let us hold on to this truth every day. His love and faithfulness will never fail us. He dwells within us! What a glorious truth! Let us, ther...

"Blog Y2 495 - God’s Word Leads to Life"

Image
You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. John 5:39.           The Scriptures are the voice of God, His divine love letter to us. Every word in the Bible carries life and spirit, for it is the living truth. No other book can lead us to eternal life; only the Word of God can. The books of this world may provide knowledge, but their words are fallible, sometimes true, sometimes false. They cannot be fully trusted.           Reading the Bible without seeking Jesus is like admiring a road sign without following where it leads. The Pharisees knew the Scriptures well but failed to recognize the One they spoke about, the source of eternal life. We must not only read but also allow His Word to transform our hearts, drawing us closer to Him.           Our responsibility is to search the Scriptures, to go deep into them with a heart willin...

"Blog Y2 494 - Seeking God with Sincere Heart"

Image
Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Isaiah. 55:6.           Our Lord God is merciful, gracious, and abounding in love and compassion. In the days of the Old Testament, God was not easily approachable. His Spirit would come upon people at certain times to fulfill His purpose and then depart. But we are a privileged and blessed generation! Through Christ, the Almighty God dwells within us, and we have direct access to Him at all times.           The Lord Himself commands us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and urges us in Isaiah 55:6 to seek Him while He may be found and call upon Him while He is near. What a glorious truth! He is always near to those who seek Him with a whole and sincere heart, and when we call upon Him, He answers us immediately.           May our hearts remain forever attached to Him, never turning away. Let us go forward in life with...

"Blog Y2 493 - God, Our Rock and Refuge"

Image
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalm 18:2.              When we meditate on this verse, we see how loving and faithful our Heavenly Father is toward us. It fills our hearts with comfort and assurance, reminding us that we are safe in His hands .           He is our Rock, which signifies stability, when everything else crumbles, God remains steadfast. He is our Strength in times of weakness, empowering us to endure. He is our Shield, protecting us from dangers seen and unseen. How precious we are to Him! This verse is not just a statement it is a personal declaration from God over our lives.           Trusting in God means surrendering our worries and leaning on His strength instead of our own. In the midst of calamities, chaos, and distractions in this world, the Creator of ...

"Blog Y2 492 - Love God with all heart"

Image
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28.           We, as God’s children, have been given an opportunity today to examine ourselves—do we truly love Him? We may pray, read the Bible, and perform religious rituals to express our faith, but do we love Him with a faithful heart, with all our souls, and with our whole being?           So often, we forget that God’s promises come with conditions. This promise, too, is bound by a condition: If we love God , then everything that happens in our lives, whether good or bad, will be turned by our Heavenly Father for our good.           Let us first set our hearts to love our Father in Heaven with all that we are. When we do, He will fulfill this promise of love in our lives. As Jesus said, “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these thin...

"Blog Y2 491 - Living for God’s Purpose"

Image
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6.           Our thought life before God is more important than anything else. Even if we avoid committing sinful actions with our bodies, our minds can still be filled with pride, lust, jealousy, and other thoughts that are neither acceptable nor pleasing in God’s sight. The crucial question is whether our minds are governed by the Holy Spirit or by our own flesh.           Thoughts controlled by the flesh lead us toward eternal death. However, when our minds and hearts are guided by the Holy Spirit, He leads us toward eternal life.           Our ultimate goal should be to do the will of God’s purpose that cannot be fulfilled if we are solely driven by our own flesh and self-serving thoughts. Let us come into His presence and ask Him to fill us more with His Holy Spirit. May He be our Lord and our guide, ...

"Blog Y2 490 - Rooted in Christ’s Grace"

Image
As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:6-7.           We have not been saved by our strength or good works, but solely by the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, salvation is not the finish line, it is just the beginning of our walk with Him. We have a long journey ahead, and we must be mindful of our salvation daily, growing in our relationship with Him every moment.           Just as a great tree stands strong because of its deep roots, we too must be firmly rooted in Christ through a close relationship with Him in prayer. Our foundation must be built on God’s Word. Our priority should always be our spiritual life, investing our time in seeking Him first. The more time we spend with God, the stronger we become in Him. Every day, He empowers us to stand f...

"Blog Y2 489 - Bless Enemies With Grace"

Image
Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. Luke 6:28.           As human beings, it is difficult to bless those who curse us and pray for those who mistreat and wound us. Yet, these words come directly from the lips of our loving Savior, Jesus Christ. This is not a worldly philosophy but a divine command that He not only taught but also lived out perfectly.           Even when Judas betrayed Him, Jesus still called him “friend.” He did not seek revenge on those who spoke against Him or mistreated Him. Instead, He loved them and prayed for them. At the same time, He was not a people-pleaser. Whenever correction was needed, He gave it with truth and love.           This kind of love and forgiveness is impossible by our own strength. Only the Holy Spirit can transform our hearts and empower us to bless those who curse us and pray for those who wrong us. And He will surely he...

"Blog Y2 488 - Sing in Faith and Gratitude"

Image
I will sing to the Lord, because He has dealt bountifully with me. Psalm 13:6.           In part 1 of today’s verse, King David says, “I will sing to the Lord.” Our loving Father God is the only one to be praised and honored. He does not say, I feel like singing, but rather, I will sing. It reminds us that worship is not just an emotional response; it is an act of faith and obedience. The very fact that we are still breathing and living is due to His pure grace. Without Him, we can’t take a single step in our lives. He is with us, helping us with each and every move we make.           In part 2, King David says, "Because He Has Dealt Bountifully with me." We lack the words to express our gratitude to Him fully. The word bountifully speaks of abundance, generosity, and blessing. God’s blessings are not always material; they are often seen in His faithfulness, mercy, and presence in our lives. He is the one who saw us from our ...

"Blog Y2 487 - Living for God's Divine Purpose"

Image
For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother. Mark 3:35.           God, our Lord Almighty, has chosen us to live according to His will and glorify Him alone. We are not called to follow a religion but to have a deep, intimate relationship with our Lord and Creator. Rituals and traditions cannot give us the right to call Him our Father; only through faith and obedience can we truly know Him as our Father and King.           Jesus Christ came into this world to fulfill the will of our Father. From His birth to the cross, we see how He remained completely devoted to accomplishing God’s will. In the same way, we were also created with a unique and divine purpose, already designed by our Father. Our greatest calling is to surrender to His will, just as Jesus prayed: “Not my will, but Yours be done.”           This is the key requirement to inherit God’s Kingdom. Merely calling...

"Blog Y2 486 - Let God Guide Your Thoughts"

Image
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6.           Our thoughts play a crucial role in our daily lives. The way we think affects every area of our life. Our minds can either be ruled by our own flesh or by the Spirit of God. When our thoughts are controlled by the flesh, they lead to distraction and completely hinder God from working in us. Indeed, to be carnally minded is death.           We only know the past and present moments, but our God knows the past, present, and future. Whatever we think in our minds will eventually come out of our mouths, and what we speak will turn into action. However, if we allow God to take complete control of our thoughts, the Holy Spirit will guide us on the right path. He will lead us to life and take us to the right destination.           May our thought life be surrendered into God’s hands, and may we open o...

"Blog Y2 485 - Delight in the Lord Always"

Image
Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4.           Delighting in the Lord is like carefully combining the finest ingredients to create the most exquisite cake it is a blend of love, devotion, and joyful obedience. To truly delight in God means to cultivate an intimate relationship with Him, doing what pleases Him and brings Him joy.           When we draw near to God, praying without ceasing, meditating on His Word, loving Him with all our heart and soul, and surrendering to His will, delight in the Lord becomes a natural part of us. As we delight in Him, He also delights in us. Over time, His will becomes our will, and His desires become our desires.           When our hearts are aligned with God’s will, He fulfills the desires of our hearts because those desires will be in harmony with His perfect plan. Let us set our hearts on pleasing our H...

"Blog Y2 484 - God Delights in Humble Hearts"

Image
The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, But the prayer of the upright is His delight. Proverbs‬ ‭15‬:‭8‬.           Many believe that offering rituals and sacrifices will earn God’s favor, but Scripture reminds us that the sacrifices of the wicked are an abomination in His sight. Without a heart that genuinely seeks Him, such offerings are empty and meaningless. God does not delight in religious acts performed without love, humility, and obedience. The Lord values sacrifices made in humility and gratitude, those made from a broken and contrite spirit. He never rejects such offerings.           When we truly love God, our sacrifices are made solely to please Him. The prayers of the righteous, His children, flow from broken hearts filled with gratitude. These prayers are not about asking for things to be done but about seeking a closer relationship with God and bringing Him joy. Our God cherishes such childre...

"Blog Y2 483 - Empowered to Bring Freedom"

Image
And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Matthew 16:19.           What a marvelous promise Jesus has given to Simon Peter, and it is also for God’s children! From the beginning, He entrusted humankind with authority over all His creation. However, as we see throughout the Old Testament, God’s people often failed to walk in that authority. Before Christ’s coming, the Holy Spirit would descend upon individuals, empowering them for a time to perform mighty works, but then He would depart.           Now, through Christ, we are blessed and privileged people. The Holy Spirit no longer comes and goes; He dwells within us permanently, equipping us with power and authority. At any moment, He can work through us for His glory. God has given us the authority to bind and lose by restraining the works of darkness a...
