"Blog Y2 486 - Let God Guide Your Thoughts"

For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6.

        Our thoughts play a crucial role in our daily lives. The way we think affects every area of our life. Our minds can either be ruled by our own flesh or by the Spirit of God. When our thoughts are controlled by the flesh, they lead to distraction and completely hinder God from working in us. Indeed, to be carnally minded is death.

        We only know the past and present moments, but our God knows the past, present, and future. Whatever we think in our minds will eventually come out of our mouths, and what we speak will turn into action. However, if we allow God to take complete control of our thoughts, the Holy Spirit will guide us on the right path. He will lead us to life and take us to the right destination.

        May our thought life be surrendered into God’s hands, and may we open our hearts to the Holy Spirit, who alone can take control of our minds. May our hearts be filled with joy, peace, love, and life. Galatians 5:16 says: "Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh."

Reflection: Am I allowing God’s Spirit to direct my inner decisions?, or am I letting my own nature take control, leading me away from His purpose?

மாம்சசிந்தை மரணம்; ஆவியின் சிந்தையோ ஜீவனும் சமாதானமுமாம். ரோமர் 8:6.

            நம் அன்றாட வாழ்வில் நமது எண்ணங்கள் முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கின்றன. நாம் சிந்திக்கும் விதம் நம் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியையும் பாதிக்கிறது. நம் மனதை நமது மாம்ச சிந்தையால் அல்லது தேவஆவியால் ஆள முடியும். நமது எண்ணங்கள் மாம்சத்தால் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படும்போது, அவை கவனச்சிதறலுக்கு வழிவகுத்து, தேவன் நம்மில் செயல்படுவதை முற்றிலும் தடுக்கின்றன. உண்மையில், சரீர சிந்தனை மரணத்திற்கு வழிவகுக்கும்.

           நாம் கடந்த காலத்தையும் நிகழ்காலத்தையும் மட்டுமே அறிவோம், ஆனால் நம் தேவன் கடந்த காலம், நிகழ்காலம் மற்றும் எதிர்காலத்தை அறிவார். நம் மனதில் என்ன நினைக்கிறோமோ அது இறுதியில் நம் வாயிலிருந்து வரும், நாம் பேசுவது செயலாக மாறும். இருப்பினும், நம் எண்ணங்களை தேவன் முழுமையாக கட்டுப்படுத்த நாம் அனுமதித்தால், பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நம்மை சரியான பாதையில் வழிநடத்துவார். அவர் நம்மை வழிநடத்தி, சரியான இலக்குக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்வார்.

         நமது சிந்தனை,  மற்றும் வாழ்க்கையை  தேவனின் கரங்களில் ஒப்படைப்போம், பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவருக்கு நம் இதயங்களைத் திறப்போம், அவர் மட்டுமே நம் மனதைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியும். நமது இதயங்கள் சந்தோசம், சமாதானம், அன்பு மற்றும் நற்சிந்தனையால்  நிரம்பியிருக்கட்டும்! கலாத்தியர்5:16 சொல்லுகிறது: “பின்னும் நான் சொல்லுகிறதென்னவென்றால், ஆவிக்கேற்றபடி நடந்துகொள்ளுங்கள், அப்பொழுது மாம்ச இச்சையை நிறைவேற்றாதிருப்பீர்கள்.”

சிந்திக்க: என் உள்ளத்தின்  முடிவுகளை தேவஆவி வழிநடத்த நான் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?, அல்லது தேவனுடைய நோக்கத்திலிருந்து வழிவிலகி என் சொந்த சிந்தனை என்னைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தி வழிநடத்த  அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
