"Blog Y2 536 - Glorify Him, Inspire Generations"

So we, Your people and the sheep of Your pasture, will give You thanks forever; we will show forth Your praise to all generations. Psalm 79:13.

Our Father God has chosen us to be His own treasured possession. Through our parents, He sent us into this world for one ultimate purpose: to glorify His holy name. Our lives are not our own; they are meant to lift up and praise Him alone, in every word, action, and thought.

When our time on earth comes to an end, this calling will continue in eternity, where we will praise and glorify our Lord forever in Heaven. What a blessed and privileged people we are to be called His people and the sheep of His pasture. He does not share His glory with anyone who exalts himself, for He alone is worthy of all glory, honor, and praise.

We are responsible for preparing the next generation to walk in truth, love, and reverence for God. Our children must be taught not only the words of Scripture but also how to live them out daily, how to worship in spirit and truth, and how to stand firm in a world of shifting values. Let us sow seeds of faith that will blossom into a legacy of praise for generations to come. Psalm 145:4 says: "One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts."

Reflection: Am I faithfully glorifying God through my life, preparing the next generation by teaching them to live His Word, worship in truth, and stand firm in a shifting world?

அப்பொழுது, உம்முடைய ஜனங்களும் உம்முடைய மேய்ச்சலின் ஆடுகளுமாகிய நாங்கள் உம்மை என்றென்றைக்கும் புகழுவோம்; தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக உமது துதியைச் சொல்லிவருவோம். சங்கீதம் 79:13.

நம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவன் நம்மைத் தம்முடைய பொக்கிஷமான சொத்தாக தெரிந்துகொண்டிருக்கிறார். அவருடைய பரிசுத்த நாமத்தை மகிமைப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்ற ஒரு இறுதி நோக்கத்திற்காகவே நமது பெற்றோர் மூலமாக அவர் நம்மை இந்த உலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பினார். நம் வாழ்க்கை நம்முடையது அல்ல; ஒவ்வொரு சொல்லிலும், செயலிலும், எண்ணத்திலும் அவரை மட்டுமே உயர்த்திப் புகழ்வதே வாழ்க்கையின் நோக்கம்.

பூமியில் நமது காலம் முடிவடையும் போது, இந்த அழைப்பு நித்தியத்தில் தொடரும், அங்கு நாம் பரலோகத்தில் என்றென்றும் நம் கர்த்தரைத் துதித்து மகிமைப்படுத்துவோம். அவருடைய ஜனங்கள் என்றும் அவருடைய மேய்ச்சலின் ஆடுகள் என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுவதற்கு நாம் எவ்வளவு ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்ட மற்றும் சிலாக்கியம் பெற்ற ஜனங்களாக இருக்கிறோம். தம்மைத்தாமே உயர்த்துகிற எவருடனும் அவர் தம்முடைய மகிமையைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதில்லை, ஏனென்றால் அவர் மட்டுமே எல்லா மகிமைக்கும், கனத்திற்கும், புகழுக்கும் பாத்திரமானவர். 

அடுத்த தலைமுறை சத்தியத்திலும், அன்பிலும், பயபக்தியிலும் நடக்க ஆயத்தப்படுத்தும் பொறுப்பு நமக்கு இருக்கிறது. நமது பிள்ளைகளுக்கு வேத வார்த்தைகள் மட்டுமல்ல, அவற்றில் எவ்வாறு தினந்தோறும் வாழ்வது, ஆவியிலும் சத்தியத்திலும் எவ்வாறு ஆராதிப்பது, மாறும் உலகில் எவ்வாறு உறுதியாக நிற்பது என்பதையும் கற்பிக்க வேண்டும். வருங்கால சந்ததியினருக்கான புகழ்ச்சி மரபாக மலரும் நம்பிக்கை விதைகளை விதைப்போம். சங்கீதம் 145:4 சொல்லுகிறது: “தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக உம்முடைய கிரியைகளின் புகழ்ச்சியைச் சொல்லி, உம்முடைய வல்லமையுள்ள செய்கைகளை அறிவிப்பார்கள்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் என் வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் தேவனை உண்மையுடன் மகிமைப்படுத்தி, அவருடைய வார்த்தையின்படி வாழவும், உண்மையான ஆராதனை செய்யவும், மாறிவரும் உலகில் உறுதியாக நிற்கவும் கற்பிப்பதன் மூலம் அடுத்த தலைமுறையை ஆயத்தப்படுத்துகிறேனா?
