"Blog Y2 587 - Shining with His Light"

The sun shall no longer be your light by day, Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, And your God your glory. Isaiah 60:19.

When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and are cleansed by His precious blood, He takes complete control of our lives. From that moment on, it is no longer about us, but about God. His light begins to shine in and through us. The darkness that once ruled our lives is entirely driven away by His everlasting light.

Just as the moon reflects the light of the sun to shine in the night, we are called to reflect the light of our Heavenly Father and shine in the darkness of this world. His light exposes every hidden trap of the evil one and reveals the things hidden in our own hearts. His light guides, corrects, and transforms us.

God is the everlasting light of our lives, now and forever. His presence never fades, and His light never grows dim. Even when the world is covered in deep darkness, we, the children of God, can shine brightly by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Let us humbly surrender ourselves to our Father God, receive His radiant light, and shine for His glory, both now and forevermore. Revelation 21:23 says: "The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it, and the Lamb is its light."

Reflection: Am I allowing God’s light to guide and transform me, or am I still clinging to my own ways even when I know He offers something far greater and eternal?

இனிச் சூரியன் உனக்குப் பகலிலே வெளிச்சமாயிராமலும், சந்திரன் தன் வெளிச்சத்தால் உனக்குப் பிரகாசியாமலும், கர்த்தர் உனக்கு நித்திய வெளிச்சமும், உன் தேவனே உனக்கு மகிமையுமாயிருப்பார். ஏசாயா 60:19.

நாம் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை நம் ஆண்டவராகவும் இரட்சகராகவும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, அவருடைய விலையேறப்பெற்ற இரத்தத்தால் கழுவப்படும்போது, அவர் நம் வாழ்க்கையின் முழு கட்டுப்பாட்டையும் எடுத்துக்கொள்கிறார். அந்த தருணத்திலிருந்து, அது இனி நம்மைப் பற்றியது அல்ல, ஆனால் தேவனைப் பற்றியது. அவருடைய ஒளி நமக்குள், நம் வழியாகப் பிரகாசிக்கத் தொடங்குகிறது. ஒரு காலத்தில் நம் வாழ்க்கையை ஆட்சி செய்த இருள், அவருடைய நித்திய ஒளியால் முழுமையாக அகற்றப்படுகிறது.

இரவில் பிரகாசிக்க சந்திரன், சூரியனின் ஒளியைப் பிரதிபலிப்பதைப் போலவே, நாம் பரலோகப் பிதாவின் ஒளியைப் பிரதிபலித்து, இந்த உலகின் இருளில் பிரகாசிக்க அழைக்கப்படுகிறோம். அவருடைய ஒளி பிசாசின் ஒவ்வொரு மறைவான கண்ணியையும் அம்பலப்படுத்தி, நம் சொந்த இருதயங்களில் மறைந்திருக்கும் காரியங்களையும் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. அவருடைய ஒளி நம்மை வழிநடத்துகிறது, சரிசெய்கிறது, மேலும் நம்மை மாற்றுகிறது.

தேவன் நம் வாழ்வின் நித்திய ஒளி, இப்போதும் என்றென்றைக்கும். அவருடைய பிரசன்னம் ஒருபோதும் மங்குவதில்லை, அவருடைய ஒளி ஒருபோதும் மங்கிப்போவதில்லை. உலகம் ஆழ்ந்த இருளில் மூழ்கியிருக்கும்போதும்கூட,  தேவனின் பிள்ளைகளாகிய நாம், பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் வல்லமையால் பிரகாசமாக ஜொலிக்க முடியும்.

நம் பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்கு நம்மைத் தாழ்மையுடன் ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம், அவருடைய பிரகாசமான ஒளியைப் பெறுவோம், மேலும் இப்போதும் என்றென்றைக்கும் அவருடைய மகிமைக்காகப் பிரகாசிப்போம். வெளி 21:23 சொல்லுகிறது: “நகரத்திற்கு வெளிச்சங்கொடுக்கச் சூரியனும் சந்திரனும் அதற்கு வேண்டுவதில்லை; தேவனுடைய மகிமையே அதைப் பிரகாசிப்பித்தது, ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவரே அதற்கு விளக்கு.”

சிந்திக்க: தேவனின் ஒளி என்னை வழிநடத்தவும் மாற்றவும் நான் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா, அல்லது அவர் மிகப் பெரிய மற்றும் நித்தியமான ஒன்றை வழங்குகிறார் என்பதை நான் அறிந்திருந்தாலும் நான் இன்னும் என் சொந்த வழிகளில் ஒட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேனா?
