"Blog Y2 521 - Grace, Justice, and Redemption"

Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; Yes, our God is merciful. Psalms 116:5.

        Our Father God is so gracious, yet at the same time, He is righteous. His passion toward us is unimaginable and beyond what words can express. Every moment of our lives, Satan stands, accusing us in His presence. But our Heavenly Father stands by our side and fights on our behalf, even though He knows our weaknesses and flaws. What a compassionate God we have!

        God’s righteousness demands justice, yet His mercy offers salvation. Before Christ, sin separated us from Him, and we were helpless to bridge the gap. But in His grace, He sent Jesus to bear our punishment. Through the cross, justice and mercy meet as punishment turns into redemption. When we accept Christ, we receive His mercy not just for salvation but for daily life. His grace doesn’t just rescue us; it transforms us, leading us into righteousness.

        His ultimate aim is to redeem us and take us to reign with Him. We are now living in the days of grace. Until those days come to an end, He will continue to show His abundant mercy and grace upon us. We must not take this for granted but rather build a strong relationship with Him and prepare ourselves to meet Him. Psalms 103:8 says: "The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy." 

Reflection: Am I embracing God's grace and righteousness in my daily life, allowing His mercy to transform me and prepare me for His eternal kingdom?

கர்த்தர் கிருபையும் நீதியுமுள்ளவர், நம்முடைய தேவன் மனஉருக்கமானவர். சங்கீதம் 116:5.

            நம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவன் மிகவும் கிருபையுள்ளவர், ஆனால் அதே நேரத்தில், அவர் நீதியுள்ளவர். அவர் நம்மீது கொண்டிருக்கும் அன்பு கற்பனைக்கு எட்டாதது, வார்த்தைகளால் விவரிக்க முடியாதது. நம் வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு நிமிடமும், சாத்தான் தேவ சமூகத்தில்  நம்மீது குற்றஞ்சாட்டி நிற்கிறான். ஆனால் நமது பரமபிதா நமது பலவீனங்களையும் குறைபாடுகளையும் அறிந்திருந்தும், அவர் நம் பக்கத்தில் நின்று நமக்காக மன்றாடுகிறார். எப்பேர்ப்பட்ட இரக்கமுள்ள தேவன் நமக்கு இருக்கிறார்!

            தேவனுடைய நீதியானது நியாயத்தைக் கோருகிறது, ஆனால் அவரது இரக்கம் இரட்சிப்பை வழங்குகிறது. கிறிஸ்துவுக்கு முன்பாக, பாவம் நம்மை பிதாவிடமிருந்து பிரித்தது, இடைவெளியை நிரப்ப நாம் உதவியற்றவர்களாக இருந்தோம். ஆனால் அவருடைய கிருபையால், நம்முடைய தண்டனையைச் சுமக்க அவர் இயேசுவை அனுப்பினார். சிலுவையின் வழியாக, நீதியும் இரக்கமும் சந்திக்கின்றன, அதே நேரம் தண்டனை மீட்பாக மாறுகிறது. நாம் கிறிஸ்துவை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும்போது, இரட்சிப்புக்காக மட்டுமல்ல, அன்றாட வாழ்க்கைக்காகவும் அவருடைய இரக்கத்தைப் பெறுகிறோம். அவருடைய கிருபை நம்மைக் காப்பாற்றுவது மட்டுமல்ல; அது நம்மை மாற்றி, நீதிக்குள் நம்மை வழிநடத்துகிறது.

            நம்மை மீட்டு, அவருடன் ஆட்சி செய்ய நம்மை அழைத்துச் செல்வதே அவரது இறுதி நோக்கம். நாம் இப்போது கிருபையின் நாட்களில் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். அந்த நாட்கள் முடிவடையும் வரை, அவர் தொடர்ந்து தமது பரிபூரண இரக்கத்தையும் கிருபையையும், நம்மீது காட்டுவார். இதை நாம் சாதாரணமாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளாமல், அவருடன் ஒரு வலுவான உறவை வளர்த்துக் கொண்டு, அவரை சந்திக்க நம்மை ஆயத்தப்படுத்த வேண்டும். சங்கீதம் 103:8 சொல்லுகிறது: “கர்த்தர் உருக்கமும், இரக்கமும், நீடிய சாந்தமும், மிகுந்த கிருபையுமுள்ளவர்.”

சிந்திக்க: என் அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையில் தேவனுடைய கிருபையையும், நீதியையும் நான் தழுவி, அவருடைய இரக்கம் என்னை மாற்றவும், அவருடைய நித்திய ராஜ்யத்திற்கு என்னை ஆயத்தப்படுத்தவும் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
