Blog Y3 715 - "Guarded by His Light"

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. Psalms 84:11.

As we walk through many dark areas of our lives, there are times when the enemy sets traps along our path. Often, we may not see or realize the danger that lies ahead. But our Lord God is like the sun, shining His divine light upon our path and revealing the hidden dangers before us. He exposes what is in the darkness and helps us recognize and escape every trap the enemy sets.

At the same time, our loving Father is also our shield, covering us, surrounding us, and protecting us from all harm. He never allows anything to touch us unless He permits it for our growth and His glory. Like a strong shield, He wraps His presence around us, keeping us safe and secure under His wings.

Our Father is so generous and full of grace and glory. He delights in blessing His children and gives abundantly because He is rich in mercy, grace, and kindness. Truly, there is no good thing that He will withhold from those who walk uprightly before Him, those who live with integrity, humility, and obedience.

When we choose to walk faithfully and sincerely in His ways, He pours out His blessings beyond measure. We will lack nothing that is truly good for us, for our Lord provides everything we need, in His perfect time and with His perfect love.

Reflection: Am I trusting that I am being guided and protected, even when I cannot see the dangers ahead, and am I walking faithfully so that I may receive all that is truly good for my life?

தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் சூரியனும் கேடகமுமானவர்; கர்த்தர் கிருபையையும் மகிமையையும் அருளுவார்; உத்தமமாய் நடக்கிறவர்களுக்கு நன்மையை வழங்காதிரார். சங்கீதம் 84:11.

நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையில் நாம் கடந்து செல்லும் பல இருண்ட பாதைகளில், எதிரி நம்முடைய வழியில் கண்ணிகளை வைக்கும் நேரங்கள் உண்டு. பல சமயங்களில், நமக்கு முன்னால் இருக்கும் ஆபத்தை நாம் காணாமல் போகலாம் அல்லது உணரத் தவறிவிடலாம். ஆனால் நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய தேவன் சூரியனைப் போல இருக்கிறார். அவர் நம்முடைய பாதையில் தமது தெய்வீக ஒளியைப் பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்து, நமக்கு முன்னால் மறைந்திருக்கும் ஆபத்துக்களை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறார். இருளில் உள்ளதை அவர் அம்பலப்படுத்துகிறார், மேலும் எதிரி வைக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு கண்ணியையும் நாம் அடையாளம் கண்டு தப்பிக்க அவர் உதவுகிறார்.

அதே சமயம், நம்முடைய அன்புள்ள பிதாவானவர் நமக்கு கேடகமாகவும் இருக்கிறார், நம்மை மூடி, நம்மைச் சூழ்ந்து, எல்லா தீங்கிலிருந்தும் நம்மைப் பாதுகாக்கிறார். நம்முடைய வளர்ச்சிக்கும் அவருடைய மகிமைக்கும் அவர் அனுமதித்தால் ஒழிய, எதையும் நம்மைத் தொட அவர் ஒருபோதும் அனுமதிப்பதில்லை. ஒரு பலத்த கேடயத்தைப் போல, அவர் தம்முடைய பிரசன்னத்தை நம்மைச் சுற்றி போர்த்துகிறார், அவருடைய சிறகுகளின் கீழ் நம்மைப் பாதுகாப்பாகவும் நிலையாகவும் வைத்திருக்கிறார்.

நம்முடைய பிதா மிகவும் தாராள மனதுள்ளவரும், கிருபையினாலும் மகிமையினாலும் நிறைந்தவருமாக இருக்கிறார். அவர் தம்முடைய பிள்ளைகளை ஆசீர்வதிப்பதில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைந்து,  அவர் இரக்கத்திலும், கிருபையிலும், தயவிலும் ஐசுவரியமுள்ளவராக இருப்பதால், ஏராளமாகக் கொடுக்கிறார். உத்தமத்துடனும், தாழ்மையுடனும், கீழ்ப்படிதலுடனும் அவருக்கு முன்பாக நடக்கிறவர்களுக்கு, அவர் ஒரு நன்மையையும் வழங்காதிருக்கமாட்டார் என்பது உண்மை.

நாம் அவருடைய வழிகளில் விசுவாசமாகவும் உண்மையாகவும் நடக்கத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும்போது, அவர் தம்முடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களை அளவில்லாமல் ஊற்றுகிறார். நமக்கு எது உண்மையில் நல்லதோ, அது நமக்குக் குறைவுபடாது, ஏனென்றால் நம்முடைய கர்த்தர் நமக்குத் தேவையான எல்லாவற்றையும், அவருடைய சரியான நேரத்தில் மற்றும் அவருடைய பூரண அன்புடன் அளிக்கிறார்.

சிந்தனை: என் வாழ்வில் நல்லதை நான் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளும்படி விசுவாசத்துடன் நடந்து, எனக்கு முன்னால் இருக்கும் ஆபத்துக்களை நான் பார்க்க முடியாவிட்டாலும், நான் வழிநடத்தப்பட்டு, பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறேன் என்று நான் நம்புகிறேனா?
