"Blog Y2 639 - "Reflect God’s Mercy"

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Matthew 5:7.

Mercy is the very nature of our God. He alone is abundantly merciful toward us. When we take a moment to reflect on our lives, we can see how often we have denied Him, through our thoughts, words, and actions. Yet, in His great love, He continues to show us mercy.

Now that we are His children, His nature must be seen in us. We are called to be filled with His love, compassion, and mercy. Those around us should see His character reflected through our lives.

Even if we try to follow all that our Father God has taught us, if we do not have love, we are nothing (1 Corinthians 13:2). We are placed in this world to reflect the nature of our Heavenly Father. Wherever we go, we must move with love, compassion, and grace.

Let His mercy shine through our lives so that others may see Him in us. And as we extend mercy, we too shall receive it. Let us be lights in this world, revealing the mercy of God and inheriting the blessings of His mercy in our own lives. James 2:13 says: "For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment."

Reflection: Am I showing the heart of my Heavenly Father through my actions and attitudes so that others can see His mercy in me and be drawn to experience His love?

இரக்கமுள்ளவர்கள் பாக்கியவான்கள்; அவர்கள் இரக்கம் பெறுவார்கள். மத்தேயு 5:7.

இரக்கமே நம் தேவனுடைய சுபாவம். அவர் ஒருவரே நம்மேல் மிகுந்த இரக்கமுள்ளவர். நம் வாழ்க்கையை ஒரு நிமிடம் சிந்தித்துப் பார்த்தால், நம் எண்ணங்கள், வார்த்தைகள் மற்றும் செயல்கள் மூலம் நாம் அவரை எத்தனை முறை மறுதலித்திருக்கிறோம் என்பதைக் காணலாம். ஆயினும், அவருடைய மிகுந்த அன்பினால், அவர் தொடர்ந்து நமக்கு இரக்கம் காட்டுகிறார்.

நாம் இப்போது அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளாக இருப்பதால், அவருடைய சுபாவம் நம்மிடம் காணப்பட வேண்டும். நாம் அவருடைய அன்பு, இரக்கம் மற்றும் மனதுருக்கத்தினால் நிரப்பப்பட அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம். நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ளவர்கள் நம் வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் அவருடைய குணாதிசயத்தைப் பிரதிபலிப்பதைக் காண வேண்டும்.

நம் பிதாவாகிய தேவன் நமக்குக் கற்றுக்கொடுத்த அனைத்தையும் நாம் பின்பற்ற முயன்றாலும், நம்மிடம் அன்பு இல்லாவிட்டால் நாம் ஒன்றுமில்லை (1 கொரிந்தியர் 13:2). நம் பரலோக பிதாவின் சுபாவத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கவே நாம் இந்த உலகில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம். நாம் எங்கு சென்றாலும், அன்பு, இரக்கம் மற்றும் கிருபையுடன் செயல்பட வேண்டும்.

அவருடைய இரக்கம் நம் வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் பிரகாசிக்கட்டும், அதனால் மற்றவர்கள் நம்மிடம் அவரைக் காண முடியும். நாம் இரக்கம் காட்டும்போது, நாமும் அதைப் பெறுவோம். இந்த உலகில் நாம் ஒளிவிளக்குகளாக இருந்து, தேவனுடைய இரக்கத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தி, நம் சொந்த வாழ்க்கையில் அவருடைய இரக்கத்தின் ஆசீர்வாதங்களைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்வோம். யாக்கோபு 2:13 சொல்லுகிறது: “ஏனென்றால், இரக்கஞ்செய்யாதவனுக்கு இரக்கமில்லாத நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக் கிடைக்கும்; நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கு முன்பாக இரக்கம் மேன்மைபாராட்டும்.”

சிந்திக்க: மற்றவர்கள் என்னில் அவருடைய இரக்கத்தைக் கண்டு அவருடைய அன்பை அனுபவிக்க ஈர்க்கப்படும்படி, என் செயல்கள் மற்றும் சுபாவங்கள் மூலம் என் பரலோக பிதாவின் இருதயத்தை நான் வெளிப்படுத்துகிரேறேனா?
