"Blog Y2 596 - Blessings Follow Godly Fear"

Who is the man that fears the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way He chooses. He himself shall dwell in prosperity, and his descendants shall inherit the earth. Psalms 25:12-13.

The man who fears the Lord is truly the blessed one in this world. In this chaotic and unstable world, where human hearts are often filled with distress and fear of the future, the fear of God brings peace and security. When we fear the Lord, every worldly fear loses its grip on us.

Our God has not given us a heart to be fearful of the world; He created us to fear Him alone. From this verse, we can see three beautiful blessings that come from fearing the Lord:

First: He will teach us the way that He chooses, the safest and most perfect path, ordained by His wisdom.

Second: He will bless our souls with Spiritual richness, and our lives will dwell in prosperity, full of His provision and peace.

Third: His blessings will extend to our descendants, and they shall inherit the land, enjoying the goodness of His covenant through generations.

O Lord, how marvelous are Your promises to those who fear You! Psalm 37:23 says: "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way." 

Reflection: Am I walking in reverent awe of the Lord, allowing Him to lead my steps, enrich my soul, and bless my family through the covenant He has prepared for those who honor Him alone?

கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுகிற மனுஷன் எவனோ அவனுக்குத் தாம் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் வழியைப் போதிப்பார். அவன் ஆத்துமா நன்மையில் தங்கும்; அவன் சந்ததி பூமியைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளும். சங்கீதம் 25:12-13.

கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படும் மனிதனே இவ்வுலகில் உண்மையிலேயே ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவன். இந்த குழப்பமான மற்றும் நிலையற்ற உலகில், மனித இருதயங்கள் பெரும்பாலும் துன்பத்தாலும் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பற்றிய பயத்தாலும் நிறைந்திருக்கும்போது, தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படுதல் சமாதானத்தையும் பாதுகாப்பையும் தருகிறது. நாம் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படும்போது, ஒவ்வொரு உலகப்பிரகாரமான பயமும் நம்மை விட்டு நீங்குகிறது.

நம்முடைய தேவன் உலகத்தைக் குறித்துப் பயப்படும் இருதயத்தை நமக்குக் கொடுக்கவில்லை; நாம் அவருக்கு மட்டுமே பயப்பட அவர் நம்மை சிருஷ்டித்தார். இந்த வசனத்திலிருந்து, கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுவதால் வரும் மூன்று அருமையான ஆசீர்வாதங்களை நாம் காணலாம்:

முதலாவதாக: அவர் நமக்குத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் வழியை, அதாவது அவருடைய ஞானத்தால் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட மிக பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் மிகச் சரியான பாதையை அவர் நமக்குக் கற்றுத் தருவார்.

இரண்டாவதாக: அவர் நம் ஆத்துமாக்களை ஆவிக்குரிய ஐசுவரியத்தினால் ஆசீர்வதிப்பார், மேலும் நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கை அவருடைய வழிநடத்துதலினால் சமாதானத்தால்  நிறைந்து செழிப்பாக இருக்கும்.

மூன்றாவதாக: அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நம் சந்ததியினருக்கும் நீட்டிக்கப்படும், அவர்கள் தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்வார்கள், தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக அவருடைய உடன்படிக்கையின் நன்மையைப் பெறுவார்கள்.

கர்த்தாவே, உமக்கு பயப்படுபவர்களுக்கு உம்முடைய வாக்குறுதிகள் எவ்வளவு அற்புதமானவை! சங்கீதம் 37:23 சொல்லுகிறது: “நல்ல மனுஷனுடைய நடைகள் கர்த்தரால் உறுதிப்படும், அவனுடைய வழியின்மேல் அவர் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறார்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் கர்த்தரிடம் பயபக்தியுடன் நடந்து, அவர் என்னை  வழிநடத்தவும், என் ஆத்துமாவை ஆவிக்குரிய செல்வத்தில் நிரப்பவும், அவரை மாத்திரம் கனம் பண்ணுகிறவர்களுக்கு அவர் ஆயத்தம் பண்ணின உடன்படிக்கையின் மூலம் என் குடும்பத்தை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவும் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
