Blog Y3 687 - "Covered by His Hand"

And I have put My words in your mouth; I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, that I may plant the heavens, lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’ Isaiah 51:16.

Yes, our loving Father God has already placed His words in our mouths. His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). Next, He assures us that He has covered us with the shadow of His mighty hand. The shadow of His hand is our divine protection. We should always be aware of His mighty presence, whether we sit, stand, or go anywhere.

This world is full of dangers, and we do not know what the next moment holds. Only God knows. But we can be confident, because He covers us with the shadow of His hand. Nothing can come near us when we remain under His shadow.

Therefore, we can boldly declare that the One who created the heavens and the earth is the same God whose mighty hand is covering us today. With full confidence, we rejoice that we are His people, and we belong to Him. Jeremiah 1:9 says: “Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: ‘Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.’”

Reflection: Am I living each day with the assurance that I am guided by His Word and shielded by His mighty hand, finding confidence and peace in knowing I belong fully to Him?

நான் வானத்தை நிலைப்படுத்தி, பூமியை அஸ்திபாரப்படுத்தி, சீயோனை நோக்கி: நீ என் ஜனமென்று சொல்வதற்காக, நான் என் வார்த்தையை உன் வாயிலே அருளி, என் கரத்தின் நிழலினால் உன்னை மறைக்கிறேன். ஏசாயா 51:16.

ஆம், நம்முடைய அன்புள்ள பிதாவாகிய தேவன் தமது வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்கனவே நம்முடைய வாயில் வைத்திருக்கிறார். அவருடைய வார்த்தை நம்முடைய கால்களுக்குத் தீபமும், நம்முடைய பாதைக்கு வெளிச்சமுமாய் இருக்கிறது (சங்கீதம் 119:105). அடுத்ததாக, அவர் தமது வல்லமையுள்ள கரத்தின் நிழலினால் நம்மை மூடியிருக்கிறார் என்று நமக்கு உறுதியளிக்கிறார். அவருடைய கரத்தின் நிழலே நம்முடைய தெய்வீகப் பாதுகாப்பாகும். நாம் உட்கார்ந்திருந்தாலும், நின்றிருந்தாலும், அல்லது எங்கே சென்றாலும், அவருடைய வல்லமை­யான பிரசன்னத்தைப் பற்றி நாம் எப்போதும் விழிப்புடன் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

இந்த உலகம் ஆபத்துகள் நிறைந்தது, அடுத்த கணம் என்ன நடக்கும் என்று நமக்குத் தெரியாது. தேவனுக்கு மட்டுமே தெரியும். ஆனால் அவர் தமது கரத்தின் நிழலினால் நம்மை மூடுவதால், நாம் நம்பிக்கையுடன் இருக்கலாம். நாம் அவருடைய நிழலில் இருக்கும்போது எதுவும் நம்மை நெருங்க முடியாது.

எனவே, வானங்களையும் பூமியையும் சிருஷ்டித்த அதே தேவனே இன்றும் தமது வல்லமையுள்ள கரத்தால் நம்மை மூடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார் என்று நாம் தைரியமாகப் பிரகடனப்படுத்தலாம். நாம் அவருடைய ஜனங்கள், நாம் அவருக்கே சொந்தமானவர்கள் என்று முழு நம்பிக்கையுடன் களிகூருகிறோம். எரேமியா 1:9 சொல்லுகிறது: "அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் தமது கரத்தை நீட்டி, என் வாயைத் தொட்டு: இதோ, என் வார்த்தைகளை உன் வாயிலே அருளினேன் என்று கர்த்தர் என்னுடனே சொன்னார்."

சிந்திக்க: நான் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும், அவருடைய வசனத்தால் வழிநடத்தப்பட்டு, அவருடைய வல்லமையுள்ள கரத்தால் காக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன் என்ற உறுதியுடன் வாழ்ந்து, நான் முழுமையாக அவருக்கே சொந்தமானவன் என்று  தெரிந்து தைரியத்தையும் சமாதானத்தையும் கண்டடைகிறேனா?
