"Blog Y2 621 - "Guarded by God’s Faithfulness"

But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

Our Lord God is faithful; that is an unchanging truth. Faithfulness and love are the very nature of who He is. He knows our strengths and our weaknesses. Nothing about us is hidden from Him. It is He who strengthens us first, because in our own strength, we are unable to stand against the enemy’s schemes.

The real enemy is not people, it is satan, who stirs up individuals and circumstances against us. But God stands with us in our battles when we fight them on our knees. He promised not only to strengthen us but also to guard us from every evil plan.

As Scripture reminds us, “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age…” (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy uses people and situations, but our battle is truly spiritual. And our Triune God, our Lord Jesus Christ, our Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit, has taken full control of every battle when we surrender it to Him.

So, let us be still and know that He is God. Our Father not only fights on our behalf but also protects us from every plot of the enemy. Let us trust Him fully and place every battle into His hands. Our faithful God will take care of us. Psalm 121:7-8 says: “The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.”

Reflection: Am I fully trusting the One who strengthens me and shields me from unseen battles, surrendering every struggle into His hands with confidence that He fights and protects on my behalf?

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய தேவன் உண்மையுள்ளவர்; இது ஒரு மாறாத உண்மை. விசுவாசமும் அன்பும் அவருடைய சுபாவத்தின் மிக முக்கியமான அம்சங்கள். நம்முடைய பலங்களையும் பலவீனங்களையும் அவர் அறிவார். நம்மைப் பற்றி எதுவும் அவருக்கு மறைக்கப்பட்டதில்லை. அவரே முதலில் நம்மைப் பலப்படுத்துகிறார், ஏனென்றால் நம் சொந்த பலத்தால் எதிரியின் தந்திரங்களுக்கு எதிராக நிற்க நம்மால் முடியாது.

உண்மையான எதிரி மனிதர்கள் அல்ல, சாத்தானே; அவன் தனிநபர்களையும் சூழ்நிலைகளையும் நமக்கு எதிராகத் தூண்டிவிடுகிறான். ஆனால் நாம் முழங்காலிட்டுப் போராடும்போது தேவன் நம்முடைய யுத்தங்களில் நம்மோடு நிற்கிறார். அவர் நம்மைப் பலப்படுத்துவார் என்று மட்டுமல்லாமல், ஒவ்வொரு தீய திட்டத்திலிருந்தும் நம்மைக் காப்பார் என்றும் வாக்குறுதி அளித்துள்ளார்.

வேதவாக்கியம் நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுவது போல: "நாம் மாம்சத்தோடும் இரத்தத்தோடும் போராடாமல், துரைத்தனங்களோடும், அதிகாரங்களோடும், இந்த உலகத்தின் அந்தகார லோகாதிபதிகளோடும்... போராடுகிறோம்" (எபேசியர் 6:12). எதிரி மக்களையும் சூழ்நிலைகளையும் பயன்படுத்துகிறான், ஆனால் நம்முடைய போர் உண்மையில் ஆவிக்குரியது. நாம் ஒவ்வொரு போரையும் அவரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கும்போது, நம்முடைய திரித்துவ தேவன் - நம் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து, நம் பரலோக பிதா மற்றும் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் - முழு கட்டுப்பாட்டையும் எடுத்துக்கொள்கிறார்.

ஆகவே, நாம் தரித்து இருந்து, அவரே தேவன் என்பதை அறிவோம். நம்முடைய பிதா நம் சார்பாகப் போராடுவது மட்டுமல்லாமல், எதிரியின் ஒவ்வொரு சதியிலிருந்தும் நம்மைப் பாதுகாக்கிறார். நாம் அவரை முழுமையாக நம்பி, ஒவ்வொரு போராட்டத்தையும் அவருடைய கரங்களில் வைப்போம். நம்முடைய உண்மையுள்ள தேவன் நம்மைப் பார்த்துக்கொள்வார். சங்கீதம் 121:7-8 சொல்லுகிறது: “கர்த்தர் உன்னை எல்லாத் தீங்குக்கும் விலக்கிக் காப்பார்; அவர் உன் ஆத்துமாவைக் காப்பார். கர்த்தர் உன் போக்கையும் உன் வரத்தையும் இதுமுதற்கொண்டு என்றைக்குங் காப்பார்.”

சிந்திக்க: தேவன் என் சார்பாகப் போராடுவார் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பார் என்ற நம்பிக்கையுடன் ஒவ்வொரு போராட்டத்தையும் அவருடைய கைகளில் ஒப்புவித்து, என்னைப் பெலப்படுத்தி, கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாத போராட்டங்களிலிருந்து என்னைக் காப்பவரை நான் முழுமையாக நம்புகிறேனா?
