Blog Y3 862 - "Generosity That Reveals Christ"

You shall surely give to him, and your heart should not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the Lord your God will bless you in all your works and in all to which you put your hand. Deuteronomy 15:10.

Our God’s blessings are far beyond what we can imagine. Yet often, before receiving those blessings, there is a test of our hearts.

In this verse, God calls us to give and help those in need, not casually or reluctantly, but with a willing and joyful heart. People may see our giving, but God sees the condition of our hearts.

We are called to give with love and compassion, especially to those who are in desperate need. When we do this sincerely, God promises to bless the work of our hands.

Our God is generous. He blesses us so that we may become a blessing to others. Therefore, we must never take His blessings for granted. Every blessing we receive is not only for us, but also meant to flow through us to others.

So, dear friends, let us not only receive His blessings but truly enjoy Him. Let us rejoice in Him as He blesses the work of our hands, and even more as we share those blessings with others. In giving and blessing others, we experience the joy of His heart.

We should not give merely because it is a command, but because we belong to a generous God. As we grow in Him, His nature will be revealed through us.

Through such acts of love, others will see Christ in you.

Reflection: Are you offering help with a willing heart, trusting that sincere generosity reflects God’s nature and opens the way for His blessing to flow through your life into others?

அவனுக்குத் தாராளமாய்க் கொடுப்பாயாக; அவனுக்குக் கொடுக்கும்போது உன் இருதயம் விசனப்படாதிருப்பதாக; அதினிமித்தமாக உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன்னுடைய எல்லாக் கிரியைகளிலும், நீ கையிட்டுச் செய்யும் எல்லாக் காரியங்களிலும் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிப்பார். உபாகமம் 15:10.

நம்முடைய தேவனின் ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் நாம் நினைத்துப்பார்க்க முடியாத அளவு பெரியவை. ஆனாலும் பல நேரங்களில், அந்த ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெறுவதற்கு முன்பாக, நம் இருதயங்களைச் சோதிக்கும் ஒரு தருணம் வருகிறது.

இந்த வசனத்தில், தேவையிலிருப்போருக்கு ஏனோதானோ என்றோ அல்லது தயக்கத்தோடோ அல்லாமல், மனமுவந்த மற்றும் மகிழ்ச்சியான இருதயத்தோடு கொடுக்கவும் உதவவும் தேவன் நம்மை அழைக்கிறார். நாம் கொடுப்பதை மனிதர்கள் பார்க்கலாம், ஆனால் தேவன் நம் இருதயத்தின் நிலையைக் காண்கிறார்.

விசேஷமாக, மிகுந்த தேவையிலிருப்போருக்கு அன்போடும் மனதுருக்கத்தோடும் கொடுக்க நாம் அழைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். நாம் இதை உண்மையோடு செய்யும்போது, நம் கைகளின் கிரியைகளை ஆசீர்வதிப்பதாக தேவன் வாக்குத்தத்தம் அளிக்கிறார்.

நம்முடைய தேவன் தாராள குணமுள்ளவர். நாம் மற்றவர்களுக்கு ஆசீர்வாதமாக இருக்கும்படியாகவே அவர் நம்மை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார். ஆகையால், அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களை நாம் ஒருபோதும் சாதாரணமாக எண்ணக்கூடாது. நாம் பெறும் ஒவ்வொரு ஆசீர்வாதமும் நமக்காக மட்டுமல்ல, நம் மூலமாக மற்றவர்களுக்கும் பாய்ந்து செல்ல வேண்டியதாகும்.

எனவே அன்பான நண்பர்களே, நாம் அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெறுவதோடு மட்டுமன்றி, அவரில் உண்மையாகவே மகிழ்ந்திருப்போம். அவர் நம் கைகளின் கிரியைகளை ஆசீர்வதிக்கும்போது அவரில் களிகூருவோம், மேலும் அந்த ஆசீர்வாதங்களை மற்றவர்களோடு பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளும்போது இன்னும் அதிகமாகக் களிகூருவோம். மற்றவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்து ஆசீர்வதிப்பதன் மூலம், அவருடைய இருதயத்தின் சந்தோஷத்தை நாம் அனுபவிக்கிறோம்.

இது ஒரு கட்டளை என்பதற்காக மட்டும் நாம் கொடுக்கக்கூடாது, மாறாக தாராள குணமுள்ள தேவனுக்கு நாம் சொந்தமானவர்கள் என்பதால் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். நாம் அவரில் வளரும்போது, அவருடைய சுபாவம் நம் மூலமாக வெளிப்படும்.

இப்படிப்பட்ட அன்பான செயல்களின் மூலம், மற்றவர்கள் உங்களுக்குள் கிறிஸ்துவைக் காண்பார்கள்.

சிந்திக்க: உண்மையான தாராள குணம் தேவனின் சுபாவத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கிறது என்றும், உங்கள் வாழ்வின் மூலம் அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதம் மற்றவர்களுக்குப் பாய்ந்து செல்ல வழியைத் திறக்கிறது என்றும் விசுவாசித்து, மனமுவந்த இருதயத்தோடு நீங்கள் உதவிகளைச் செய்கிறீர்களா?
