Blog Y3 718 - "Guided By His Voice"

Oh, that you had heeded My commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea. Isaiah 48:18.

Our Lord created us and chose us so that our lives would glorify Him. That is why He expects us to listen to Him carefully. Our ears should be attentive to His voice. We should be able to hear Him saying, “This is the way you should walk.”

When we heed and obey His words, nothing can shake us. We will remain peaceful, calm, and steady. This is what Jesus clearly teaches: when our life’s foundation is built on His Word, even when strong winds and storm-like trials come, we will not be moved.

If we walk in obedience, our peace will flow like a gentle river, quiet, refreshing, and unbroken. And our righteousness will be like the waves of the sea, strong, continuous, and overflowing. God’s blessings will come upon us again and again, just as the waves never stop coming to the shore. 

Reflection: Am I truly listening for His guidance each day, allowing His direction to steady my mind and shape my steps, so that I live in continual peace and reflect His character in all I do?

ஆ, என் கற்பனைகளைக் கவனித்தாயானால் நலமாயிருக்கும்; அப்பொழுது உன் சமாதானம் நதியைப்போலும், உன் நீதி சமுத்திரத்தின் அலைகளைப்போலும் இருக்கும். ஏசாயா 48:18.

நம்முடைய கர்த்தர் நம்மை சிருஷ்டித்தார் மற்றும் நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையானது அவரை மகிமைப்படுத்தும்படி நம்மைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தார். அதனால்தான் நாம் அவருக்குக் கவனமாகக் கீழ்ப்படிய அவர் எதிர்பார்க்கிறார். நம்முடைய காதுகள் அவருடைய சத்தத்தைக் கேட்பதற்கு கவனமாயிருக்க வேண்டும். "வழியிதுவே, இதிலே நடவுங்கள்" என்று அவர் சொல்வதைக் கேட்க நாம் ஆயத்தமாயிருக்க வேண்டும்.

நாம் அவருடைய வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு, அதற்குக் கீழ்ப்படியும்போது, எதுவும் நம்மை அசைக்க முடியாது. நாம் சமாதானத்தோடும், அமைதியோடும், உறுதியோடும் நிலைத்திருப்போம். இயேசு தெளிவாகக் கற்பிப்பது இதுதான்: நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையின் அஸ்திபாரம் அவருடைய வார்த்தையின் மீது கட்டப்பட்டிருந்தால், பலத்த காற்றும் புயல் போன்ற சோதனைகளும் வந்தாலும், நாம் அசைக்கப்படுவதில்லை.

நாம் கீழ்ப்படிதலில் நடக்கும்போது, நம்முடைய சமாதானம் ஒரு சாந்தமான நதி போல ஓடும், அமைதியானதாகவும், புத்துணர்ச்சி அளிப்பதாகவும், இடைவிடாததாகவும் இருக்கும். நம்முடைய நீதியோ சமுத்திரத்தின் அலைகளைப் போல, பலமானதாகவும், தொடர்ச்சியானதாகவும், நிரம்பி வழிகின்றதாகவும் இருக்கும். அலைகள் கரைக்கு வருவது ஒருபோதும் நிற்பதில்லை, அதுபோல தேவனுடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் நம்மேல் வந்து கொண்டே இருக்கும்.

சிந்திக்க: நான் செய்யும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் அவருடைய குணத்தை பிரதிபலித்து,  ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அவருடைய வழிகாட்டுதாலின்படி நடந்து, அவரின் வழிகாட்டுதலில் என் மனதை நிலைநிறுத்தி, என் அடிகளைக் உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறேனா?
