"Blog Y2 514 - Love as Christ Loves"

This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. John 15:12.

        God has given us many commandments to follow, but this is the only one He calls “My commandment.” Not only did He give us this commandment, but He also lived it out and demonstrated His love. His love is unconditional and does not judge anyone. It rejoices in the victories of others and is free from pride and jealousy. We see all these characteristics of love in 1 Corinthians 13.

        Although we have nothing to offer Him and are undeserving of His love, He loved us even before we were born. Although we have denied Him many times, He still loves us. He demonstrated His love by shedding His last drop of blood for us. The only thing He expects from us is that we yield ourselves to the Lord our God.

        Now that we are His children, He commands us to love one another just as He has loved us. Romans 5:5 says that the love of God is poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we can practice loving one another. The Holy Spirit should govern every area of our spiritual life and empower us to love even our enemies. 1 John 4:21 says: "And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also."

Reflection: Am I allowing God's love to flow through me by showing kindness, patience, and compassion to those around me, even when I receive nothing in return?

நான் உங்களில் அன்பாயிருக்கிறதுபோல நீங்களும் ஒருவரிலொருவர் அன்பாயிருக்கவேண்டுமென்பதே என்னுடைய கற்பனையாயிருக்கிறது. யோவான் 15:12 .

            தேவன் நமக்கு பல கட்டளைகளை கொடுத்திருக்கிறார், ஆனால் இதை மட்டுமே அவர் "என் கட்டளை" என்று அழைக்கிறார். அவர் இந்தக் கட்டளையை நமக்குக் கொடுத்தது மட்டுமல்லாமல், அவர் தன்னைத் தியாகம் செய்து தமது அன்பை செயலில் காட்டினார். அவரது அன்பு நிபந்தனையற்றது மற்றும் யாரையும் நியாயந்தீர்க்காது. அது மற்றவர்களின் வெற்றிகளில் மகிழ்கிறது மற்றும் பெருமை மற்றும் பொறாமை இல்லாதது. அன்பின் இந்த பண்புகள் அனைத்தையும் 1 கொரிந்தியர் 13 இல் காண்கிறோம்.

            அவருக்குக் கொடுக்க நம்மிடம் எதுவுமில்லை என்றாலும், அவருடைய அன்புக்கு நாம் தகுதியற்றவர்களாக இருந்தாலும், நாம் பிறப்பதற்கு முன்பே அவர் நம்மை நேசித்தார். நாம் பல முறை அவரை மறுதலித்தாலும், அவர் இன்னும் நம்மை நேசிக்கிறார். அவர் தமது கடைசி சொட்டு இரத்தத்தையும் நமக்காக சிந்தி தமது அன்பை வெளிப்படுத்தினார். அவர் நம்மிடம் எதிர்பார்க்கும் ஒரே காரியம் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே.

            இப்போது நாம் அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளாக இருப்பதால், அவர் நம்மை நேசித்ததைப் போலவே ஒருவரையொருவர் நேசிக்க வேண்டும் என்று அவர் நமக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிறார். பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரால் தேவனுடைய அன்பு நம் இருதயங்களில் ஊற்றப்படுகிறது என்று ரோமர் 5:5 கூறுகிறது. பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் உதவியுடன், நாம் ஒருவரையொருவர் நேசிக்க பயிற்சி செய்யலாம். பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நமது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியையும் ஆட்சி செய்து, நமது எதிரிகளையும் நேசிக்கும்  சந்தையை  அளிப்பராக. 1 யோவான் 4:21 சொல்லுகிறது: “தேவனிடத்தில் அன்புகூருகிறவன் தன் சகோதரனிடத்திலும் அன்புகூரவேண்டுமென்கிற இந்தக் கற்பனையை அவராலே பெற்றிருக்கிறோம்.”

சிந்திக்க: பதிலுக்கு நான் எதையும் பெறாவிட்டாலும், என்னைச் சுற்றியுள்ளவர்களிடம் தயவையும், பொறுமையையும், இரக்கத்தையும் காட்டுவதன் மூலம் தேவனின் அன்பு என் மூலம் வெளிப்பட  நான் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
