"Blog Y2 517 - God's Word Brings Life"

How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! Psalm 119:103.

        Yes! Our God’s Word is truly sweeter than anything in this world. Only those who have tasted it can understand this beautiful truth. There are countless words in this world that aim to motivate or encourage us, but they lack spirit and life. In contrast, God’s Word is alive and powerful, filled with the Spirit and life. It doesn’t just uplift our spirit and soul; it brings life to our physical body as well.

        When we read and meditate on His Word, we experience the fullness of the heavenly realm and the precious presence of God. His Word teaches, guides, and directs our steps in every aspect of life. As we boldly confess His promises with our mouths, we witness how mightily they move mountains and transform our lives. It renews us from the inside out, softening even the hardest of hearts. Only when we taste His Word for ourselves can we truly declare, “Yes, Lord, Your words are sweeter than honey!” Jeremiah 15:16 says: "Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart."

Reflection: Am I truly seeking to experience the richness of God's Word by meditating on it, allowing it to shape my heart, guide my steps, and bring life to my soul and body?

உம்முடைய வார்த்தைகள் என் நாவுக்கு எவ்வளவு இனிமையானவைகள்; என் வாய்க்கு அவைகள் தேனிலும் மதுரமாயிருக்கும். சங்கீதம் 119:103.

            ஆம்! நம்முடைய தேவனுடைய வார்த்தை இந்த உலகத்திலுள்ள எல்லாவற்றையும் விட உண்மையிலேயே இனிமையானது. இந்த அருமையான உண்மையை ருசித்தவர்களால் மட்டுமே புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியும். இந்த உலகில் ஏராளமான வார்த்தைகள் நம்மை உற்சாகப்படுத்தவோ, ஊக்குவிக்கவோ முயல்கின்றன, ஆனால் அவற்றில் ஆவி அல்லது ஜீவன் இல்லை. இதற்கு மாறாக, தேவனின் வார்த்தை உயிருள்ளதும் வல்லமையுள்ளதும் ஆகும், இது ஆவியாலும் ஜீவனாலும் நிறைந்தது. இது நம் ஆவி மற்றும் ஆத்துமாவை எழுப்புவது மட்டுமல்ல, நம் உடலுக்குக் கூட ஜீவனை அளிக்கிறது.

            நாம் அவருடைய வார்த்தையை வாசித்து தியானிக்கும்போது, பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தின் நிறைவையும் தேவனின் விலையேறப்பெற்ற பிரசன்னத்தையும் நாம் அனுபவிக்கிறோம். அவருடைய வார்த்தை வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு அம்சத்திலும் நம் நடக்க வேண்டிய முறைகளை கற்பித்து, வழிநடத்தி, செயல்படுத்துகிறது. அவருடைய வாக்குத்தத்தங்களை நமது வாயினால் தைரியமாக அறிக்கையிடும்போது, அவை எவ்வளவு வல்லமையாக மலைபோன்ற காரியங்களை நகர்த்தி நம் வாழ்க்கையை மாற்றுகின்றன என்பதை நாம் காண்கிறோம். மேலும் இது நம்மை உள்ளே இருந்து புதுப்பித்து, கடினமான இதயங்களைக் கூட மென்மையாக்குகிறது. அவருடைய வார்த்தையை நாம் ருசிபார்க்கும்போதுதான், "ஆம் ஆண்டவரே, உமது வார்த்தைகள் தேனிலும் மதுரமானவைகள்" என்று நாம் உண்மையாக அறிவிக்க முடியும். எரேமியா 15:16 சொல்லுகிறது: “ உம்முடைய வார்த்தைகள் கிடைத்தவுடனே அவைகளை உட்கொண்டேன்; உம்முடைய வார்த்தைகள் எனக்குச் சந்தோஷமும், என் இருதயத்துக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியுமாயிருந்தது.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் உண்மையிலேயே தேவனுடைய வார்த்தையின் ஆழ்ந்த கருத்துக்களை  தியானிப்பதன் மூலம் அதை அனுபவிக்க நாடி, அது என் இதயத்தை வடிவமைத்து, என்னை வழிநடத்தி, என் ஆத்துமாவுக்கும் உடலுக்கும் ஜீவன் அளிக்க அனுமதிக்கின்றேனா?
