"Blog Y2 558 - True Satisfaction Comes from God"

I will satiate the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people shall be satisfied with My goodness,” says the Lord. Jeremiah 31:14.

Satisfaction is rare among human beings. The world cannot offer lasting contentment, for only the Lord God can truly satisfy the human heart. When God chose us to be His priests and kings on this earth, and when we accepted Jesus Christ as our personal Savior, we were cleansed and brought into a relationship where He became the sole source of all goodness in our lives.

From that moment, our Heavenly Father has shown deep concern for every one of our needs, especially the needs of our soul. He does not give sparingly or in part, but in abundance. God doesn’t merely provide for our physical necessities; He first satisfies the longing of our souls. As our inner man is renewed and nourished by His goodness, our outward needs are also met in His perfect timing.

Therefore, let us not approach God primarily for physical or worldly needs. Instead, let us seek Him first for spiritual nourishment. As Jesus said, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). When we prioritize His Kingdom, our Father lovingly provides for every area of our lives. Let us rest in this promise: God will satisfy us with His goodness, and He will do it abundantly. Psalm 107:9 says: “For He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness.”

Reflection: Am I seeking God first for spiritual nourishment instead of worldly needs, trusting that by prioritizing His Kingdom, I will receive abundant satisfaction and provision through His goodness in every area of my life?

ஆசாரியர்களின் ஆத்துமாவைக் கொழுமையானவைகளினால் பூரிப்பாக்குவேன்; என் ஜனங்கள் நான் அளிக்கும் நன்மையினால் திருப்தியாவார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். எரேமியா 31:14.

மனிதர்களிடையே திருப்தி என்பது அபூர்வமானது. இந்த உலகம் நீடித்த மனநிறைவை அளிக்க முடியாது, ஏனென்றால் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரால் மட்டுமே மனித இருதயத்தை உண்மையிலேயே திருப்திப்படுத்த முடியும். இந்த பூமியில் அவருடைய ஆசாரியர்களாகவும் ராஜாக்களாகவும் இருக்க தேவன் நம்மைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டபோது, இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை நம் சொந்த இரட்சகராக நாம் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டபோது, நாம் சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட்டு, நம் வாழ்வில் உள்ள அனைத்து நன்மைகளுக்கும் ஒரே ஆதாரமாக மாறிய ஒரு உறவுக்குள் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டோம்.

அந்த நிமிடத்திலிருந்து, நமது பரலோக பிதா நமது ஒவ்வொரு தேவைகளிலும், குறிப்பாக நமது ஆத்துமாவின் தேவைகளுக்காக ஆழ்ந்த அக்கறையைக் காட்டினார். அவர் குறைவாகவோ, ஒரு பகுதியோ கொடுப்பதில்லை; பரிபூரணமாகவும், பெருக்காகவும் தருகிறார். தேவன் நம்முடைய சரீரத் தேவைகளை மட்டும் கொடுப்பதில்லை; அவர் முதலில் நமது ஆத்துமாக்களின் தேவையை திருப்தி செய்கிறார். நம்முடைய உள்ளார்ந்த மனிதர் அவரது நன்மையால் புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்டு வளரும்போது, நம் வெளிப்படையான தேவைகளும் அவரது சரியான நேரத்தில் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகின்றன.

ஆகையால், சரீரப்பிரகாரமான அல்லது உலகப்பிரகாரமான தேவைகளுக்காக நாம் முக்கியமாக தேவனை அணுகக்கூடாது. மாறாக, ஆவிக்குரிய போஷாக்குக்காக முதலில் அவரைத் தேடுவோம். இயேசு சொன்னது போல், "முதலாவது தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தையும் அவருடைய நீதியையும் தேடுங்கள், அப்பொழுது இவைகளெல்லாம் உங்களுக்குக் கூடக் கொடுக்கப்படும்" (மத்தேயு 6:33). நாம் அவருடைய ராஜ்யத்திற்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்கும்போது, நம் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியையும் நம் பிதா அன்பாக வழங்குகிறார். இந்த வாக்குறுதியில் நாம் இளைப்பாறுவோம்: தேவன் தம்முடைய நன்மையினால் நம்மைத் திருப்திப்  படுத்துவார், அவர் அதை ஏராளமாகச் செய்வார். சங்கீதம் 107:8 சொல்லுகிறது: “தவனமுள்ள ஆத்துமாவைக் கர்த்தர் திருப்தியாக்கி, பசியுள்ள ஆத்துமாவை நன்மையினால் நிரப்புகிறாரென்று.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் முதலில் உலகப்பிரகாரமான தேவைகளுக்குப் பதிலாக ஆவிக்குரிய பெலனுக்காக தேவனைத் தேடி, அவரது ராஜ்யத்தை முதன்மைப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், என் வாழ்நாளின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் அவர் தரும் நலத்தினால் நிறைந்த திருப்தியும் ஆதரவும் கிடைக்கும் என்பதை நம்புகிறேனா?
