Blog Y3 665 - "Guided by His Voice"

Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: ‘I am the Lord your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go.’ Isaiah 48:17.

Learning is an essential part of human life. The world is constantly teaching us something, through schools, teachers, mentors, and now even through social media and media platforms. But all these teachings often come from human knowledge and understanding, shaped by their own thoughts and experiences.

However, our Redeemer, the Lord who knows our past, present, and future, has a perfect and beautiful blueprint for each of our lives. He is eager to teach us and guide us, but there is one thing He desires from us: surrender. The psalmist reminds us of the importance of sitting in God’s presence, listening to His voice every morning.

Yes, He alone can lead us on the right path, the one that is truly profitable for us. He teaches us what to do and what to avoid, where to go and where not to go. 

Let us surrender ourselves daily and be ready to listen to His voice. In the midst of this chaotic world, may we allow Him to teach and guide us every single moment, so that our steps may align with His perfect plan. Psalm 32:8 says: "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye."

Reflection: Am I truly surrendering my plans and listening to the Lord each day, allowing Him to guide my steps and shape my life according to His perfect wisdom rather than my own understanding?

இஸ்ரவேலின் பரிசுத்தராயிருக்கிற உன் மீட்பரான கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: பிரயோஜனமாயிருக்கிறதை உனக்குப் போதித்து, நீ நடக்கவேண்டிய வழியிலே உன்னை நடத்துகிற உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நானே. ஏசாயா 48:17.

கற்பது என்பது மனித வாழ்க்கையின் ஒரு அத்தியாவசியமான பகுதியாகும். பள்ளிகள், ஆசிரியர்கள், வழிகாட்டிகள், இப்போது சமூக ஊடகங்கள் மற்றும் ஊடக தளங்கள் வழியாகவும் உலகம் நமக்கு எதையாவது தொடர்ந்து போதித்துக்கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் இந்த போதனைகள் அனைத்தும் பெரும்பாலும் மனித அறிவிலும் புரிதலிலும் இருந்து வந்தவை, அவைகள் அவர்களுடைய சொந்த எண்ணங்களாலும் அனுபவங்களாலும் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டவை.

ஆனாலும், நம்முடைய மீட்பர், நம்முடைய கடந்த காலம், நிகழ்காலம், எதிர்காலம் ஆகியவற்றை அறிந்த கர்த்தருக்கு, நம் ஒவ்வொருவருடைய வாழ்க்கைக்கும் ஒரு பரிபூரணமான, அழகான திட்டம் உண்டு. அவர் நமக்குக் கற்பிக்கவும், நம்மை வழிநடத்தவும் ஆவலோடு இருக்கிறார், ஆனால் அவரிடமிருந்து அவர் விரும்பும் ஒரே ஒரு காரியம்: நம்மை முழுவதுமாக அர்ப்பணிப்பது. ஒவ்வொரு காலையிலும் தேவனுடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் அமர்ந்து, அவருடைய சத்தத்தைக் கேட்பதன் முக்கியத்துவத்தை சங்கீதக்காரன் நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறார்.

ஆம், அவர் ஒருவரால் மட்டுமே நம்மை சரியான பாதையில், நமக்கு உண்மையாகவே பிரயோஜனமாயிருக்கிற வழியில் நம்மை வழிநடத்த முடியும். என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும், எதைத் தவிர்க்க வேண்டும், எங்கு செல்ல வேண்டும், எங்கு செல்லக்கூடாது என்பதை அவர் நமக்குக் கற்பிக்கிறார்.

நாம் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நம்மை அர்ப்பணித்து, அவருடைய சத்தத்தைக் கேட்க தயாராக இருப்போம். இந்த குழப்பமான உலகில், நாம் ஒவ்வொரு கணமும் அவர் நமக்குக் கற்பிக்கவும், நம்மை வழிநடத்தவும் அனுமதிப்போம், அதனால் நம்முடைய நடை அவருடைய பரிபூரண திட்டத்துடன் ஒத்துப்போகும். சங்கீதம் 32:8 சொல்லுகிறது: “நான் உனக்குப் போதித்து, நீ நடக்கவேண்டிய வழியை உனக்குக் காட்டுவேன்; உன்மேல் என் கண்ணை வைத்து, உனக்கு ஆலோசனை சொல்லுவேன்.”

சிந்திக்க: என்னுடைய திட்டங்களை நான் உண்மையாகவே தேவனிடத்தில் அர்ப்பணித்து, ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் கர்த்தருக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, என்னுடைய சொந்தப் புரிதலுக்குப் பதிலாக அவருடைய பரிபூரண ஞானத்தின்படி என்னை வழிநடத்தவும் என் வாழ்க்கையை வடிவமைக்கவும் அவரை அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
