"Blog Y2 630 - "Held by God's Steadfast Hand"

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10.

We are living in a world full of fear and danger. Every morning, as we wake up, we hear news that troubles our hearts and fills us with anxiety. But we, the children of God, must remember this truth: the Creator of this world is our loving Father.

The One who holds our future is with us forever. Everything is under His sovereign control. Nothing can happen to His children without His knowledge. So we need not panic or be afraid of the situations we face.

Our Almighty God holds our right hand and tells us not to be dismayed. He holds us firmly and faithfully. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Even if heaven and earth pass away, our Father, the Mighty God, remains unchanging.

He is always with us. He protects us not only from the dangers we can see but also from the unseen and unknown. Let us place our full confidence in Him and praise His holy name forever. Deuteronomy 31:6 says: “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” 

Reflection: Am I truly resting in the assurance that God’s strong hand holds me firmly through every fear and challenge, trusting He will never abandon or forsake me, no matter what comes?

நீ பயப்படாதே, நான் உன்னுடனே இருக்கிறேன்; திகையாதே, நான் உன் தேவன்; நான் உன்னைப் பலப்படுத்தி உனக்குச் சகாயம்பண்ணுவேன்; என் நீதியின் வலதுகரத்தினால் உன்னைத் தாங்குவேன். ஏசாயா 41:10.

பயமும் ஆபத்தும் நிறைந்த உலகில் நாம் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். ஒவ்வொரு காலையும் நாம் எழுந்திருக்கும்போது, நம் இருதயங்களைத் துக்கப்படுத்தி, கவலையால் நிரப்பும் செய்திகளைக் கேட்கிறோம். ஆனால் தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளாகிய நாம் இந்த உண்மையை நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்: இந்த உலகத்தைப் படைத்தவர் நம் அன்புள்ள பிதாவாகும்.

நம் எதிர்காலத்தைக் கையில் வைத்திருப்பவர் என்றென்றும் நம்மோடிருக்கிறார். அனைத்தும் அவருடைய சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ளன. அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்கு அவருடைய அனுமதியின்றி எதுவும் நடக்க முடியாது. அதனால் நாம் பீதியடையவோ அல்லது நாம் எதிர்கொள்ளும் சூழ்நிலைகளுக்கு பயப்படவோ தேவையில்லை.

நம் சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள தேவன் நம் வலது கரத்தைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு, நாம் கலங்காதிருக்கச் சொல்கிறார். அவர் நம்மை உறுதியாகவும் உண்மையாகவும் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். அவர் ஒருபோதும் நம்மை விட்டு விலகுவதும் இல்லை, நம்மை கைவிடுவதும் இல்லை. வானமும் பூமியும் ஒழிந்துபோனாலும், நம் பிதாவாகிய சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள தேவன் மாறாதவராக இருக்கிறார்.

அவர் எப்போதும் நம்மோடிருக்கிறார். நாம் காணக்கூடிய ஆபத்துகளிலிருந்தும், காணாத மற்றும் அறியாத ஆபத்துகளிலிருந்தும் அவர் நம்மை பாதுகாக்கிறார். நாம் முழு நம்பிக்கையையும் அவர்மேல் வைத்து, அவருடைய பரிசுத்த நாமத்தை என்றென்றும் துதிப்போம். உபாகமம் 31:6 சொல்லுகிறது: "நீங்கள் பலங்கொண்டு திடமனதாயிருங்கள், அவர்களுக்குப் பயப்படவும் திகைக்கவும் வேண்டாம்; உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்தாமே உன்னோடேகூட வருகிறார்; அவர் உன்னை விட்டு விலகுவதும் இல்லை; உன்னைக் கைவிடுவதும் இல்லை என்று சொன்னான்."

சிந்திக்க: ஒவ்வொரு பயத்திலும் சவாலிலும் தேவனுடைய பலத்த கை என்னை உறுதியாகப் பிடித்திருக்கிறது என்ற உறுதியில் நான் உண்மையிலேயே இளைப்பாறி, என்ன நடந்தாலும் அவர் என்னை ஒருபோதும் கைவிடமாட்டார் அல்லது விட்டுவிடமாட்டார் என்று நான் நம்புகிறேனா?
