Blog Y3 734 - "Restored by His Mercy"

For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord, ‘Because they called you an outcast saying: ‘This is Zion; no one seeks her.’ Jeremiah 30:17.

Our God is perfectly righteous, yet He is also amazing in His love. Many times, just as He delivered the Israelites into the hands of their enemies because of their sins, He allows discipline in our lives to correct us. But even when He disciplines, His heart is moved with compassion. He never stops loving His children.

In the same way, our Father God may correct and punish us when we go astray, but when we humble ourselves and realize our mistakes, He comforts us, restores us, and heals us. Sometimes our enemies see our correction and mock us, saying we are rejected or forgotten. They think no one cares for us. But our God never gives up on us.

He will restore the health we lost because of our own failures. He will heal us thoroughly. He will lift us up again with His mercy. And He will never hand us back into the enemy’s control.

His love is everlasting, His compassion unfailing, and His restoration complete.

Reflection: Am I responding with humility when I drift, trusting that as I turn back to Him, I will receive the healing, renewal, and gentle compassion my Father delights to give?

அவர்கள்: உன்னை விசாரிப்பாரற்ற சீயோன் என்று சொல்லி, உனக்குத் தள்ளுண்டவள் என்று பேரிட்டபடியால், நான் உனக்கு ஆரோக்கியம் வரப்பண்ணி, உன் காயங்களை ஆற்றுவேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். எரேமியா 30:17.

நமது தேவன் பூரணமாக நீதியுள்ளவர், இருந்தாலும், அவருடைய அன்பில் அவர் ஆச்சரியமானவரும்கூட. பல சமயங்களில், இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் தங்கள் பாவங்களினிமித்தம் எதிரிகளின் கைகளில் அவர் ஒப்படைத்ததுபோல, நம்மைக் கண்டித்து திருத்துவதற்காக நம் வாழ்வில் அவர் ஒழுங்குபடுத்தலை அனுமதிக்கிறார். ஆனால் அவர் கண்டிக்கும்போதும், அவருடைய இருதயம் மனதுருக்கத்தினால் அசைக்கப்படுகிறது. அவர் தம்முடைய பிள்ளைகளை நேசிப்பதை ஒருபோதும் நிறுத்துவதில்லை.

அதேபோல, நம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவன் நாம் தவறு செய்யும்போது நம்மைக் கண்டித்து தண்டிக்கலாம், ஆனால் நாம் நம்மைத் தாழ்த்தி நம்முடைய தவறுகளை உணரும்போது, அவர் நம்மைத் தேற்றுகிறார், நம்மை மீட்டெடுக்கிறார், நம்மை குணப்படுத்துகிறார். சில சமயங்களில் நமது எதிரிகள் நம்முடைய மாற்றத்தைக் கண்டு நம்மைப் பழித்துப் பேசலாம், நாம் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் அல்லது மறக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் என்று சொல்லலாம். நம்மை யாரும் கவனிப்பதில்லை என்று அவர்கள் நினைக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் நம்முடைய தேவன் நம்மை ஒருபோதும் விட்டுக்கொடுப்பதில்லை.

நம்முடைய சொந்தத் தவறுகளினால் நாம் இழந்த ஆரோக்கியத்தை அவர் மீண்டும் கொடுப்பார். அவர் நம்மை முழுமையாகக் குணமாக்குவார். அவருடைய இரக்கத்தினால் அவர் நம்மை மீண்டும் உயர்த்துவார். மேலும், அவர் நம்மை ஒருபோதும் எதிரியின் கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்குள் திருப்பி ஒப்படைக்க மாட்டார்.

அவருடைய அன்பு நித்தியமானது, அவருடைய மனதுருக்கம் மாறாதது, அவருடைய மீட்பு முழுமையானது.

சிந்திக்க: நான் வழிவிலகிச் சென்று, அவரை நோக்கி மறுபடியும் திரும்பும்போது, என் பிதா மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் அளிக்க விரும்பும் ஆரோக்கியம், புதுப்பிப்பு, இரக்கம்  ஆகியவற்றைப் பெறுவேன் என்று தாழ்மையுடன் நம்புகிறேனா?
