Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11.
When love is present, forgiveness will follow, and peace will rule our hearts. In Tamil, it is clearly expressed that our God is the trustworthy source and reason for love and peace. We are called to live in harmony, comfort, and love with one another, and then the God of love and peace will dwell in us.
How does this spirit of love and harmony come? It comes when we yield our lives to Christ and surrender ourselves into His hands. As a result, His love and peace will govern our hearts and lives. According to Romans 5:5, when the Holy Spirit dwells in us, God’s love is poured into our hearts. This love enables us even to love those who stand against us.
Jesus Christ is our perfect role model. Even though we deny Him many times through our thoughts and actions, He still loves us unconditionally. Therefore, we must never let go of God’s love and peace, no matter what circumstances we face.
May the God of love and peace be with us, so that we may spread His light and shine for Him forever. Philippians 2:2 says: “Fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.”
Reflection: Am I allowing the love of Christ to fill my heart so that I may forgive, live in harmony, and spread His peace wherever I go, even in difficult situations?
கடைசியாக, சகோதரரே, சந்தோஷமாயிருங்கள், நற்சீர் பொருந்துங்கள், ஆறுதலடையுங்கள்; ஏகசிந்தையாயிருங்கள், சமாதானமாயிருங்கள், அப்பொழுது அன்புக்கும் சமாதானத்துக்கும் காரணராகிய தேவன் உங்களோடேகூட இருப்பார். 2 கொரிந்தியர் 13:11.
அன்பு இருக்கும்போது, மன்னிப்பும் அதைத் தொடர்ந்து வரும், சமாதானம் நம் இருதயங்களில் ஆளும். நம்முடைய தேவனே அன்பிற்கும் சமாதானத்திற்கும் உண்மையான ஊற்றும் காரணரும் என்பதை இந்த பகுதி தெளிவாக வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. நாம் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் இணக்கமாகவும், ஆறுதலாகவும், அன்பாகவும் வாழ அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம்; அப்போது அன்பும் சமாதானமுமான தேவன் நம்மில் வாசம் செய்வார்.
இந்த அன்பு மற்றும் நல்லிணக்க உணர்வு எப்படி வருகிறது? நாம் நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையை கிறிஸ்துவிடம் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து, நம்மை அவருடைய கைகளில் அர்ப்பணிக்கும்போது அது வருகிறது. இதன் விளைவாக, அவருடைய அன்பும் சமாதானமும் நம் இருதயங்களையும் வாழ்க்கையையும் ஆளும். ரோமர் 5:5-ன் படி, பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நம்மில் வாசம் செய்யும்போது, தேவனுடைய அன்பு நம் இருதயங்களில் ஊற்றப்படுகிறது. இந்த அன்பு நமக்கு எதிராக நிற்பவர்களையும் நேசிக்க உதவுகிறது.
இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவே நம்முடைய பரிபூரண முன்மாதிரி. நம்முடைய எண்ணங்களாலும் செயல்களாலும் அவரை நாம் பலமுறை மறுதலித்தாலும், அவர் இன்னமும் நம்மை நிபந்தனையின்றி நேசிக்கிறார். எனவே, நாம் என்ன சூழ்நிலைகளை எதிர்கொண்டாலும், தேவனுடைய அன்பையும் சமாதானத்தையும் ஒருபோதும் விட்டுவிடக்கூடாது.
அன்பும் சமாதானமும் தரும் தேவன் நம்மோடிருப்பாராக, அதனால் நாம் அவருடைய ஒளியைப் பரப்பி, அவருக்காக என்றென்றும் பிரகாசிப்போம். பிலிப்பியர் 2:2 சொல்லுகிறது: "நீங்கள் ஏக சிந்தையும் ஏக அன்புமுள்ளவர்களாயிருந்து, இசைந்த ஆத்துமாக்களாய் ஒன்றையே சிந்தித்து, என் சந்தோஷத்தை நிறைவாக்குங்கள்."
சிந்திக்க: நான் கடினமான சூழ்நிலைகளிலும் கூட மன்னித்து, இணக்கமாய் வாழ்ந்து, நான் செல்லும் இடமெல்லாம் தேவ சமாதானத்தைப் பரப்பி கிறிஸ்துவின் அன்பு என் இருதயத்தை நிரப்ப நான் அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
Lord ,give your spirit of love and harmony in our lives as we yield to you and surrender ourselves completely to you .!
