"Blog Y2 635 - "True Joy in His Presence at Church"

I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go into the house of the Lord. ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭122:1.‬‬

We often feel glad when we go to relaxing places like shopping centers, beaches, or resorts. However, that gladness usually lasts only for a few hours or days. But when we enter into the presence of God, the joy and peace we experience are lasting and more profound than anything this world can offer.

King David, though busy with the responsibilities of his kingdom, always delighted in being in the Lord’s presence. He confessed the joy he felt whenever he went to the house of the Lord.

Today, through Jesus Christ, we are given the privilege to carry God’s presence wherever we go. Yes, when we live in His presence, we will be truly glad, and we will become vessels that carry His presence into every place and situation. Psalm 84:10 says: "For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness."

Reflection: Am I truly embracing the deep joy that comes from living close to God’s presence, allowing His peace to fill me and overflow into every part of my life and surroundings?

ஷாப்பிங் சென்டர்கள், கடற்கரைகள் அல்லது ரிசார்ட்டுகள் போன்ற ஓய்வெடுக்கும் இடங்களுக்குச் செல்லும்போது நாம் பெரும்பாலும் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறோம். இருப்பினும், அந்த மகிழ்ச்சி பொதுவாக சில மணிநேரங்கள் அல்லது சில நாட்கள் மட்டுமே நீடிக்கும். ஆனால் நாம் தேவனுடைய பிரசன்னத்திற்குள் நுழையும்போது, நாம் அனுபவிக்கும் சந்தோஷமும் சமாதானமும் இந்த உலகம் வழங்கக்கூடிய எதையும் விட நீடித்தது மற்றும் ஆழமானது.

தாவீது ராஜா, தன் ராஜ்யத்தின் பொறுப்புகளால் சுறுசுறுப்பாக இருந்தாலும், கர்த்தருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் இருப்பதில் எப்போதும் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்தார். கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்குச் செல்லும்போதெல்லாம் தனக்கு ஏற்பட்ட மகிழ்ச்சியை அவர் ஒப்புக்கொண்டார்.

இன்று, இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலமாக, நாம் எங்கு சென்றாலும் தேவனுடைய பிரசன்னத்தை எடுத்துச் செல்லும் சிலாக்கியம் நமக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆம், நாம் அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் வாழும்போது, நாம் உண்மையாகவே மகிழ்ச்சியடைவோம், மேலும் நாம் அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தை ஒவ்வொரு இடத்திற்கும் சூழ்நிலைக்கும் எடுத்துச் செல்லும் பாத்திரங்களாக மாறுவோம். சங்கீதம் 84:10 சொல்லுகிறது: "ஆயிரம் நாளைப்பார்க்கிலும் உமது பிராகாரங்களில் செல்லும் ஒரே நாள் நல்லது; ஆகாமியக் கூடாரங்களில் வாசமாயிருப்பதைப்பார்க்கிலும் என் தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தின் வாசற்படியில் காத்திருப்பதையே தெரிந்துகொள்ளுவேன்."

சிந்திக்க: தேவனுடைய சமாதானம் என்னை நிரப்பி, என் வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும், என் சுற்றுப்புறத்திலும் நிறைந்து வழிய நான் அனுமதித்து, அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் வாழ்வதால் வரும் ஆழ்ந்த மகிழ்ச்சியை நான் உண்மையிலேயே ஆர்வமாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறேனா?
