"Blog Y2 490 - Rooted in Christ’s Grace"

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:6-7.

        We have not been saved by our strength or good works, but solely by the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, salvation is not the finish line, it is just the beginning of our walk with Him. We have a long journey ahead, and we must be mindful of our salvation daily, growing in our relationship with Him every moment.

        Just as a great tree stands strong because of its deep roots, we too must be firmly rooted in Christ through a close relationship with Him in prayer. Our foundation must be built on God’s Word. Our priority should always be our spiritual life, investing our time in seeking Him first. The more time we spend with God, the stronger we become in Him. Every day, He empowers us to stand firm in faith.

        Let us thank and praise God for the priceless gift of salvation. May He strengthen us to walk faithfully and keep us from stumbling, just as He has promised. Ephesians 3:17 says: "That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love."

Reflection: Am I recognizing that my salvation is just the beginning of my journey with Christ, and am I consistently nurturing my relationship with Him through prayer and His Word, making my spiritual growth a priority?

            இரட்சிப்பின் விலைமதிப்பற்ற ஈவுக்காக தேவனுக்கு நன்றி செலுத்தி துதிப்போம். அவர் வாக்குத்தத்தம் செய்தபடியே, உண்மையாய் நடக்கவும், இடறலிலிருந்து நம்மைக் காக்கவும் அவர் நம்மைப் பெலப்படுத்துவாராக. எபேசியர் 3:17 சொல்லுகிறது: ”விசுவாசத்தினாலே கிறிஸ்து உங்கள் இருதயங்களில் வாசமாயிருக்கவும், நீங்கள் அன்பிலே வேரூன்றி, நிலைபெற்றவர்களாகி,”

சிந்திக்க: எனது இரட்சிப்பு கிறிஸ்துவுடனான எனது பயணத்தின் ஆரம்பம் என்பதை நான் அங்கீகரித்து, ஜெபம் மற்றும் அவருடைய வார்த்தையின் மூலம் அவருடனான எனது உறவை நான் தொடர்ந்து வளர்த்து, எனது ஆவிக்குரிய வளர்ச்சிக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கிறேனா?
