"Blog Y2 561 - Lifted by His Strength"

The Lord upholds all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down. Psalm 145:14.

When we feel feeble and weak, our God is always near to lift us. He calls out to those who are burdened and weary, offering His rest. He is our refuge and our strength, ever present in times of trouble.

Our God is not distant or powerless; He is the living, mighty God, the Creator of all things. In the Old Testament, we read that He strengthened His people with the strength of wild beasts. Today, the very One who created those wild beasts gives us His strength. How blessed and privileged we are!

Even when we are bowed down under the weight of sin, shame, or sorrow, He lifts us when we ask for His forgiveness. We do not worship a powerless or lifeless gods; we believe in the living God, who is mighty to save and faithful to restore. All glory to our gracious and powerful Lord! Psalm 37:24 says: “Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand.”

Reflection: Am I truly leaning on God’s strength when I feel weak and burdened, or am I trying to carry the weight of my struggles alone, forgetting that He is near to lift me?

கர்த்தர் விழுகிற யாவரையும் தாங்கி, மடங்கடிக்கப்பட்ட யாவரையும் தூக்கிவிடுகிறார்.சங்கீதம் 145:14. 

நாம் பலவீனமாகவும் தளர்ச்சியுடனும் உணரும்போது, நம் தேவன் எப்போதும் நம்மை தாங்கி உயர்த்த அருகில் இருக்கிறார். பாரம் சுமந்து சோர்ந்து போயிருப்பவர்களை அழைத்து, தம்முடைய இளைப்பாறுதலை அளிக்கிறார். அவரே நமக்கு அடைக்கலமும் பெலனும், ஆபத்துக்காலத்தில் எப்பொழுதும் அனுகூலமான துணையுமானவர்.

நம்முடைய தேவன் தூரமானவரோ சக்தியற்றவரோ அல்ல; அவரே ஜீவனுள்ள, வல்லமையுள்ள தேவன், எல்லாவற்றையும் படைத்தவர். பழைய ஏற்பாட்டில், அவர் தமது ஜனங்களுக்கு காட்டு மிருகங்களின் வலிமையைப் போல வலிமை கொடுத்ததை நாம் காண்கிறோம். இன்று, அந்தக் காட்டு மிருகங்களைப் படைத்தவரே நமக்குத் தம் பலத்தைத் தருகிறார். நாம் எவ்வளவு ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள், பாக்கியசாலிகள்!

பாவம், அவமானம் அல்லது துக்கத்தின் பாரத்தின் கீழ் நாம் குனிந்தாலும், நாம் அவருடைய மன்னிப்பைக் கேட்கும்போது அவர் நம்மை உயர்த்துகிறார். சக்தியற்ற அல்லது உயிரற்ற கடவுள்களை நாம் வணங்குவதில்லை; ஜீவனுள்ள தேவனை நாம்  விசுவாசிக்கிறோரம், அவர் இரட்சிக்க வல்லவரும், மீட்டெடுக்க உண்மையுள்ளவருமாயிருக்கிறார். எல்லா மகிமையும், புகழும், நம் கிருபையுள்ள, சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தருக்கே! சங்கீதம் 37:24 சொல்லுகிறது: “அவன் விழுந்தாலும் தள்ளுண்டுபோவதில்லை; கர்த்தர் தமது கையினால் அவனைத் தாங்குகிறார்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் பலவீனமாகவும் சோர்வாகவும் இருக்கும்போது உண்மையிலேயே தேவனுடைய பெலனில் சாய்ந்து கொள்கிறேனா, அல்லது அவர் என்னை தூக்குவதற்கு அருகில் இருக்கிறார் என்பதை மறந்து, என் பாரங்களை நான் தனியாக சுமக்க முயலுகிறேனா?
