"Blog Y2 632 - "Blessed to Enjoy His Gifts"

When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be well with you. Psalm 128:2.

What a beautiful and powerful promise this is for God’s children. Our Heavenly Father desires that we enjoy the fruit of our labor, that we live in happiness and peace, and that all goes well with us. While we may have resources, it is only God who gives us the strength, health, and long life to truly enjoy them.

It is His blessing alone that makes us rich, not just in wealth, but in joy, peace, and fulfillment. These promises are given to those who fear the Lord, to those who walk in reverence and love for Him.

But what does it mean to fear God? It doesn’t mean being terrified of Him. It means having a deep respect, love, and awe for who He is, so much so that we don’t want to grieve Him by doing evil or living in sin. Just like we would avoid hurting someone we truly love, fearing God means living in a way that pleases Him, avoiding anything that would bring Him sorrow.

When we live in this kind of holy fear, guided by love and reverence, our Heavenly Father delights in blessing us, just as He promised. He does not add sorrow with His blessings (Proverbs 10:22). His desire is for us to be happy, prosperous, and well in spirit, soul, and body. Ecclesiastes 3:13 says: "And also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God."

Reflection: Am I living with reverence and love that honors God, trusting His promise to bless my efforts and bring joy, peace, and well-being into every area of my life?

தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்கு இது எவ்வளவு அழகான மற்றும் சக்திவாய்ந்த வாக்குத்தத்தம்! நம் பரலோக பிதா, நாம் நம் உழைப்பின் பலனை அனுபவிக்கவும், சந்தோஷத்திலும் சமாதானத்திலும் வாழவும், நமக்கு எல்லாம் நலமாக இருக்கவும் விரும்புகிறார். நமக்கு வளங்கள் இருக்கலாம், ஆனால் அவற்றை உண்மையாக அனுபவிக்கக்கூடிய பலம், ஆரோக்கியம் மற்றும் நீண்ட ஆயுளை நமக்கு அளிப்பவர் தேவன் மட்டுமே.

செல்வத்தில் மட்டுமல்ல, மகிழ்ச்சி, சமாதானம் மற்றும் நிறைவிலும் நம்மை ஐசுவரியவான்களாக்குவது அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதம் மட்டுமே. இந்த வாக்குத்தத்தங்கள் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்து நடப்பவர்களுக்கும், அவரிடத்தில் பயபக்தியோடும் அன்போடும் நடப்பவர்களுக்கும் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

ஆனால் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுவது என்றால் என்ன? அது அவரைப் பார்த்து திகில் அடைவது என்று அர்த்தமல்ல. அவர் யார் என்பதற்காக ஆழமான மரியாதை, அன்பு மற்றும் பிரமிப்பு வைத்திருப்பது என்று அர்த்தம், அதனால் நாம் தீமை செய்வதன் மூலமாகவோ அல்லது பாவத்தில் வாழ்வதன் மூலமாகவோ அவரைத் துக்கப்படுத்த விரும்ப மாட்டோம். நாம் உண்மையாக நேசிக்கும் ஒருவரைத் துன்புறுத்துவதைத் தவிர்ப்பது போல, தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படுவது என்பது அவருக்குப் பிரியமான வழியில் வாழ்வது, அவருக்குத் துக்கத்தைக் கொடுக்கும் எதையும் தவிர்ப்பது.

இந்த வகையான பரிசுத்த பயத்தில், அன்பு மற்றும் பயபக்தியால் வழிநடத்தப்பட்டு நாம் வாழும்போது, நம் பரலோக பிதா வாக்களித்தபடி நம்மை ஆசீர்வதிப்பதில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறார். அவர் தம்முடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களோடு துக்கத்தைச் சேர்ப்பதில்லை (நீதிமொழிகள் 10:22). அவர் நாம் சந்தோஷமாக, செழிப்பாக, ஆவி, ஆத்துமா மற்றும் சரீரத்தில் நலமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறார். பிரசங்கி 3:13 சொல்லுகிறது : "அன்றியும் மனுஷர் யாவரும் புசித்துக் குடித்துத் தங்கள் சகலப் பிரயாசத்தின் பலனையும் அநுபவிப்பது தேவனுடைய அநுக்கிரகம்."

சிந்திக்க: நான் தேவனை கனப்படுத்தும் பயபக்தியோடும் அன்போடும் வாழ்ந்து, என் முயற்சிகளை ஆசீர்வதித்து, என் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் மகிழ்ச்சி, சமாதானம் மற்றும் நல்வாழ்வைக் கொண்டுவருவார் என்ற அவருடைய வாக்குத்தத்தத்தை நம்புகிறேனா?
