"Blog Y2 617 - "Jesus is Always With You"

Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20.

What a glorious and comforting promise our Lord Jesus Christ has given us! As His redeemed children and disciples, we are called to participate in the divine mission of building His Kingdom. He has entrusted us with His heavenly authority to go, teach, and make disciples of all nations. And with this great commission comes His unfailing promise: “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

This is not a temporary companionship, but an everlasting assurance. Every step we take to honor His name and spread His truth is met with His abiding presence. He walks with us, leads us, protects us, and empowers us.

This promise is extended to all His children, but especially to those who faithfully walk as His disciples, those who obey His commands, love others, and reflect His light in a dark world. As we boldly declare we belong to Him, He also declares through His mighty works, presence, and protection that we are His own.

Even until our last breath on earth, He remains with us. Let us live each day with this divine assurance and commit ourselves joyfully to the work of His Kingdom. This promise is an anchor of hope for every believer in every season of life. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

Reflection: Am I living with the awareness that I am never alone, trusting that Christ walks with me in every step as I follow His call to love, teach, and shine His light in this world?

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து நமக்கு எவ்வளவு மகிமையான, ஆறுதலான வாக்குறுதியைக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்! அவருடைய மீட்கப்பட்ட பிள்ளைகளாகவும் சீஷர்களாகவும், நாம் அவருடைய ராஜ்யத்தைக் கட்டும் தெய்வீக ஊழியத்தில் பங்கேற்க அழைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். எல்லா தேசங்களுக்கும் சென்று, போதித்து, சீஷராக்கும்படி அவருடைய பரலோக அதிகாரத்தை அவர் நமக்கு ஒப்படைத்துள்ளார். இந்த மகத்தான கட்டளையுடன் அவருடைய தவறாத வாக்குறுதியும் வருகிறது: "உலகத்தின் முடிவுபரியந்தம் சகல நாட்களிலும் நான் உங்களுடனேகூட இருக்கிறேன்."

இது ஒரு தற்காலிகமான துணையாக இல்லாமல், ஒரு நித்தியமான உறுதிமொழியாகும். அவருடைய நாமத்தை கனப்படுத்தவும் அவருடைய சத்தியத்தைப் பரப்பவும் நாம் எடுக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு அடியும் அவருடைய நிலையான பிரசன்னத்தால் சந்திக்கப்படுகிறது. அவர் நம்மோடு நடக்கிறார், நம்மை வழிநடத்துகிறார், நம்மைப் பாதுகாக்கிறார், மேலும் நமக்கு பெலன் அளிக்கிறார்.

இந்த வாக்குத்தத்தம் அவருடைய எல்லாப் பிள்ளைகளுக்கும் நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, ஆனால் குறிப்பாக அவருடைய சீஷர்களாய் உண்மையுடன் நடப்பவர்களுக்கும், அவருடைய கட்டளைகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து, மற்றவர்களை நேசித்து, இருண்ட உலகில் அவருடைய ஒளியைப் பிரதிபலிப்பவர்களுக்கும் இது பொருந்தும். நாம் அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்கள் என்று தைரியமாக அறிவிக்கும்போது, அவருடைய வல்லமையான செயல்கள், பிரசன்னம் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு மூலம் நாமும் அவருக்கே சொந்தமானவர்கள் என்று அவர் அறிவிக்கிறார்.

பூமியில் நம்முடைய கடைசி மூச்சு வரை அவர் நம்மோடு இருக்கிறார். இந்த தெய்வீக உறுதியுடன் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் வாழ்ந்து, அவருடைய ராஜ்யத்தின் வேலைக்கு நம்மை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் அர்ப்பணிப்போம். இந்த வாக்குறுதி வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பருவத்திலும் ஒவ்வொரு விசுவாசிக்கும் ஒரு நம்பிக்கையின் நங்கூரமாகும். ஏசாயா 41:10 சொல்லுகிறது: “நீ பயப்படாதே, நான் உன்னுடனே இருக்கிறேன்; திகையாதே, நான் உன் தேவன்; நான் உன்னைப் பலப்படுத்தி உனக்குச் சகாயம்பண்ணுவேன்; என் நீதியின் வலதுகரத்தினால் உன்னைத் தாங்குவேன்.  

சிந்திக்க: இந்த உலகில் தேவனுடைய ஒளியைப் பிரகாசித்து  அவருடைய அழைப்பாகிய அன்பு செலுத்துதல், போதித்தல் ஆகியவற்றை பின்பற்றும்போது, ஒவ்வொரு அடியிலும் கிறிஸ்து என்னுடன் நடக்கிறார் என்று நான் நம்பி, நான் ஒருபோதும் தனியாக இல்லை என்ற விழிப்புணர்வுடன் வாழ்கிறேனா?
