Blog Y3 676 - "God My Perfect Strength"

It is God who arms me with strength, and makes my way perfect. Psalm 18:32.

Our God not only gives us strength, He Himself is our strength. We live in a world that constantly demands endurance, both physically and spiritually. Human strength alone is limited; it can only carry us so far before it falters. But the strength that comes from God is limitless, supernatural, and life transforming.

When we rely on our own power, we quickly find ourselves in chaos, facing ups and downs, frustrations, and disappointments. At some point, our natural strength and hope run dry. Yet, when we surrender fully to God and allow Him to be our strength, everything changes. He arms us with divine power, enabling us to face trials, overcome temptations, and walk victoriously.

The psalmist declares that God not only strengthens but also makes our way perfect. The word “perfect” here means blameless, complete, and aligned with God’s will. This does not mean we become flawless in ourselves, but that as we yield to Him, He straightens our path, removes stumbling blocks, and guides us into a life of holiness and purpose.

What a privilege it is to belong to such a God! We are not left to struggle in our own weakness. The Creator of heaven and earth clothes us with His power and directs our steps. When His strength becomes ours, we receive new courage, fresh hope, and a supernatural ability to live a life that brings Him glory.

Let us, therefore, place our spirit, soul, and body entirely in His hands. As He takes full control, He will strengthen us, steady us, and perfect our way. Truly, we are blessed beyond measure to have God Himself as our strength and shield.

Reflection: Am I allowing God Himself to be my strength, guiding my steps, removing obstacles, and empowering me to walk victoriously in His will each day, without relying on my own limited abilities?

நம் தேவன் நமக்கு பலம் கொடுப்பது மட்டுமல்ல, அவரே நம் பலமாகவும் இருக்கிறார். நாம் வாழும் இந்த உலகில், சரீர ரீதியாகவும், ஆவிக்குரிய ரீதியாகவும் தொடர்ச்சியான சகிப்புத்தன்மை தேவைப்படுகிறது. மனித பலம் மட்டுமே வரையறுக்கப்பட்டது; அது தடுமாறி விழுவதற்கு முன்பு நம்மை ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தூரம் வரை மட்டுமே தாங்க முடியும். ஆனால் தேவனிலிருந்து வரும் பலம் எல்லையற்றது, இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டது, மற்றும் வாழ்வை மாற்றியமைப்பது.

நாம் நம் சொந்த பலத்தை நம்பியிருக்கும்போது, விரைவாக குழப்பத்தில் சிக்கிக்கொள்கிறோம், ஏற்ற இறக்கங்கள், விரக்திகள், மற்றும் ஏமாற்றங்களை எதிர்கொள்கிறோம். ஒரு கட்டத்தில், நம் இயல்பான பலமும் நம்பிக்கையும் வறண்டுபோகும். ஆனால், நாம் முழுமையாக தேவனிடம் நம்மை ஒப்படைத்து, அவர் நம் பலமாக இருக்க அனுமதிக்கும்போது, எல்லாம் மாறுகிறது. அவர் தெய்வீக வல்லமையால் நம்மை நிரப்புகிறார், சோதனைகளை எதிர்கொள்ளவும், பாவங்களை மேற்கொள்ளவும், வெற்றிகரமாக நடக்கவும் நமக்கு உதவுகிறார்.

தேவன் பலம் கொடுப்பது மட்டுமல்ல, நம் வழியை செம்மைப்படுத்துகிறார் என்று சங்கீதக்காரன் அறிவிக்கிறார். இங்கு “செம்மைப்படுத்துகிறார்” என்ற வார்த்தை குற்றமற்றது, முழுமையானது, மற்றும் தேவனுடைய சித்தத்துடன் இணைந்தது என்று பொருள்படும். இதன் பொருள் நாம் நமக்குள் குற்றமற்றவர்களாகிவிடுகிறோம் என்பதல்ல, ஆனால் நாம் அவருக்கு அடிபணியும்போது, அவர் நம் பாதையை சீராக்கி, தடைகளை நீக்கி, பரிசுத்தமான மற்றும் நோக்கம் நிறைந்த வாழ்க்கைக்கு நம்மை வழிநடத்துகிறார்.

இத்தகைய தேவனுக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்களாக இருப்பது எவ்வளவு பெரிய பாக்கியம்! நம் சொந்த பலவீனத்தில் போராட நாம் விடப்படவில்லை. வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் படைத்தவர் நம்மைத் தம் வல்லமையால் உடுத்துகிறார், நம்முடைய அடிகளை நடத்துகிறார். அவருடைய பலம் நம்முடையதாக மாறும்போது, நாம் புதிய தைரியத்தையும், புதிய நம்பிக்கையையும், அவருக்கு மகிமையைக் கொண்டுவரும் ஒரு வாழ்க்கையை வாழ இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட திறனையும் பெறுகிறோம்.

எனவே, நம் ஆவி, ஆத்துமா, மற்றும் சரீரம் ஆகியவற்றை முழுமையாக அவருடைய கைகளில் வைப்போம். அவர் முழுமையாக நம்மை ஆளும்போது, அவர் நம்மைப் பலப்படுத்தி, நம்மை நிலைநிறுத்தி, நம் வழியைச் செம்மையாக்குவார். தேவன் தாமே நம் பலமாகவும் கேடயமாகவும் இருப்பது உண்மையிலேயே நாம் அளவிட முடியாத அளவிற்கு ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.

சிந்திக்க: நான் என் சொந்த திறமைகளை நம்பாமல், தேவன் தாமே என் பலமாக இருந்து, என்னை வழிநடத்தி, தடைகளை நீக்கி, ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அவருடைய சித்தத்தில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடக்க எனக்கு வல்லமை தர அனுமதிக்கிறேனா?
