Blog Y3 764 - "Persevering in Faithful Goodness"

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Galatians 6:9.

It is human nature to grow tired while doing good to others. Often, when we continue to do good and receive nothing in return, not even a word of thanks, we feel discouraged. This is common to all people.

Yet God has placed us in this world for a purpose: to do good.

When our Lord Jesus Christ walked on this earth, the Bible says that He went about doing good. He did not receive honor or appreciation in return. Instead, He faced rejection, suffering, persecution, and great agony. Still, He never stopped doing good. He left us His footprints to follow.

Our God promises us that our labor is not in vain. We must not grow weary or lose heart while doing good. At the appointed time, God will reward us. We will reap a harvest, the harvest of eternal life, if we do not give up.

With love, we must continue to do good, because God has poured His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. We do not belong to this world to become tired and give up. We belong to Christ, and His character must be reflected in us.

Surely, in due season, we will reap. Our God is not a debtor to anyone. He is our Provider, full of generosity and faithfulness. Let us be like Him, for we are His children.

Reflection: Am I choosing steady compassion without seeking recognition, trusting that my efforts matter to God, and remaining faithful in service even when appreciation is absent?

நன்மைசெய்கிறதில் சோர்ந்துபோகாமல் இருப்போமாக; நாம் தளர்ந்துபோகாதிருந்தால் ஏற்றகாலத்தில் அறுப்போம்.  கலாத்தியர் 6:9.

மற்றவர்களுக்கு நன்மை செய்யும்போது சோர்வடைவது மனித இயல்பு. பெரும்பாலும், நாம் தொடர்ந்து நன்மை செய்தும், அதற்குப் பதிலாக நன்றிகூடத் தெரிவிக்கப்படாத நிலையில், நாம் மனச்சோர்வடைகிறோம். இது எல்லா மனிதர்களுக்கும் பொதுவானது.

இருப்பினும், தேவன் ஒரு நோக்கத்திற்காகவே நம்மை இந்த உலகில் வைத்துள்ளார்: அது நன்மை செய்வதற்கே.

நமது கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இந்த பூமியில் வாழ்ந்தபோது, அவர் நன்மை செய்கிறவராகச் சுற்றித்திரிந்தார் என்று வேதாகமம் கூறுகிறது. அவர் செய்த நன்மைகளுக்குப் பதிலாக அவருக்குக் கனமோ அல்லது பாராட்டுக்களோ கிடைக்கவில்லை. மாறாக, அவர் நிராகரிப்பு, துன்பம், துன்புறுத்தல் மற்றும் மிகுந்த வேதனையைச் சந்தித்தார். இருப்பினும், அவர் நன்மை செய்வதை ஒருபோதும் நிறுத்தவில்லை. நாம் பின்பற்றுவதற்காக அவர் தமது அடிச் சுவடுகளை விட்டுச் சென்றிருக்கிறார்.

நமது பிரயாசம் வீணாகப் போகாது என்று நம் தேவன் நமக்கு வாக்குறுதி அளிக்கிறார். நன்மை செய்யும்போது நாம் சோர்ந்து போகவோ அல்லது மனந்தளரவோ கூடாது. குறிக்கப்பட்ட காலத்தில், தேவன் நமக்குப் பலன் அளிப்பார். நாம் சோர்ந்து போகாதிருந்தால், நித்திய ஜீவனாகிய அறுவடையை நாம் அறுப்போம்.

தேவன் தமது அன்பைப் பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் மூலமாக நம் இருதயங்களில் ஊற்றியிருப்பதால், நாம் தொடர்ந்து அன்போடு நன்மை செய்ய வேண்டும். சோர்ந்து போய் பின்வாங்குவதற்கு நாம் இந்த உலகத்தைச் சார்ந்தவர்கள் அல்ல. நாம் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்கள், அவருடைய குணம் நமக்குள் பிரதிபலிக்க வேண்டும்.

நிச்சயமாக, ஏற்ற காலத்தில் நாம் அறுப்போம். நம் தேவன் யாருக்கும் கடன் பட்டவர் அல்ல. அவர் தாராள குணமும் உண்மையுமுள்ள நம்முடைய பராமரிப்பாளர். நாம் அவருடைய பிள்ளைகளாக இருப்பதால், அவரைப் போலவே இருப்போம்.

சிந்திக்க: எனது முயற்சிகள் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக விலையேறப்பெற்றவை என்று நான் நம்பி,  மற்றவர்களின் பாராட்டு இல்லாதபோதும் உதவி செய்வதில்  உண்மையாக இருந்து, நான் அங்கீகாரத்தை எதிர்பார்க்காமல் தொடர்ந்து இரக்கத்துடன் செயல்படுகிறேனா?
