But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:7.

So often, we feel forgotten or unnoticed in this world. But God reminds us that even the very hairs of our head are all numbered. Every day, some of our hair may fall, and we simply discard it without a second thought. Yet, even those fallen hairs are counted by our Lord. He knew the number before one fell, and He knows it after.

Our God is intimately involved in every tiny detail of our lives. Look at the sparrows, they fly freely, without worry or care. Though they have no soul, God watches over them with love and attention. How much more, then, does He care for us, we who are created in His image, and whose souls belong to Him?

We are far more valuable than anything else in this world. His love for us is deeper and greater than we can ever comprehend. We are precious in His sight. Therefore, we can lay aside all our worries and trust Him completely. That is His desire for us, to live in His peace, resting in His perfect care. Hebrews 13:5-6 says: “For He Himself has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' So we may boldly say: 'The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?'”

Reflection: Am I truly resting in the care of One who knows every detail of my life and values me beyond all else, trusting fully without letting worries take hold?

இந்த உலகில் நாம் அடிக்கடி மறக்கப்பட்டவர்களாகவோ அல்லது கவனிக்கப்படாதவர்களாகவோ உணர்கிறோம். ஆனால் நம்முடைய தலையின் முடிகள் அனைத்தும் எண்ணப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன என்று தேவன் நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறார். ஒவ்வொரு நாளும், நம்முடைய சில முடிகள் உதிரலாம், அதைப் பற்றி நாம் இரண்டாவது முறை யோசிக்காமல் வெறுமனே அகற்றிவிடுகிறோம். ஆனாலும், உதிர்ந்த அந்த முடிகளையும் நம்முடைய ஆண்டவர் கணக்கிடுகிறார். ஒரு முடி உதிர்வதற்கு முன்பே அவர் அதன் எண்ணிக்கையை அறிந்திருந்தார், உதிர்ந்த பின்னரும் அவர் அதை அறிந்திருக்கிறார்.

நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு சிறிய விவரத்திலும் நம் தேவன் நெருக்கமாக ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார். சிட்டுக்குருவிகளைப் பாருங்கள், அவை கவலையின்றி, சுதந்திரமாகப் பறக்கின்றன. அவற்றுக்கு ஆத்துமா இல்லாவிட்டாலும், தேவன் அவற்றை அன்போடும் கவனத்தோடும் கண்காணிக்கிறார். அப்படியானால், தம்முடைய சாயலில் சிருஷ்டிக்கப்பட்டு, ஆத்துமாக்கள் தமக்குச் சொந்தமான நம்மை அவர் எவ்வளவு அதிகமாகக் கவனிப்பார்?

இந்த உலகில் உள்ள எதையும் விட நாம் மிகவும் மதிப்புமிக்கவர்கள். நம்மேல் அவருடைய அன்பு நாம் புரிந்துகொள்ள முடியாத அளவுக்கு ஆழமானது மற்றும் பெரியது. நாம் அவருடைய பார்வையில் விலையேறப் பெற்றவர்கள். எனவே, நம்முடைய எல்லா கவலைகளையும் ஒதுக்கிவிட்டு, அவரை முழுமையாக நம்பலாம். அவருடைய சமாதானத்தில் வாழவும், அவருடைய பூரண பாதுகாப்பில் இளைப்பாறவும் வேண்டும் என்பதே நமக்கான அவருடைய விருப்பம். எபிரெயர் 13:5-6 சொல்லுகிறது: “நான் உன்னைவிட்டு விலகுவதுமில்லை, உன்னைக் கைவிடுவதுமில்லை என்று அவர் சொல்லியிருக்கிறாரே. அதினாலே நாம் தைரியங்கொண்டு: கர்த்தர் எனக்குச் சகாயர், நான் பயப்படேன், மனுஷன் எனக்கு என்னசெய்வான் என்று சொல்லலாமே.”

சிந்திக்க: என் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு விவரத்தையும் அறிந்து, எல்லாவற்றையும் விட என்னை மேலாக மதிக்கும் ஒருவரின் பாதுகாப்பில் நான் உண்மையாகவே இளைப்பாறி, கவலைகள் என்னை ஆட்கொள்ள விடாமல் முழுமையாக தேவனை நம்புகிறேனா?
