I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13.Our strength begins with our mindset. In this chaotic world, there are times when we feel as though we are losing strength, not only in our spirit but also in our body, leading to discouragement and weariness. Yet, we have a great assurance from God: He Himself is our strength.
Look at Moses. Even in his old age, he climbed up the mountain and met God face to face. God spoke with him as a friend. Moses could not have led hundreds of thousands of Israelites by his own human strength; he did everything through the strength that came from God.
In the same way, we too face many moments of weakness, spiritual battles, physical tiredness, and times when even praying or walking in the right spiritual path feels difficult. But we have one unshakable assurance: our God is our strength. Let us, like the Apostle Paul, boldly confess and proclaim: “We can do all things, whether spiritual or physical, through Christ who strengthens us!”
Reflection: Am I relying on God’s power when I feel weak and weary, believing that His strength within me enables me to keep moving forward and accomplish all that He has called me to do?
என்னைப் பெலப்படுத்துகிற கிறிஸ்துவினாலே எல்லாவற்றையுஞ்செய்ய எனக்குப் பெலனுண்டு. பிலிப்பியர் 4:13.
நம்முடைய பலம் நம்முடைய மனநிலையிலிருந்து தொடங்குகிறது. இந்தக் குழப்பமான உலகில், நம் ஆவியிலும் மட்டுமல்ல, நம் சரீரத்திலும் பலவீனமடைகிறோம், இதனால் சோர்வும் தளர்ச்சியும் ஏற்படுவதுபோல உணரும் நேரங்கள் உள்ளன. ஆயினும், நம்மிடம் தேவன் ஒரு பெரிய உறுதியைத் தந்திருக்கிறார்: அவரே நம்முடைய பலம்.
மோசேயைப் பாருங்கள். அவருடைய முதிர்ந்த வயதிலும், அவர் மலையேறிச் சென்று தேவனை முகமுகமாய்ச் சந்தித்தார். தேவன் அவரோடு ஒரு நண்பனைப்போலப் பேசினார். மோசேயினால் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான இஸ்ரவேலர்களை அவருடைய சொந்த மனித பலத்தால் வழிநடத்தியிருக்க முடியாது; தேவனிடமிருந்து வந்த பலத்தின் மூலமாகவே எல்லாவற்றையும் செய்தார்.
அதேபோல, நாமும் பலவீனம், ஆவிக்குரிய போராட்டங்கள், சரீரச் சோர்வு மற்றும் ஜெபிக்கவோ அல்லது சரியான ஆவிக்குரிய பாதையில் நடப்பதற்கோ கடினமாக உணரும் நேரங்களை எதிர்கொள்கிறோம். ஆனால் நம்மிடம் அசைக்க முடியாத ஒரே ஒரு உறுதி இருக்கிறது: நம்முடைய தேவன் நம்முடைய பலம். அப்போஸ்தலனாகிய பவுலைப் போலவே, நாமும் தைரியமாக அறிக்கையிட்டுப் பிரகடனப்படுத்துவோமாக: "நம்மைப் பலப்படுத்துகிற கிறிஸ்துவினாலே ஆவிக்குரியதோ சரீரப்பிரகாரமானதோ எல்லாவற்றையும் நாம் செய்ய முடியும்!"
சிந்திக்க: நான் பலவீனமாகவும் சோர்வாகவும் உணரும்போது, தேவனுடைய வல்லமையின்மீது நான் சார்ந்திருந்து, எனக்குள்ளே இருக்கும் அவருடைய பெலன், நான் தொடர்ந்து முன்னேறிச் செல்லவும், அவர் என்னைச் செய்ய அழைத்த எல்லாவற்றையும் நிறைவேற்றவும் எனக்கு உதவுகிறது என்று நான் விசுவாசிக்கிறேனா?
Yes lord in the Bible you led many like Moses,David and used woman like Esther ,Ruth in your timing to enhance them and give them strength to fulfill the purpose you have for them. Give us the same strength for we aren’t fighting against mere mortals and can’t do without you. But we can do all things in Christ which strengthen me! Amen.
ReplyDeleteGod's inherent strength in us will always filter out the magnitude of the problem that we face into a bearable extent and it would gradually get extinguished. Never we should take His strength as granted. May each of us be blessed being led by His strength
