"Blog Y2 555 - Abide and Bear His Fruit"

I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. John 15:5.

Our Almighty God has appointed us in this world to live a fruitful life. The evidence that we are truly His children is found in the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22,23). When others see these fruits in our lives, they recognize that we belong to God. But we must remember that we cannot produce these fruits by our own efforts.

Only through a living, abiding relationship with Jesus Christ can we become truly fruitful. Just as a branch draws life from the vine, we too must stay connected to our Lord. Apart from Him, we are spiritually powerless. The vine provides nourishment, strength, and support to its branches, and in the same way, Christ sustains and empowers us through the Holy Spirit who dwells within us.

A branch that remains connected to the vine naturally bears fruit, but one that is cut off withers and dies. This illustrates the vital importance of our daily communion with God. The more deeply we abide in Him, through prayer, His Word, worship, and obedience, the more abundantly we bear fruit that brings glory to His name.

Let us cling to Jesus, our true Vine, and allow His life to flow through us. Then, our words, actions, and attitudes will reflect His love and truth. It is not about striving in our own strength, but about abiding in His presence and letting His Spirit transform us from within. Psalm 1:3 says: “He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.”

Reflection: Am I staying truly connected to Jesus each day, allowing His Spirit to work in me so that I may bear the fruit of the Spirit and glorify God through my life?

நம்முடைய சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள தேவன் நம்மை இவ்வுலகில் கனி தரும் வாழ்க்கை வாழ நியமித்திருக்கிறார். நாம் உண்மையிலேயே அவருடைய பிள்ளைகள் என்பதற்கான சான்றுகள் ஆவியின் கனிகள், ஆவியின் கனியோ, அன்பு, சந்தோஷம், சமாதானம், நீடியபொறுமை, தயவு, நற்குணம், விசுவாசம், சாந்தம், இச்சையடக்கம்; ஆகியவற்றில் காணப்படுகின்றன (கலாத்தியர் 5:22-23). நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையில் இந்தக் கனிகளை மற்றவர்கள் பார்க்கும்போது, நாம் தேவனுக்கு சொந்தமானவர்கள் என்பதை அவர்கள் அங்கீகரிக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் நாம் நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்: இந்த கனிகளை நம் சொந்த முயற்சியால் உற்பத்தி செய்ய முடியாது.

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவுடனான ஒரு ஜீவனுள்ள, நிலையான உறவின் மூலம் மட்டுமே நாம் உண்மையிலே பலனடைகிறோம். ஒரு கிளையானது திராட்சை செடியிலிருந்து ஜீவனைப் பெறுவது போல, நாமும் நம்முடைய கர்த்தருடன் இணைந்திருப்பது அவசியம். அவரின்றி நம்மால் ஆவிக்குரிய எந்தவொரு காரியத்தையும் செய்ய முடியாது. திராட்சைக் செடி அதன் கிளைகளுக்கு ஊட்டச்சத்து, வலிமை மற்றும் ஆதரவை வழங்குகிறது, அதைப் போல, கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் வாசம் செய்யும் பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் மூலம் நம்மை ஆதரிக்கிறார் மற்றும் அதிகாரம் அளிக்கிறார்.

திராட்சச்செடியுடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் ஒரு கிளை இயற்கையாகவே கனி கொடுக்கிறது, ஆனால் வெட்டப்பட்ட ஒரு கிளை உலர்ந்து இறந்துபோகிறது. கடவுளுடனான நமது அன்றாட ஐக்கியத்தின் இன்றியமையாத முக்கியத்துவத்தை இது விளக்குகிறது. ஜெபம், அவருடைய வார்த்தை, ஆராதனை மற்றும் கீழ்ப்படிதல் ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் நாம் அவரில் எவ்வளவு ஆழமாக நிலைத்திருக்கிறோமோ, அவ்வளவு அதிகமாக அவருடைய நாமத்திற்கு மகிமையைக் கொண்டுவரும் கனிகளை நாம் ஏராளமாக கொடுக்கிறோம்.

நமது உண்மையான திராட்சச்செடியாகிய இயேசுவைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டு, அவருடைய ஜீவன் நம்மில் ஓட அனுமதிப்போமாக. அப்போது, நமது வார்த்தைகளும், செயல்களும், மனப்பான்மைகளும் அவருடைய அன்பையும் சத்தியத்தையும் பிரதிபலிக்கும். இது நமது சொந்த பலத்தில் கடும் முயற்சி செய்து வருவது அல்ல, ஆனால் அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் நிலைத்திருந்து தேவ ஆவியானவர் நம்முள்ளிருந்து மாற்ற அனுமதிப்பது பற்றியதாகும். சங்கீதம் 1:3 சொல்லுகிறது: “அவன் நீர்க்கால்களின் ஓரமாய் நடப்பட்டு, தன் காலத்தில் தன் கனியைத் தந்து, இலையுதிராதிருக்கிற மரத்தைப்போலிருப்பான்; அவன் செய்வதெல்லாம் வாய்க்கும்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் இயேசுவுடன் உண்மையிலேயே இணைந்திருந்து, அவருடைய ஆவியானவர் என்னில் கிரியை செய்ய அனுமதித்து, இதனால் நான் ஆவியின் கனியைத் தந்து, என் வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறேனா?
