Blog Y3 791 - "Living as God’s Own"

Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord, the shield of your help, and the sword of your majesty! Your enemies shall submit to you, and you shall tread down their high places. Deuteronomy 33:29.

Let us praise and worship our Lord God Almighty, who has loved us and accepted us as His own treasured possession, as spiritual Israelites. How blessed we are!

When we were cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ, we became God’s own possession. We belong to Him. Therefore, the blessings promised to Israel come upon us as well. How truly blessed we are! No one can be compared to us, because we are sons and daughters of the Most High God.

Our God has promised to be the shield of our help and the sword of our majesty. He Himself stands against our enemies. All our enemies will submit to His mighty power. Our God goes before us as a powerful warrior and gives us victory over every enemy.

They will bow down, we will overcome, and we will trample down every high place and every idol that stands against the knowledge of God.

Reflection: Do I live each day aware that I belong to Him, walking confidently in His victory, trusting His strength to overcome opposition, and honoring Him with wholehearted devotion?

இஸ்ரவேலே, நீ பாக்கியவான்; கர்த்தரால் இரட்சிக்கப்பட்ட ஜனமே, உனக்கு ஒப்பானவன் யார்? உனக்குச் சகாயஞ்செய்யும் கேடகமும் உனக்கு மகிமைபொருந்திய பட்டயமும் அவரே; உன் சத்துருக்கள் உனக்கு இச்சகம் பேசி அடங்குவார்கள்; அவர்கள் மேடுகளை மிதிப்பாய், என்று சொன்னான். உபாகமம் 33:29.

நம்மை நேசித்து, நம்மைத் தமது சொந்தப் பொக்கிஷமாகவும், ஆவிக்குரிய இஸ்ரவேலராகவும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள நம் தேவாதி தேவனைத் துதித்து ஆராதிப்போம். நாம் எவ்வளவு பாக்கியவான்கள்!

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் விலையேறப்பெற்ற இரத்தத்தினால் நாம் கழுவப்பட்டபோது, நாம் தேவனுடைய சொந்தச் சொத்தாக மாறினோம். நாம் அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்கள். எனவே, இஸ்ரவேலருக்கு வாக்குத்தத்தம் செய்யப்பட்ட ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நம்மீதும் வருகின்றன. மெய்யாகவே நாம் எவ்வளவு ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்! உன்னதமான தேவனுடைய குமாரராகவும் குமாரத்திகளாகவும் நாம் இருப்பதால், வேறு எவரையும் நமக்கு ஒப்பிட முடியாது.

நம்முடைய தேவன் நமக்குத் துணையாகும் கேடகமாகவும், நம் மகிமைக்கேற்ற பட்டயமாகவும் இருப்பதாக வாக்குறுதி அளித்திருக்கிறார். அவரே நம் சத்துருக்களுக்கு எதிராக நிற்கிறார். நம்முடைய எதிரிகள் அனைவரும் அவருடைய வல்லமைக்கு முன்னால் பணிந்து அடங்குவார்கள். நம்முடைய தேவன் ஒரு பராக்கிரமமுள்ள போர்வீரராக நமக்கு முன்னால் சென்று, ஒவ்வொரு சத்துருவின் மீதும் நமக்கு வெற்றியைத் தருகிறார்.

அவர்கள் குனிந்து பணிவார்கள், நாம் ஜெயங்கொள்வோம்; தேவனைப் பற்றிய அறிவுக்கு விரோதமாய் எழும்புகிற எல்லா உயர்ந்த இடங்களையும், எல்லா விக்கிரகங்களையும் நாம் மிதித்து அழிப்போம்.

சிந்திக்க: தேவனுடைய வெற்றியில் நம்பிக்கையுடன் நடந்து, எதிர்ப்புகளை வெல்ல அவருடைய பலத்தை நம்பி, முழு இருதயத்தோடு அவருக்கு அர்ப்பணித்து அவரைக் கனப்படுத்தி, நான் அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவன் என்கிற உணர்வோடு ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் வாழ்கிறேனா?
