Blog Y3 845 - "Awakening Through Holy Grief"

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4.

Mourning, in the way the world understands it, often refers to sorrow over loss, pain, or unfulfilled desires. Such mourning, when rooted only in worldly things, can lead the heart into discouragement and spiritual emptiness.

But Jesus speaks of a different kind of mourning, a blessed mourning. This is the sorrow that comes from recognizing our sins and anything in our lives that separates us from God. Those who humbly grieve over their sins, who desire to turn away from them, are precious in His sight. To them belongs the Kingdom of Heaven, and they shall be comforted.

At times, we also find ourselves worrying about daily needs, what we will eat, how we will live, or how we will provide. Yet such anxiety can quietly reflect a lack of trust in God’s faithful provision. The truth is, our Heavenly Father knew us even before we were formed in our mother’s womb. He created this world and carefully planned every detail of our lives.

God has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us. He cares deeply about every small detail concerning us. Therefore, we are called not to live in worry over temporary things, but to trust in His perfect care.

This world is temporary and will pass away, but our eternal life with God is everlasting. So, let our hearts be more concerned about our relationship with Him and our eternal destiny than about the fleeting matters of this life.

True blessedness is found when we mourn over sin, turn back to God, and walk closely with Him. Such hearts will surely receive His comfort, both now and fully when Jesus Christ returns.

துயரப்படுகிறவர்கள் பாக்கியவான்கள்; அவர்கள் ஆறுதலடைவார்கள். மத்தேயு 5:4.

உலகம் புரிந்துகொள்ளும் விதத்தில், துயரப்படுவது என்பது பெரும்பாலும் இழப்பு, வேதனை அல்லது நிறைவேறாத ஆசைகளால் ஏற்படும் சோகத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது. உலகப்பிரகாரமான காரியங்களில் மட்டுமே வேரூன்றியிருக்கும் இத்தகைய துயரம், இருதயத்தை சோர்விற்கும் ஆவிக்குரிய வெறுமைக்கும் வழிநடத்தும்.

ஆனால் இயேசு ஒரு வித்தியாசமான துயரத்தைப் பற்றி, ஒரு பாக்கியமான துயரத்தைப் பற்றி பேசுகிறார். இது நம்முடைய பாவங்களையும், தேவனை விட்டு நம்மைப் பிரிக்கும் நம் வாழ்வின் எந்தவொரு காரியத்தையும் உணர்ந்து கொள்வதால் ஏற்படும் துக்கமாகும். தங்கள் பாவங்களுக்காகத் தாழ்மையோடு துக்கப்பட்டு, அவைகளை விட்டு விலக விரும்புகிறவர்கள் அவருடைய பார்வையில் விலையேறப்பெற்றவர்கள். பரலோகராஜ்யம் அவர்களுடையது, அவர்கள் ஆறுதலடைவார்கள்.

சில நேரங்களில், அன்றாடத் தேவைகளுக்காகவும், என்ன உண்போம், எப்படி வாழ்வோம் அல்லது எப்படிச் சமாளிப்போம் என்பதைப் பற்றியும் நாமும் கவலைப்படுகிறோம். ஆயினும், இத்தகைய கவலைகள், தேவன் உண்மையுடன் அளிப்பார் என்ற நம்பிக்கையின்மையையே அமைதியாகப் பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன. உண்மை என்னவென்றால், நம் தாயின் கருவில் நாம் உருவாவதற்கு முன்பே நம் பரலோகப் பிதா நம்மை அறிந்திருந்தார். அவர் இந்த உலகத்தைப் படைத்து, நம் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு சிறிய காரியத்தையும் கவனமாகத் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளார்.

தேவன் நம்மை ஒருபோதும் விட்டு விலகுவதுமில்லை, நம்மைக் கைவிடுவதுமில்லை என்று வாக்குத்தத்தம் செய்துள்ளார். நம்மைக் குறித்த ஒவ்வொரு சிறிய காரியத்தின் மீதும் அவர் மிகுந்த அக்கறை கொண்டுள்ளார். எனவே, நிலையற்ற காரியங்களைக் குறித்துக் கவலைப்பட்டு வாழாமல், அவருடைய பரிபூரணமான பராமரிப்பில் நம்பிக்கையாயிருக்கும்படி நாம் அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம்.

இந்த உலகம் நிலையற்றது, இது ஒழிந்துபோகும்; ஆனால் தேவனோடுகூட நாம் வாழும் நித்திய ஜீவனோ என்றென்றைக்கும் நிலைத்திருக்கும். எனவே, இந்த வாழ்க்கையின் அழியக்கூடிய காரியங்களை விட, அவரோடு நமக்கிருக்கும் உறவையும் நம்முடைய நித்திய இலக்கையும் குறித்தே நம் இருதயங்கள் அதிக அக்கறை கொள்ளட்டும்.

பாவத்தைக் குறித்துத் துக்கப்பட்டு, தேவனிடம் திரும்பி, அவரோடு நெருக்கமாக நடக்கும்போதே உண்மையான பாக்கியம் காணப்படுகிறது. அத்தகைய இருதயங்கள் நிச்சயமாக அவருடைய ஆறுதலை இப்போதும், இயேசுகிறிஸ்து திரும்பி வரும்போது முழுமையாகவும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளும்.

சிந்திக்க: வருத்தம் அல்லது பலவீனமான தருணங்களில் உங்களை அழுத்தும் காரியங்களுக்காக, தவறுகளைக் குறித்து உண்மையாகத் துக்கப்படுவதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது, தேவனோடு ஆழமான சமாதானத்தைப் பெறுவதற்கான பாதையை நமக்கு எவ்வாறு திறக்கும்?
