Blog Y2 660 - "Faithful God in His Vineyard"

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:58.

In God’s vineyard, we, His children, are called to work faithfully for our Lord. The moment we receive salvation, our work begins. Sometimes, we may pray and labor diligently to see souls saved, expecting miracles every day, yet outwardly, we may not see any change. 

At times, we may be serving in a mission field, giving our all, yet not seeing the results we anticipated in the timeframe we hoped for. This can lead to frustration and the temptation to give up on our prayers and efforts. But we must remember: our God never sleeps, nor does He give up on any situation. He has placed us where we are, whether in a family, a society, or a mission field, for a divine purpose. This verse gives us hope, courage, and strength for our souls and spirits. 

We are called to remain steadfast, firm, and tightly hold on to this promise, knowing that surely, one day, we will see a great harvest. So, do not be discouraged or give up. The Lord is faithful, and very soon, we will triumph! And we may also cling to this prayer: Psalm 25:2 says: “O my God, I trust in You; Let me not be ashamed; Let not my enemies triumph over me.”

Reflection: Am I staying steadfast in the place God has planted me, trusting His timing for the harvest, even when I cannot yet see the results of my prayers and labor?

ஆகையால், எனக்குப் பிரியமான சகோதரரே, கர்த்தருக்குள் நீங்கள் படுகிற பிரயாசம் விருதாவாயிராதென்று அறிந்து, நீங்கள் உறுதிப்பட்டவர்களாயும், அசையாதவர்களாயும், கர்த்தருடைய கிரியையிலே எப்பொழுதும் பெருகுகிறவர்களாயும் இருப்பீர்களாக.1 கொரிந்தியர் 15:58. 

தேவனுடைய திராட்சைத் தோட்டத்தில், அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளாகிய நாம் நம் கர்த்தருக்காக உண்மையுடன் உழைக்க அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம். நாம் இரட்சிப்பைப் பெறுகிற அந்த நொடியிலிருந்து நம்முடைய வேலை தொடங்குகிறது. சில சமயங்களில், ஆத்துமாக்கள் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவதைக் காணவும், ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அற்புதங்களை எதிர்பார்க்கவும் நாம் விடாமுயற்சியுடன் ஜெபிக்கலாம் மற்றும் உழைக்கலாம், ஆனால் வெளிப்படையாக எந்த மாற்றத்தையும் நாம் காணாமல் இருக்கலாம்.

சில சமயங்களில், நாம் ஒரு ஊழியத்தில் நம் அனைத்தையும் கொடுத்துப் பணி செய்யலாம், ஆனால் நாம் எதிர்பார்த்த காலத்திற்குள் எதிர்பார்த்த பலன்களை நாம் காணாமல் இருக்கலாம். இது விரக்திக்கும், நம்முடைய ஜெபங்களையும் முயற்சிகளையும் விட்டுவிட தூண்டும் சோதனைகளுக்கும் வழிவகுக்கும். ஆனால் நாம் இதை நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்: நம்முடைய தேவன் ஒருபோதும் உறங்குவதில்லை, எந்தச் சூழ்நிலையையும் அவர் கைவிடுவதில்லை. ஒரு தெய்வீக நோக்கத்திற்காக, ஒரு குடும்பத்திலோ, ஒரு சமூகத்திலோ, அல்லது ஒரு ஊழியத்திலோ அவர் நம்மை நாம் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் வைத்திருக்கிறார். இந்த வசனம் நம்முடைய ஆத்துமாக்களுக்கும் ஆவிகளுக்கும் நம்பிக்கையையும், தைரியத்தையும், பலத்தையும் தருகிறது.

ஒருநாள், நாம் நிச்சயமாக ஒரு பெரிய அறுவடையைக் காண்போம் என்பதை அறிந்து, நாம் உறுதியாகவும், திடமாகவும் நிலைத்திருக்கவும், இந்த வாக்குறுதியைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளவும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறோம். ஆகவே, சோர்வடையவோ கைவிடவோ வேண்டாம். கர்த்தர் உண்மையுள்ளவர், மிக விரைவில் நாம் வெற்றி பெறுவோம்! மேலும், நாம் இந்த ஜெபத்தையும் பற்றிக்கொள்ளலாம்: சங்கீதம் 25:2 கூறுகிறது: “என் தேவனே, உம்மை நம்பியிருக்கிறேன், நான் வெட்கப்பட்டுப்போகாதபடி செய்யும்; என் சத்துருக்கள் என்னை மேற்கொண்டு மகிழவிடாதேயும்.”

சிந்திக்க: என் ஜெபங்களும் உழைப்புகளும் பலனளிக்காதபோதும், நான் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் உறுதியாய் நிலைத்திருந்து, அறுவடைக்கான அவருடைய நேரத்தை நம்பி இருக்கிறேனா?
