"Blog Y2 643 - "Cared All Through Life"

Even to your old age, I am He, And even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you. Isaiah 46:4.

What a powerful assurance from the God who created heaven and earth! Then why are we still worrying and stumbling? The One giving this promise is not an ordinary person. He is the Almighty God who holds all power and authority, who never says anything He will not fulfill. If He says it, that is the final word.

We are the apple of His eye. He has promised that until the end of this world, He will be with us. Not only now, but until we see Him face to face, He will never leave us nor forsake us. Even in our old and stumbling age, when we feel our strength fading, He assures us that even when our hair turns gray, He will carry us, protect us, help us, and rescue us. When we feel weak or unable to move forward in life, God will personally sustain and uphold us.

This verse is God’s lifelong guarantee, from your birth until your final breath; He will never abandon us. It’s His promise to be our constant help, comfort, and strength through every stage of life. Deuteronomy 31:6 says: “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Reflection: Am I trusting that I will be upheld and cared for by God through every stage of my life, even when my strength fades and I feel unable to take another step?

வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் சிருஷ்டித்த தேவனிடமிருந்து வரும் எவ்வளவு வல்லமையான உறுதிமொழி! அப்படியிருக்க, நாம் ஏன் இன்னும் கவலைப்படுகிறோம், தடுமாறுகிறோம்? இந்த வாக்குறுதியைக் கொடுத்தவர் ஒரு சாதாரண மனிதர் அல்ல. அவர் சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள தேவன், எல்லா வல்லமையையும் அதிகாரத்தையும் கொண்டவர், அவர் நிறைவேற்றாத எந்த வார்த்தையையும் அவர் பேசுவதில்லை. அவர் சொன்னால், அதுவே இறுதியான வார்த்தை.

நாம் அவருடைய கண்ணின் கருவிழி. இந்த உலகின் முடிவுவரை அவர் நம்மோடு இருப்பார் என்று அவர் வாக்குறுதி கொடுத்திருக்கிறார். இப்போதைக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, நாம் அவரை நேருக்கு நேர் காணும்வரைக்கும், அவர் நம்மை ஒருபோதும் கைவிடமாட்டார், நம்மைவிட்டு விலகவுமாட்டார். நம்முடைய முதிர்வயதிலும், நாம் தடுமாறி, நம்முடைய பலம் குறைந்துவிட்டது என்று உணரும்போதும், நம்முடைய தலைமுடி நரைத்தாலும், அவர் நம்மைத் தாங்குவார், பாதுகாப்பார், உதவி செய்வார், மேலும் நம்மை மீட்பார் என்று அவர் நமக்கு உறுதியளிக்கிறார். நாம் பலவீனமாக அல்லது வாழ்க்கையில் தொடர்ந்து முன்னேற முடியாமல் உணரும்போது, தேவன் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் நம்மைத் தாங்கி, நம்மை நிலைநிறுத்துவார்.

இந்த வசனம், நீங்கள் பிறந்ததிலிருந்து உங்கள் கடைசி மூச்சு வரை, தேவனின் வாழ்நாள் உத்தரவாதமாகும்; அவர் நம்மை ஒருபோதும் கைவிடமாட்டார். இது நம் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டத்திலும் நமக்கு நிலையான உதவியாகவும், ஆறுதலாகவும், பலமாகவும் இருப்பேன் என்ற அவருடைய வாக்குறுதியாகும். உபாகமம் 31:6 சொல்லுகிறது: “நீங்கள் பலங்கொண்டு திடமனதாயிருங்கள், அவர்களுக்குப் பயப்படவும் திகைக்கவும் வேண்டாம்; உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்தாமே உன்னோடேகூட வருகிறார்; அவர் உன்னை விட்டு விலகுவதும் இல்லை; உன்னைக் கைவிடுவதும் இல்லை என்று சொன்னான்.”

சிந்திக்க: என்னுடைய பலம் குறைந்து, என்னால் அடுத்த அடி எடுத்து வைக்க முடியாமல் உணரும்போதும், என்னுடைய வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டத்திலும் தேவனாலேயே நான் தாங்கப்பட்டு, கவனிக்கப்படுவேன் என்று நான் நம்புகிறேனா?
