"Blog Y2 572 - God’s Unfailing Compassion"

 

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3.

One of the most amazing attributes of our Lord God is His compassion and unfailing love for us. His love and care are beyond comparison, no one in this world can match His concern for us. Even those closest to us may try to comfort us by observing or guessing what we are going through, but only our Heavenly Father fully understands the depth of our pain and the wounds in our hearts.

He is the One who created us. From our mother’s womb until this very moment, His loving-kindness has never left us. Even when we were lost in sin and wounded His heart, He remained concerned for us, protecting, preserving, and ultimately saving us. He gave us the gift of priceless salvation through Jesus Christ.

We may not always realize how deeply our loving Father cares about even the smallest details of our lives. And even when we are unaware of His nearness, when tears fall from our eyes because of our broken hearts, He is right there wiping away every tear and healing the deep places of our soul. That is His nature. That is His love. Psalm 34:18 says: “The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.”

Reflection: Am I aware that I am deeply cared for beyond what anyone else can understand? Am I allowing His gentle love to heal the hidden hurts within me every day?

இருதயம் நொறுங்குண்டவர்களைக் குணமாக்குகிறார், அவர்களுடைய காயங்களைக் கட்டுகிறார். சங்கீதம் 147:3.

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய தேவனின் மிக அற்புதமான பண்புகளில் ஒன்று நம்மீது அவருடைய இரக்கமும் மாறாத அன்பும். அவருடைய அன்பும் அக்கறையும் ஒப்பிட முடியாதது, இந்த உலகில் அவர் நம்மீது வைத்துள்ள அக்கறைக்கு ஈடு இணை யாருமில்லை. நமக்கு மிக நெருக்கமானவர்கள் கூட நாம் என்ன செய்கிறோம் என்பதைக் கவனித்து அல்லது யூகித்து நம்மை ஆறுதல்படுத்த முயற்சி செய்யலாம், ஆனால் நமது பரலோக பிதா மட்டுமே நமது வலியின் ஆழத்தையும் நமது இருதயங்களில் உள்ள காயங்களையும் முழுமையாக புரிந்துகொள்கிறார்.

அவரே  நம்மைப் படைத்தவர். நம் தாயின் கருப்பையில் இருந்து இந்த நிமிடம் வரை, அவருடைய அன்பான தயவு ஒருபோதும் நம்மை விட்டு விலகவில்லை. நாம் பாவத்தில் தொலைந்து அவருடைய இருதயத்தை காயப்படுத்தியபோதும் கூட, அவர் நமக்காக அக்கறையுள்ளவராக இருந்தார், அவர் நம்மை காக்கவும் பாதுகாக்கவும், இறுதியில் இரட்சிக்கவும் செய்தார். இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலமாக விலைமதிப்பற்ற இரட்சிப்பைப் பரிசாக அளித்தார்.

நம் வாழ்க்கையின் சின்னச் சின்ன விஷயங்களுக்குக்கூட நம் அன்பான அப்பா எவ்வளவு அக்கறை காட்டுகிறார் என்பதை நாம் எப்போதுமே உணராமல் இருக்கலாம். அவருடைய அருகாமையை நாம் அறியாதபோதும், நமது உடைந்த இருதயங்களால் நமது கண்களிலிருந்து கண்ணீர் விழும்போதும், அவர் ஒவ்வொரு கண்ணீரையும் துடைத்து, நமது ஆத்துமாவின் ஆழமான இடங்களை குணப்படுத்துகிறார். அதுவே அவரது இயல்பு. அதுவே அவருடைய அன்பு. சங்கீதம் 34:18 சொல்லுகிறது: “நொறுங்குண்ட இருதயமுள்ளவர்களுக்குக் கர்த்தர் சமீபமாயிருந்து, நருங்குண்ட ஆவியுள்ளவர்களை இரட்சிக்கிறார்.”

சிந்திக்க: வேறு யாராலும் புரிந்துகொள்ள முடியாத அளவுக்கு நான் ஆழமாகப் பராமரிக்கப்படுகிறேன் என்பதை நான் அறிந்திருக்கிறேனா? அவருடைய மென்மையான அன்பு எனக்குள் மறைந்திருக்கும் காயங்களை ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் குணப்படுத்த நான் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
