"Blog Y2 627 - "The Lord is My Strength"

The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation. Psalms 118:14.

This is how we triumph in life and overcome every challenge and enemy we face, by declaring that our Lord God is our Father and our strength! On our own, we have no power to withstand the chaos, stress, and troubles of this world. But we are not alone, the Mighty Warrior, our God, is with us!

He declares, “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord. So, let us turn our sorrow into singing, and our supplication into praise and worship. As we do, we will witness the glory of God in every situation.

Above all, He has become our salvation! Even if we gain everything the world offers, but lose our soul, we are truly lost. But our loving Father, in His mercy, has cleansed us and given us salvation. He Himself has become our salvation! How blessed we are! Let us join together and praise His holy name. Hallelujah! Exodus 15:2 says: “The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will exalt Him.” 

Reflection: Am I depending fully on God as my strength and joy, allowing His Spirit to carry me through life’s battles, while praising Him even when things around me seem difficult or uncertain?

கர்த்தர் என் பெலனும், என் கீதமுமானவர்; அவர் எனக்கு இரட்சிப்புமானார். சங்கீதம் 118:14.

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய தேவன் நம் பிதாவும் நம் பெலனும் என்று பிரகடனப்படுத்துவதன் மூலமே நாம் வாழ்க்கையில் வெற்றி பெற்று, நாம் எதிர்கொள்ளும் ஒவ்வொரு சவாலையும் எதிரியையும் வெல்கிறோம்! இந்த உலகின் குழப்பம், மன அழுத்தம், மற்றும் தொல்லைகளைத் தாங்கிக்கொள்ள நமக்குச் சொந்தமாக எந்த சக்தியும் இல்லை. ஆனால் நாம் தனியாக இல்லை, சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள போர்வீரர், நம் தேவன் நம்மோடிருக்கிறார்!

"பலத்தினாலும் அல்ல, பராக்கிரமத்தினாலும் அல்ல, என்னுடைய ஆவியினாலேயே ஆகும்" என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறார். ஆகவே, நம் துக்கத்தைப் பாட்டாக மாற்றுவோம், நம் விண்ணப்பத்தைத் துதியாகவும் ஆராதனையாகவும் மாற்றுவோம். அவ்வாறு செய்யும்போது, ஒவ்வொரு சூழ்நிலையிலும் தேவனுடைய மகிமையைக் காண்போம்.

எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலாக, அவர் நம் இரட்சிப்பாக மாறிவிட்டார்! உலகம் வழங்கும் அனைத்தையும் நாம் பெற்றாலும், நம் ஆத்துமாவை இழந்தால், நாம் உண்மையில் எல்லாவற்றையும் இழந்துவிட்டோம். ஆனால் நம் அன்புள்ள பிதா, தம்முடைய இரக்கத்தினால், நம்மைச் சுத்திகரித்து நமக்கு இரட்சிப்பை அருளினார். அவரே நம் இரட்சிப்பாக மாறிவிட்டார்! நாம் எவ்வளவு ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்! நாம் ஒன்றிணைந்து அவருடைய பரிசுத்த நாமத்தைத் துதிப்போம். அல்லேலூயா! யாத்திராகமம் 15:2 சொல்லுகிறது: "கர்த்தர் என் பெலனும் என் கீதமுமானவர்; அவர் எனக்கு இரட்சிப்புமானவர்; அவரே என் தேவன், அவருக்கு வாசஸ்தலத்தை ஆயத்தம்பண்ணுவேன்; அவரே என் தகப்பனுடைய தேவன், அவரை உயர்த்துவேன்;"

சிந்திக்க: என்னைச் சுற்றியுள்ள விஷயங்கள் கடினமாகவோ அல்லது நிச்சயமற்றதாகவோ தோன்றினாலும் தேவனைத் துதித்து, அவரை என் பெலனாகவும் சந்தோஷமாகவும் முழுமையாக சார்ந்து, தேவ ஆவியானவர் வாழ்க்கையின் போராட்டங்களில்  என்னை நடத்திச் செல்ல அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
