"Blog Y2 534 - Praise Unlocks Divine Blessings"

Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; And to him who orders his conduct aright I will show the salvation of God. Psalm 50:23.

In this world, we witness countless acts of sacrifice. Yet our mighty God, who created us in His own image for the very purpose of worshipping and glorifying Him, desires one particular sacrifice above all, “the sacrifice of praise.”

When we offer heartfelt praise, it becomes a sweet fragrance before God. This is the right and acceptable offering that pleases our Heavenly Father. There’s a saying many of us have heard: “Try praise in your troubles.” Indeed, when we praise God sincerely, even in the midst of difficulty, He becomes eager to bless us and bring deliverance.

God promises that to those who walk in His ways and live uprightly, He will reveal the blessings of salvation. Our Father will show His power to deliver, uplift, and restore. Hebrews 13:15 says: “Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.” 

Reflection: Am I offering sincere praises even in my struggles, choosing to glorify God with a grateful heart so I may witness His power to restore and bless my life?

ஸ்தோத்திர பலியிடுகிறவன் என்னை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறான்; தன் வழியைச் செவ்வைப்படுத்துகிறவனுக்கு தேவனுடைய இரட்சிப்பை வெளிப்படுத்துவேன் என்று சொல்லுகிறார். சங்கீதம் 50:23.

இந்த உலகில், எண்ணற்ற தியாகச் செயல்களை நாம் காண்கிறோம். என்றபோதிலும் தம்மை ஆராதித்து மகிமைப்படுத்தும் நோக்கத்திற்காகவே தம்முடைய சாயலில் நம்மைப் படைத்த வல்லமையுள்ள நமது தேவன், எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலாக ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட பலியை விரும்புகிறார், அதாவது "ஸ்தோத்திரபலி".

நாம் இருதயப்பூர்வமான துதியைச் செலுத்தும்போது, அது தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக ஒரு இனிய நறுமணமாக மாறுகிறது. இதுவே நமது பரலோக பிதாவை பிரியப்படுத்துகிற சரியான, ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளத்தக்க காணிக்கை. நம்மில் பலர் கேள்விப்பட்டிருக்கும் ஒரு பழமொழி உள்ளது: "உங்கள் துன்ப நேரத்தில் துதி செலுத்துங்கள் ." ஆம், நாம் தேவனை உண்மையாக துதிக்கும்போது, கஷ்டத்தின் மத்தியிலும் கூட, அவர் நம்மை ஆசீர்வதித்து விடுதலையைக் கொண்டுவர ஆவலாக இருக்கிறார்.

அவருடைய வழிகளில் நடந்து நேர்மையாக வாழ்கிறவர்களுக்கு இரட்சிப்பின் ஆசீர்வாதங்களை வெளிப்படுத்துவார் என்று தேவன் வாக்களிக்கிறார். நம்மை உயர்த்தவும், காக்கவும், புதுப்பிக்கவும் நமது பிதா தம்முடைய ஆற்றலைக் காண்பிக்கத் தயாராக இருக்கிறார். எபிரெயர் 13:15 சொல்லுகிறது : "ஆகையால், அவருடைய நாமத்தைத் துதிக்கும் உதடுகளின் கனியாகிய ஸ்தோத்திரபலியை அவர்மூலமாய் எப்போதும் தேவனுக்குச் செலுத்தக்கடவோம்." 

சிந்திக்க: என் போராட்ட நேரங்களில்  கூட நான் உண்மையாக தேவனைத் துதித்து, நன்றியுள்ள இருதயத்துடன் தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துவதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, அதனால் என் வாழ்க்கையை மீட்டெடுப்பதற்கும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்படுவதற்கும் அவருடைய வல்லமையை நான் காணத் தயாராக இருக்கிறேனா?
