Blog Y3 689 - "Wisdom Through Holy Reverence"

The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom, and before honor is humility. Proverbs 15:33.

The one who fears the Lord will never need to fear anything else in this world. When we walk in the fear of God, He pours His wisdom into our lives. We need His wisdom in every area of our journey, for He knows every thought and intent of the heart. He has promised to teach us and guide us, but our ears must be attentive to hear His voice. He alone is the source of all wisdom, and surely, He will grant His divine wisdom to those who fear Him.

As human beings, all of us naturally desire respect and honor. Yet, God’s way is different from man’s. His strategy is to honor those who first humble themselves before Him. This humility is not a mere outward show; it must flow from a sincere and contrite heart. While people judge by appearance and outward actions, our Heavenly Father looks deep into the heart. Before He exalts or bestows honor and glory, He seeks true humility within us. 

May our gracious God, through His Holy Spirit, give us the grace to walk in reverent fear of Him and to cultivate a humble and gentle heart, so that in His perfect time, we may receive honor and glory from Him. James 4:10 says: “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”

Reflection: Am I walking with a humble and sincere heart that truly honors God, allowing His wisdom to shape my thoughts, guide my steps, and prepare me to receive the honor that comes only from Him?

கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுதல் ஞானத்தைப் போதிக்கும்; மேன்மைக்கு முன்னானது தாழ்மை. நீதிமொழிகள் 15:33.

கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவன் இந்த உலகில் வேறு எதற்கும் பயப்படத் தேவையில்லை. நாம் தேவபயத்தில் நடக்கும்போது, அவர் தம்முடைய ஞானத்தை நம் வாழ்வில் ஊற்றுகிறார். நம்முடைய இருதயத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு நினைவையும் நோக்கத்தையும் அவர் அறிந்திருப்பதால், நம்முடைய பயணத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் அவருடைய ஞானம் நமக்குத் தேவை. அவர் நமக்குக் கற்பிப்பதாகவும், நம்மை வழிநடத்துவதாகவும் வாக்குறுதி அளித்திருக்கிறார், ஆனால் அவருடைய சத்தத்தைக் கேட்க நம்முடைய காதுகள் கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். அவரே எல்லா ஞானத்தின் ஊற்றுமூலம்; அவருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்களுக்குத் தமது தெய்வீக ஞானத்தை அவர் நிச்சயமாகக் கொடுப்பார்.

மனுஷர்களாகிய நாம் அனைவரும் இயற்கையாகவே மரியாதையையும் கனத்தையும் விரும்புகிறோம். ஆயினும், தேவனுடைய வழி மனிதனுடைய வழியிலிருந்து வேறுபட்டது. அவருக்கு முன்பாக முதலில் தம்மைத் தாழ்த்துகிறவர்களைக் கனம் செய்வதே அவருடைய நோக்கமாகும். இந்தத் தாழ்மை வெறும் வெளிப்புறத் தோற்றமல்ல, அது ஒரு உண்மையான, நொறுங்குண்ட இருதயத்திலிருந்து வெளிப்பட வேண்டும். மக்கள் தோற்றத்தையும் வெளிப்புறச் செயல்களையும் கொண்டு தீர்ப்பளிக்கும்போது, நம்முடைய பரம பிதா இருதயத்தின் ஆழத்தைப் பார்க்கிறார். அவர் நம்மை உயர்த்துவதற்கு அல்லது கனத்தையும் மகிமையையும் கொடுப்பதற்கு முன், நமக்குள்ளே உண்மையான தாழ்மையை அவர் தேடுகிறார். 

நம்முடைய கிருபையுள்ள தேவன், அவருடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் மூலமாக, நாம் அவருக்குப் பயபக்தியான பயத்தில் நடக்கவும், ஒரு தாழ்மையான மற்றும் சாந்தமான இருதயத்தைப் பயிர்செய்யவும் நமக்குக் கிருபை தருவாராக. இதனால் அவருடைய சரியான நேரத்தில், நாம் அவரிடமிருந்து கனத்தையும் மகிமையையும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியும். யாக்கோபு 4:10 சொல்லுகிறது: "கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாகத் தாழ்மைப்படுங்கள், அப்பொழுது அவர் உங்களை உயர்த்துவார்."

சிந்திக்க: நான் தேவனை உண்மையிலேயே கனம்பண்ணும் தாழ்மையான மற்றும் நேர்மையான இருதயத்துடன் நடந்து, அவருடைய ஞானம் என் சிந்தனைகளை வடிவமைக்கவும், என் அடிகளை வழிநடத்தவும், அவரிடமிருந்து மட்டுமே வரும் கனத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள நான் ஆயத்தமாக இருக்கிறேனா?
