"Blog Y2 611 - Anchored in His Grace"

Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer, Nor His mercy from me! Psalms‬ ‭66‬:‭20‬.

God our Father has graciously accepted our prayers, this means He has poured out even more of His abundant grace upon us. He answered not because we deserved it, but solely because of His mercy and grace. For these two things, we must be truly thankful.

How privileged and blessed we are! Without His grace, we cannot even take a single step. He has made a covenant with us, as He promised in Isaiah 54:10 “Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor My covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

What a powerful promise! Even if the mountains move, His grace toward us will never be taken away. We are not worthy or deserving to be accepted by our Lord, yet in His compassion, He hears our prayers and showers us with His immeasurable grace. Psalm 145:18 says: “The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.”

Reflection: Am I recognizing that His kindness upholds me even when I feel unworthy, and am I expressing gratitude for His unwavering compassion and the covenant that secures my peace through every storm?

என் ஜெபத்தைத் தள்ளாமலும், தமது கிருபையை என்னைவிட்டு விலக்காமலும் இருந்த தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரமுண்டாவதாக. சங்கீதம் 66:20.

நம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவன் நம் ஜெபங்களை கிருபையாக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார், அதாவது அவர் தம்முடைய மிகுந்த கிருபையை நம் மீது இன்னும் அதிகமாகப் பொழிந்திருக்கிறார். நாம் தகுதியானவர்கள் என்பதனால் அல்ல, மாறாக அவருடைய இரக்கத்தினாலும் கிருபையினாலும் மட்டுமே அவர் பதிலளித்தார். இந்த இரண்டு காரியங்களுக்காக நாம் உண்மையிலேயே நன்றியுடையவர்களாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

நாம் எவ்வளவு பாக்கியவான்கள், ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்! அவருடைய கிருபை இல்லாமல், நாம் ஒரு அடி கூட எடுத்து வைக்க முடியாது. ஏசாயா 54:10-ல் அவர் வாக்குறுதியளித்தபடி, "மலைகள் விலகினாலும், பர்வதங்கள் நிலைபெயர்ந்தாலும், என் கிருபை உன்னைவிட்டு விலகாமலும், என் சமாதானத்தின் உடன்படிக்கை நிலைபெயராமலும் இருக்கும் என்று, உன்மேல் மனதுருகுகிற கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்." என்று நம்மோடு ஒரு உடன்படிக்கை செய்திருக்கிறார்.

எவ்வளவு வல்லமையான வாக்குறுதி! மலைகள் அசைந்தாலும், நம் மீதான அவருடைய கிருபை ஒருபோதும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படாது. நம் கர்த்தரால் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட நாம் தகுதி உள்ளவர்களோ அல்லது பாத்திரரோ அல்ல, ஆயினும் தம்முடைய இரக்கத்தினால், அவர் நம் ஜெபங்களைக் கேட்டு, தம்முடைய அளவற்ற கிருபையை நம் மீது பொழிகிறார். சங்கீதம் 145:18 சொல்லுகிறது: “தம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுகிற யாவருக்கும், உண்மையாய்த் தம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுகிற யாவருக்கும், கர்த்தர் சமீபமாயிருக்கிறார்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் தகுதியற்றவனாக உணரும்போது கூட அவருடைய தயவு என்னை ஆதரிக்கிறது என்பதை நான் அங்கீகரித்து, அவருடைய அசைக்க முடியாத இரக்கத்திற்காகவும், ஒவ்வொரு பிரச்சினைகளிலும் என் சமாதானத்தைப் பாதுகாக்கும் உடன்படிக்கைக்காகவும் நான் நன்றியுள்ளவனாக இருக்கிறேனா?
