Blog Y3 664 - "Blessed to Be a Blessing"

The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.” Proverbs 11:25. 

Our loving Father desires that we live in His blessing every day. This is why He promised, “You shall be a blessing” (Genesis 12:2). God blesses us not just for ourselves; He wants us to be a blessing to others.

Our Father in Heaven is so generous! He blesses and gives us far beyond our desires, even though we do not deserve it. His grace and love never stop flowing toward us. Everything, silver, gold, and every good gift belongs to Him (Haggai 2:8), and He delights to share it with His children.

As His children, we are called to reflect His nature. Just as our Father is generous, we too should walk in generosity. When we give freely, our time, resources, prayers, and love, God promises to bless us abundantly, beyond measure. He will bless our body, soul, and spirit, causing His blessings to overflow in our lives.

Let us support the work of God’s Kingdom physically, spiritually, materially, and prayerfully. As we do, His blessings will not only meet our needs but will also flow through us to others, drawing them closer to Him. Luke 6:38 says: "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."

Reflection: Am I living in such a way that I not only receive God’s abundant goodness but also allow His blessings to flow through me, so that others may experience His love and generosity through my life?

உதாரகுணமுள்ள ஆத்துமா செழிக்கும்; எவன் தண்ணீர் பாய்ச்சுகிறானோ அவனுக்குத் தண்ணீர் பாய்ச்சப்படும். நீதிமொழிகள் 11:25.

நம்முடைய அன்பான தகப்பன் நாம் தினமும் அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதத்தில் வாழ வேண்டுமென்று விரும்புகிறார். இதனால்தான் அவர், "நீ ஆசீர்வாதமாக இருப்பாய்" என்று வாக்குறுதி அளித்தார் (ஆதியாகமம் 12:2). தேவன் நம்மை நமக்காக மட்டும் ஆசீர்வதிப்பதில்லை; நாம் மற்றவர்களுக்கு ஒரு ஆசீர்வாதமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று அவர் விரும்புகிறார்.

நம்முடைய பரலோகத் தகப்பன் மிகவும் தாராள குணம் கொண்டவர்! நாம் அதற்குத் தகுதியற்றவர்களாக இருந்தாலும், நம் விருப்பங்களுக்கும் மேலாக அவர் நம்மை ஆசீர்வதித்து நமக்குக் கொடுக்கிறார். அவருடைய கிருபையும் அன்பும் நம்மை நோக்கிப் பாய்வதை ஒருபோதும் நிறுத்துவதில்லை. வெள்ளியும் பொன்னும், ஒவ்வொரு நல்ல ஈவும் அவருக்குச் சொந்தம் (ஆகா 2:8), அவர் அதைத் தம் பிள்ளைகளுடன் பகிர்ந்துகொள்வதில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறார்.

அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளாகிய நாம் அவருடைய சுபாவத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்க அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம். நம்முடைய பரம பிதா  தாராள குணம் கொண்டவராக இருப்பது போலவே, நாமும் தாராள மனப்பான்மையுடன் நடக்க வேண்டும். நம்முடைய நேரம், நம்முடைய வளங்கள், நம்முடைய ஜெபங்கள், மற்றும் நம்முடைய அன்பை நாம் தாராளமாகக் கொடுக்கும்போது, தேவன் நம்மை அளவிட முடியாத அளவிற்கு ஏராளமாக ஆசீர்வதிப்பார் என்று வாக்குறுதி அளிக்கிறார். அவர் நம்முடைய சரீரத்தையும், ஆத்துமாவையும், ஆவியையும் ஆசீர்வதிப்பார், அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நம் வாழ்வில் வழிந்தோடும்.

தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தின் வேலைக்கு சரீர ரீதியாகவும், ஆவிக்குரிய ரீதியாகவும், பொருள் ரீதியாகவும், ஜெப ரீதியாகவும் நாம் ஆதரவளிப்போம். நாம் அவ்வாறு செய்யும்போது, அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நம்முடைய தேவைகளை நிறைவேற்றுவது மட்டுமல்லாமல், மற்றவர்களுக்கும் நம் மூலம் பாய்ந்து, அவர்களை அவரிடம் நெருக்கமாக வரச் செய்யும். லூக்கா 6:38 சொல்லுகிறது: “கொடுங்கள், அப்பொழுது உங்களுக்கும் கொடுக்கப்படும்; அமுக்கிக் குலுக்கிச் சரிந்து விழும்படி நன்றாய் அளந்து, உங்கள் மடியிலே போடுவார்கள்; நீங்கள் எந்த அளவினால் அளக்கிறீர்களோ அந்த அளவினால் உங்களுக்கும் அளக்கப்படும் என்றார்.”

சிந்திக்க: நான் தேவனுடைய மிகுந்த நன்மைகளைப் பெறுவது மட்டுமல்லாமல், என்னுடைய வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் மற்றவர்களுக்குப் பகிர்ந்து, அவருடைய அன்பையும் தாராளத்தையும் அனுபவிக்க நான் வழிவகை செய்கிறேனா?
