"Blog Y2 554 - Never Failing Ever Lasting Love"

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: ‘Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. Jeremiah 31:3.

From the very beginning, even before the foundation of the earth, even from our mother’s womb, we were in God’s heart. He poured out His amazing, unconditional love upon us. Though we have failed countless times, His love has never changed. His love is truly everlasting.

Nothing can alter His love for us. Even if people in this world let us down and their love wavers with time, His love remains steadfast and unchanging. Whether we realize it or not, whether we recognize it or not, His love never fails. Even until this very moment, He has not given up on us. Instead, He continues to draw us with His everlasting lovingkindness.

In the same way, He longs for our love in return. Let us spend more time in His presence, sharing in and enjoying His unfailing love. No matter what we may gain from this world, nothing can compare to the love of God. No one else could or would sacrifice their life for us, but our Lord gave His life, pouring out even His last drop of blood, to save us.

May our hearts and souls draw closer to Him daily, to enjoy the depths of His endless, unconditional love. Isaiah 54:8 says: “In a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you,”

Reflection: Am I truly responding to God's unconditional love by drawing closer to Him daily, valuing His sacrifice above all, and allowing His love to transform my life?

பூர்வகாலமுதல் கர்த்தர் எனக்குத் தரிசனையானார் என்பாய்; ஆம் அநாதி சிநேகத்தால் உன்னைச் சிநேகித்தேன்; ஆதலால் காருணியத்தால் உன்னை இழுத்துக்கொள்ளுகிறேன். எரேமியா 31:3.

ஆதி காலத்திலிருந்தே, பூமி தோன்றுவதற்கு முன்பே, நம்முடைய தாயின் கருவில் இருந்ததிலிருந்தே, நாம் தேவனுடைய இருதயத்தில் இருந்தோம். அவர் தமது அற்புதமான, நிபந்தனையற்ற அன்பை நம்மீது ஊற்றினார். எண்ணற்ற முறை நாம் வழிவிலகினாலும், அவருடைய அன்பு ஒருபோதும் மாறவில்லை. அவருடைய அன்பு உண்மையிலேயே நித்தியமானது.

இந்த உலகத்தில் மக்கள் நம்மை மறந்து விடக்கூடும், அவர்களுடைய அன்பு காலத்தோடு மாறக்கூடும். ஆனால், தேவனுடைய அன்பு நிலைத்ததும், மாறாததுமானதும் ஆகும். நாம் உணராவிட்டாலும், புரிந்துகொள்ளாவிட்டாலும் கூட, அவருடைய அன்பு ஒருபோதும் தோல்வியடையாது. இன்று வரை கூட, அவர் நம்மை விட்டு விலகவில்லையே, மாறாக, தனது நித்தியமான இரக்கத்தினால் நம்மை தன்னிடம் இழுத்துக்கொண்டே இருக்கிறார்.

அதேபோல், அவர் பதிலுக்கு நம் அன்புக்காக ஏங்குகிறார். அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் அதிக நேரம் செலவழித்து, அவருடைய மாறாத அன்பில் பங்குகொண்டு மகிழ்வோமாக. இந்த உலகத்திலிருந்து நாம் என்ன பெற்றாலும், தேவனின் அன்புக்கு எதுவும் ஒப்பிட முடியாது. வேறு யாரும் நமக்காக தங்கள் உயிரை தியாகம் செய்ய முடியாது அல்லது தியாகம் செய்ய மாட்டார்கள், ஆனால் நம் ஆண்டவர் நம்மை காப்பாற்ற தனது கடைசி சொட்டு இரத்தத்தையும் ஊற்றி தனது உயிரைக் கொடுத்தார்.

நம்முடைய இதயங்களும் ஆத்துமாக்களும், அவரது முடிவில்லாத, நிபந்தனையற்ற அன்பை அனுபவிக்க, தினமும் அவரிடம் நெருங்கி வரட்டும். ஏசாயா 54:8 சொல்லுகிறது: “அற்பகாலம் மூண்ட கோபத்தினால் என் முகத்தை இமைப்பொழுது உனக்கு மறைத்தேன்; ஆனாலும் நித்திய கிருபையுடன் உனக்கு இரங்குவேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய உன் மீட்பர் சொல்லுகிறார்.”

சிந்திக்க: தினமும் தேவனிடம் நெருங்கி வந்து, எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலாக அவரது தியாகத்தை மதித்து,  தேவனின் நிபந்தனையற்ற அன்பு என் வாழ்க்கையை மாற்ற அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
