Blog Y3 818 - "Restored by His mercy"

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5.

About 700 years before the birth of Jesus Christ, this prophecy was written by the Prophet Isaiah.

Because of the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are forgiven, we are made righteous, we are redeemed, and we are healed. All these blessings flow from the sacrifice of the cross. Yet we often take these blessings for granted and fail to stop and reflect on the price paid for them.

Our Lord Jesus Christ was punished again and again, not because He had sinned. He is holy, sinless, and perfect. But in His great love, He willingly took our place so that we might be made holy and complete. Just imagine, if Jesus had not come into this world, what would have happened to us? We would still be bound under the law, without redemption and without hope.

Jesus lovingly took every burden that stood against us and placed it upon the cross, removing it completely. In His great compassion, He silenced every force that opposed us and showed them to be powerless through His sacrifice. What a tender and beautiful victory our Savior won on our behalf. May our hearts never lose sight of the love and strength revealed there. Because of Him, we now walk in forgiveness, wholeness, freedom, and the gentle healing only He can give.

Reflection: Are you taking time to remember the love that carried your weight to the cross, and are you letting that kindness shape the way you walk in His freedom each day?

நம்முடைய மீறுதல்களினிமித்தம் அவர் காயப்பட்டு, நம்முடைய அக்கிரமங்களினிமித்தம் அவர் நொறுக்கப்பட்டார்; நமக்குச் சமாதானத்தை உண்டுபண்ணும் ஆக்கினை அவர்மேல் வந்தது; அவருடைய தழும்புகளால் குணமாகிறோம். ஏசாயா 53:5.

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் பிறப்பிற்கு சுமார் 700 ஆண்டுகள் முன்பு, தீர்க்கதரிசி ஏசாயா இயேசுவைப் பற்றிய இந்த தீர்க்கதரிசனத்தை எழுதினார். 

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் சிலுவையின் மூலமாகவே, நாம் மன்னிக்கப்படுகிறோம், நீதிமான்களாக்கப்படுகிறோம், மீட்கப்படுகிறோம், மேலும் குணமாக்கப்படுகிறோம். இந்த ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் அனைத்தும் சிலுவையின் பலியிலிருந்தே பாய்ந்து வருகின்றன. ஆனாலும், நாம் பல நேரங்களில் இந்த ஆசீர்வாதங்களைச் சாதாரணமாக எண்ணி, அவற்றுக்காகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட விலையைச் சற்று நின்று சிந்தித்துப் பார்க்கத் தவறிவிடுகிறோம்.

நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து மீண்டும் மீண்டும் தண்டிக்கப்பட்டார், அது அவர் பாவம் செய்ததால் அல்ல. அவர் பரிசுத்தர், பாவமில்லாதவர், மற்றும் பூரணமானவர். ஆனால், நாம் பரிசுத்தமாகவும் முழுமையாகவும் மாற வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக, தம்முடைய மிகுந்த அன்பினால் அவர் மனப்பூர்வமாக நம்முடைய இடத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார். சற்று கற்பனை செய்து பாருங்கள், இயேசு இந்த உலகத்திற்கு வராமல் இருந்திருந்தால், நமக்கு என்ன ஆகியிருக்கும்? நாம் இன்னும் மீட்பின்றி, நம்பிக்கையின்றி, நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் கீழ் கட்டுண்டவர்களாகவே இருந்திருப்போம்.

நமக்கு விரோதமாக நின்ற ஒவ்வொரு பாரத்தையும் இயேசு அன்போடு எடுத்து, அதைச் சிலுவையில் வைத்து, முழுமையாக அகற்றிவிட்டார். தம்முடைய மகா இரக்கத்தினால், நமக்கு எதிராகச் செயல்பட்ட ஒவ்வொரு சக்தியையும் அவர் மௌனமாக்கி, தம்முடைய பலியின் மூலமாக அவற்றைச் செயலற்றவையாக ஆக்கிக் காட்டினார். நம்முடைய இரட்சகர் நமக்காக எவ்வளவு மென்மையான, அழகான வெற்றியைப் பெற்றுத் தந்துள்ளார்! அங்கு வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட அன்பையும் வல்லமையையும் நம் உள்ளங்கள் ஒருபோதும் மறந்துவிடக் கூடாது. அவர் மூலமாகவே, இன்று நாம் மன்னிப்பிலும், முழுமையிலும், விடுதலையிலும், அவர் மட்டுமே தரக்கூடிய மென்மையான சுகத்திலும் நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்.

சிந்திக்க: உங்களுடைய பாரங்களை சிலுவைக்கு எடுத்துச் சென்ற அந்த அன்பை நினைவுகூர நீங்கள் நேரம் எடுத்து, மேலும், அந்த கிருபையினால்  அவர் கொடுத்த சுதந்திரத்தில் நீங்கள் நடக்கும் விதத்தை ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் வடிவமைக்க அனுமதிக்கிறீர்களா?
