Blog Y3 774 - "Blessed Beyond Worldly Gain"

Now therefore, let it please You to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue before You forever; for You, O Lord God, have spoken it, and with Your blessing let the house of Your servant be blessed forever. 2 Samuel 7:29.

Only God’s blessing can bring us true riches. Riches do not mean merely worldly prosperity, but also the eternal blessings that come from our Heavenly Father. The riches and glory that the world offers are temporary and will not last forever, but the blessings that come from God stand firm for all eternity.

He is not only our Creator, but also the Owner and Possessor of all things. Everything belongs to Him. Therefore, our homes should be blessed by God alone. When He blesses, there will be peace, joy, protection, and divine favor. His blessings do not stop with us; they follow our generations and rest upon our children and our children’s children.

Our loving Father Himself has promised to bless us. As His beloved sons and daughters, we can confidently ask for and receive His blessings. We should not run after the world seeking approval or favor, for people can help only to a limited extent. But our God, our Heavenly Father, blesses abundantly, completely, and eternally.

So let us seek only the blessings of the Lord, for with His blessing, we are truly rich, now and forever. 

Reflection: Am I seeking God's enduring favor above temporary wealth, trusting that my choices cultivate a legacy of peace and provision for my family and future generations?

தேவனுடைய ஆசீர்வாதம் மட்டுமே நமக்கு உண்மையான செல்வத்தைக் கொண்டுவர முடியும். செல்வம் என்பது வெறும் உலகப்பிரகாரமான செழிப்பு மட்டுமல்ல, அது நம் பரலோகத் தந்தையிடமிருந்து வரும் நித்திய ஆசீர்வாதங்களையும் குறிக்கும். உலகம் அளிக்கும் செல்வமும் மகிமையும் தற்காலிகமானவை, அவை நிலைத்திருக்காது; ஆனால் தேவனிடமிருந்து வரும் ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நித்திய காலத்திற்கும் உறுதியாக நிற்கும்.

அவர் நம்மைப் படைத்தவர் மட்டுமல்ல, எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் உரிமையாளரும் அதிபதியுமாய் இருக்கிறார். அனைத்தும் அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவை. எனவே, நம்முடைய இல்லங்கள் தேவனாலே மட்டுமே ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அவர் ஆசீர்வதிக்கும்போது, அங்கே சமாதானம், மகிழ்ச்சி, பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தெய்வீகத் தயவு இருக்கும். அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நம்மோடு நின்றுவிடுவதில்லை; அவை நம் சந்ததியினரைத் தொடர்ந்து, நம் பிள்ளைகள் மற்றும் பிள்ளைகளின் பிள்ளைகள் மேல் தங்கியிருக்கும்.

நம்முடைய அன்புள்ள பிதா தாமே நம்மை ஆசீர்வதிப்பதாக வாக்குறுதி அளித்துள்ளார். அவருடைய பிரியமான குமாரர்களாகவும் குமாரத்திகளாகவும், நாம் நம்பிக்கையுடன் அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களைக் கேட்டுப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். அங்கீகாரத்திற்கோ அல்லது தயவிற்கோ நாம் உலகத்தின் பின்னே ஓடக்கூடாது, ஏனெனில் மனிதர்களால் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட எல்லை வரை மட்டுமே உதவ முடியும். ஆனால் நம் தேவன், நம் பரலோகத் தந்தை, அளவில்லாமலும், முழுமையாகவும், நித்தியமாகவும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார்.

எனவே கர்த்தருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களை மட்டுமே தேடுவோம், ஏனெனில் அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதத்தினால் நாம் இப்போதும் எப்போதும் உண்மையான செல்வந்தர்களாக இருப்போம்.

சிந்திக்க: நான் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பவை என் குடும்பத்திற்கும் வருங்கால சந்ததிக்கும் சமாதானத்தையும் நன்மையையும் தரும் ஒரு பாரம்பரியத்தை உருவாக்கும் என்று நான் நம்பி, தற்காலிகமான செல்வத்தை விட தேவனுடைய நிலைத்திருக்கும் தயவை நாடுகிறேனா?
